• Marcus (8/5): We had a lovely stay and would stay there again, and recommend it to friends. - The location was great, and there was lots of room for a big group not to be on top of each other. There were some things that could use attention, like the locks on the interior doors. Some simple things could be updated but it didn’t impact our stay, we still lived the place.

• ANA MARIA (8/5): - Apartamento muy bien situado, ideal para ir andando a todos los sitios. Estaba muy limpio. Bastante amplio. La climatización de la casa muy agradable. Mesa grande en el salón para sentarse un grupo numeroso. La distribución y el diseño del apartamento, las habitaciones superiores a las que se accede por escaleras de caracol no están muy aisladas del resto lo que hace a mí gusto falte intimidad.se escucha todo Uno de los baños huele mal, faltan platos y cubiertos para 7 personas. Estaría bien un microondas. Hay que tener en cuenta que es un piso cuarto sin ascensor aunque eso ya lo avisan.

• Eric (7/5): Great stay! - Most of it, the apartment was clean and tidy, the host was responsive and the utilities were good. 5 stories to walk to get to the apartment, someone else on the floor we stayed in turned off all the heating one day so we had no warm water for 1½ days.
• Gabriella (9/5): it is in a perfect location. Everything is within walking distance. Comfortable, spacious rooms - it was in a perfect location to be able to walk to everything in a short time. True, there is no elevator, and even though the accommodation was on the top floor, climbing the stairs was not burdensome even for elderly grandparents. we had a small technical problem with the air conditioner. It didn't work and it wasn't until the next evening that the batteries in each of the remotes were dead. The difficulty was that we had to prove with videos that it didn't work, and the contact person only came in the evening with new batteries. Which was strange because the owner lives in the apartment next door. there is a half-step in the bathroom that is not marked, so we almost fell several times

• Carolyn (8/5): A very central and convenient place to stay. - The location was very central and surprisingly quiet. The apartment was really spacious. It was well equipped. Having a washing machine was very useful. I'm sorry to say the beds were not very comfortable. Could feel the springs in the mattress and it was sagging in the middle.
• Pawan (9/5): Superb - The location was really great. Sights in central Rome are walkable and there are lots of eateries around. The ACs all worked well, and were really needed for the 36°C weather. The apartment was clean and charming. The living area was large and open with lots of light in all the rooms. Marta greeted me on time and was very quick and reasonable in resolving an issue with the booking. Only small quips (and I must stress on how good this apartment is otherwise): - There was no microwave. There was an oven, though and we could make do. - The upstairs bedroom has a "window" into the downstairs bedroom. There are blinds, but there is no sound isolation between the rooms. The wooden floors upstairs are creaky so it may wake up a sleeping baby downstairs. Something to keep in mind. - The upstairs bedroom is accessed by a metal spiral staircase. It felt a bit tricky to navigate at night. - The apartment is on the 5th floor with no elevator. So you may find yourself ending a hot day with a climb. - The bathroom periodically had a strong drain smell. This is something we have noticed elsewhere in Italy also, so it must be a product of how the drainage is designed in the building.
