La struttura era pulita, accogliente e in una posizione comoda per muoversi in città. Un ringraziamento particolare al proprietario, che si è dimostrato sempre gentile, disponibile e attento alle mie esigenze. Fin dal primo giorno mi ha fatto sentire a mio agio, fornendomi indicazioni utili e aiutandomi quando ne ho avuto bisogno. È stata un'ottima soluzione per iniziare la mia esperienza a Sassari e lo consiglio volentieri a chi cerca un ambiente tranquillo e un'accoglienza cordiale.

• Anna (10/5): If you‘re searching for a pleasant, comfortable and clean stay in Sassari THIS is your place to be! - We are not exaggerating at all if we tell you that Franco is the BEST host ever. He knows what would make your trip even better before you know it yourself. He‘s helpful, kind, very funny and he’s taking care of breakfast everyday - even showed us some culinaric specialities of Sardinia! What we especially loved was how much attention he paid to the little details: whether it was helpful tips about the area, spontaneous support whenever we had a question, or simply his warm and caring nature that shaped the entire stay. It was truly clear that the well-being of his guests is very important to him! Thanks to his open and positive personality, we didn’t feel like we were just staying in an accommodation, but rather with a good friend. We can wholeheartedly recommend Franco! Nos ayudó a encontrar sitios de interés y cualquier problema lo solucionaba al instante. El desayuno estaba incluido y las instalaciones impecables. Mi estancia allí de 1 semana es de puntuación 10/10. Cerca del centro histórico, supermercados y bares. Repetiría sin dudarlo. Mil gracias !!!

The room was huge, comfortable bed, the private bathroom was clean and well equipped. The owner is very kind - was nice to meet a kind local person, breakfast is great too. I can highly recommend this place!

• Ingrid (10/5): Exceeded my expectations - I loved everything about this place, it offers the comfort of a hotel combined with the friendly and personal contact of staying with a host/local. There's nothing not to like here! Although the only thing you should consider is that the apartment is located on the second floor without an elevator. Franco helped me with my luggage anyway. He was so attentive, and always willing to help!
