• Adele (10/5): Amazing - I’ve stayed at this property twice & it’s amazing. So private. Grass banking at the side full of rabbits. A nice walk to the main part. Very well kept caravan & hot tub is a bonus

Sweet treats were on the table for arrival. The caravan is quite a walk away from the main complex but we knew this when booking and looking at previous reviews but it’s a lovely walk - will definitely book to stay again 😊

Personally i enjoyed the fighter planes flying around not something you get to see very often. There was nothing we didn’t like ?

We only arrived at the caravan at about 9pm and left and 6am (Aviation mad) but pur short stay was lovely! First time booking somewhere with a hot tub and it just what we all needed after a long day! The finish was exceptional and very welcoming, highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

• Sarah Bowater (10/5): Lovely stay - Location was great, spacious living area and bathroom. Owners communication was good on where to find the unit and any issues I had were resolved. Few issues but we're resolved by the owner. Not the owners fault but don't expect a lie in past 9am as the planes from a close by base were flying over and are very loud.

• Emmajayne (10/5): Absolutely beautiful place to stay highly recommended. - The caravan it's self was absolutely stunning and very clean and comfortable my family had a lovely well needed rest and enjoyed every second especially the hot tub 😀 when we arrived we found everything we needed in a folder places to go, food, shops, ect if we had any questions we emailed/ messaged and the response was quick and incredibly helpful. The lakes and scenery was absolutely beautiful and we loved having the ducks and geese come up to say hello. It was a very quiet time to go not too much going on alot of bingo but we had a blast the Saturday night and my 3 year old thoroughly enjoyed the children's entertainment and arcades looks like it will be fantastic in the summer and we hope to return and stay a bit longer as we didn't want to go. 😁 Not alot of entertainment probably due to being off peak but that was it everything else was lovely.

Nice time to relax - A nice caravan and location to stay. hot tub was lovely Most of the caravan was clean The caravan was clean apart from the cutlery draw that was dirty and could have been pans for us to be able to cook food the only thing useful for cooking was the frying pan. WiFi wasn’t great and no signal.

It had everything we needed in the caravan which was a bonus . It smelt clean on arrival and it was cosy warm as the heating had been put on for our arrival ! • Claire (8/5): Very good - The caravan was better than expected and had everything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised and good communication from the owner who was helpful. The caravan was well equipped. The downside was that there wasn't much to do in tattersall, and food wise wasn't great. If you're not doing the water sports activities, there's not much else to do. And the splash pool isn't great, even my 1 year old got bored after 5mins. Half the jets don't work and there's just one slide. But if you have older kids doing the activities or just want to chill at the caravan in hot tube it's OK.

• Daniel (9/5): Very nice place peaceful. Hot tub at the property was lovely to sit in of an evening. Activities on the site was good fo - Property was very clean and some nice homely touches. Everything you needed was supplied for you. Can’t say much fault apart from the shower was very powerful and took a bit of time to regulate to get right but was fine in the end. Back of the toilet leaked a bit with water put towel down not much of a problem tho. Maybe needs looking into?

No egg chair, not a problem but my 7year old was super excited about the egg chair so we had tears on arrival, especially as we were originally given the address to the wrong property and they seemed to have the egg chair.

Will be back next year. - Location was perfect for Coningsby Typhoons, Veranda was spacious, Hot Tub was HOT and very pleasant - I had never wanted to try one but it surprised me. Wifi was great all the time, TV's all worked. Interior of caravan was similar to home, even found the clothes airer for the towels. Dishwasher was a bonus. Nothing really.
