Bojana (6/5): Location only! - Location was great. The host welcomed us on time, the communication went well. We didn't have hot water on our first day, but we got instructions by the host the next day (you should turn on the water heating on the electronic device in the bedroom which says "do not touch"). The apartment was not clean, the floor was not moped at all (our white socks went black from walking around) and there was some hair left in the showers and everywhere in general. The electricity needs to be fixed, it's not safe if you turn on more devices in the apartment, especially the oven...the power goes down immediately and you are left without stove and oven for a day. So if you plan to cook on your stay, don't go here. They should put some mosquito nets as well, they are everywhere in the apartment.
Alina (1/5): Bad - location We have arrived at the door and have been waiting outside for 20 minutes to be welcomed into the apartment. My expectation was that we would be welcomed immediately upon arrival since we sent several messages in advance, yet this has not been the case. This is unexceptable. Please advise on what the next step
