Guest Reviews
- Eric (4/5): - We stayed one night. We had korean guests that requested the staff to light the fireplace. The staff would not accomodate such a simple request.
Also, no coffee bar was provided, even the request for paid coffee was denied. We had to get coffee off property. Sea of clouds did not disappoint wish the staff have beed more helpful No coffee provided in the morning, we would have paid for the convinience
Simple request like lighting fireplace was denied
Manager was on site, but did not even talked to us
- Jordan (6/5): -
- Agudelo (8/5): -
- Marnell (5/5): Staff was very accommodating however food ordering was not available as there was a big group at that time and staff was - There is a parking space for 4 wheel vehicle which is very hard to get in sagada Room is very spacious and has hot water
- Kevin (3/5): - Service was good. Hotel was older. Cold inside and out. Windows leaked. No heating. I would pay more for comfort. Internet was limited. Most of our outlets wouldnt work for charging phones/Ipads Above
- Christine (8/5): Satisfied Customer. - the view is superb. the staff is very accommodating and the food is delicious. none so far.
- Danniele (10/5): - Very kind and hospitable staff Nothing. They were great

- Hans (5/5): Passable -
- Leonardo (2/5): Very poor -
- Juanito (8/5): Very good -
- Marino (8/5): Good value and still can improve on cleanliness. - So quiet and good views of the mountains. Found 2 roaches and killed them. Also small ones roaming the bathroom floor.
- Exel (8/5): A reasonable price and an exceptional view. - The property was reasonably priced and offered a stunning panoramic view. It provides ample space for your vehicle to park comfortably.
It is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the starting point of Marlboro Sea of Clouds.
Very spacious room. Tho we cannot find more than one outlet for us 5 people to charge our phones. I still recommend this property. Refrain from opening the door on the small terrace, as insects may enter. Brownouts are known to occur in the vicinity. While the staff may not be overly friendly, they are willing to fulfill all of our requests.
- Kelvin (4/5): Disappointing - Views Staff
- Frances (9/5): The facility and the view were great, need to work on the food service - The facilities and the view were great! But we had to wait 2hrs for our food, we kept following up, and it turnt out that they forgot our order

- Remrose (10/5): Our stay was wonderful. Indeed a meaningful bonding with family. family. - The view was exhilarating. The family room is spacious and clean. Food is good and the serving is reasonable to its price. The location is very serene and relaxing. It is located a few minutes from the city center. Such A good place to reconnect with nature. The water pressure needs to improve. I think a window screen would be good to have so the windows can be opened without the insects coming in. Breakfast meal free drinks are tea and coffee only and no option for fruit juice for kids. Me and my husband had 5 cups of coffee.😅
- Wilfredo (5/5): our family's stay there is great seeing the view from our rooms. - location was great , you can view the sea of clouds hot water for coffee is not free, one older staff member does not smile and wont greet you unlike the other younger staff.
- Acel (10/5): Perfect hotel with views - Stunning view on the deck, big rooms None
- Cedric (7/5): Big place with a great staff - The staff is really friendly The place is really great, only maybe the towel should be changed because we cannot dry ourselves properly, and maybe make sure to have bread for breakfast, but their pancake were really delicious.
- Angel (5/5): the stay was OK. Please hire receptionists that are warm and knowledgeable of what they say and do. - The food. The receptionists were not actually that adept in their work and nor that receptive ad well.
- Ann (5/5): Not worth the price - Just the view The staff need customer service training as they often rude and not so approachable
- Noel (8/5): Very good -
- Noel (8/5): Very good -
- Ron (7/5): This facility could have been a lovely place, but is unprofessionally managed. - Lovely view and not far from Sagada Town. The staff despite their poor training try hard to please the customers. The place looks tired and over priced for the amenities provided. The furniture is old and the bed was not comfortable.

- Maricar (8/5): Very good - Location was good Amenities as stated are not available such as kettle and bidette
- Makol1 (7/5): The views are exceptional. The location is the best (if you have a car). - The location is far from town but that is what i like. It has views of the mountains and is very peaceful. The rooms are clean and big. Hot water in the shower. It's far away from the town proper and not crowded. If you stay in town you won't get views and ambiance like this. The place has lots of big common spaces you can stay and relax if you don't want to stay in your room. They have a huge parking space with the view of the valley ( Sea of Clouds) The staff could have been more professional. Seems they don't have any training at all. The staff are not at all service oriented in general. Initially, they didn't even inform us that the main road was closed for months going to the property. When we arrived, they asked us to pay a deposit which was also not mentioned beforehand. There was no heating pot as mentioned in their posting and they will ask you to pay 15Php if you ask for hot water. There was no free coffee unlike in almost all parts of Sagada. The food is not good, and they have a very few selections. Last order for dinner is 6. Internet is slow as they don't have fiber internet even though it is already available in the area and it is only accessible in the common areas. No TV even though they have satellite dishes. I guess they didn't bother to pay their bills. When we were leaving, they didn't even bother to say goodbye and we just left. It could have been a better experience (5 stars) if the staff were very courteous and professional.

- Elvira (8/5): 85/100 - location and homey staff need more training to be courteous;
towels and linens must be upgraded; must provide water in the bedroom; keep rooms sound proof.
- Oscar (4/5): Disappointing - Room was bug and views were amazing This place is really far away from the village ( walking took me around 40 min ) Tere are no trycicles nor taxis after 19:00. If you don't have transportation better don't stay here
- Hazel (8/5): Very good - Stunning views & unique decor. Everything was OK.
If your only in sagada for a day probably stay in the town itself. Little far from town if you don't have transport, We hitchhiked... No WiFi in the room, but on the flip side it meant all the guests were in the common area
Surprisingly cold in the mountains the blankets provided were small & thin
