• Tim (3/5): Stay was ok - would have been better if we had all the beds that were promised - Easy getting into the apartment Only half of the beds were prepared. Even after multiple conversations with the admin team no one came to prepare the bed!
• Roumiana (8/5): - Appartement spacieux, deux salles de bains,bien chauffé. Facilité pour se rendre à Florence par train, parking, calme, dog friendly. Interminable check in en ligne pour obtenir la clé pour chaque client avec saisie des données, scanner les passeports, selfie du titulaire. Obligés de le faire à l'avance pendant le viyage et un réseau par intermittence, etc. Aucun consommable sur place - pas de savon ni de papier toilette, pas de liquide vaisselle ni de sacs poubelle, etc. Il y a un problème électrique avec le four, impossible de l'utiliser - cela fait sauter le disjoncteur général!!

• Jérôme (8/5): Séjour agréable - Literie très confortable, climatisation, logement spacieux et très propre 👍. La vue de la terrasse est plutôt sympathique. Terrasse pourrait être mieux aménagée. Le four fait déclencher l'interrupteur différentiel. Il est donc impossible de l'utiliser.
• Sarah (8/5): Very good - Garden and space. Nice views Comfy beds Hard to get access to key box as didn't receive code until late in the day, despite doing early check in, so a problem with our phones connecting to Italian network made this difficult. It wouldn't have been so if had the code in the morning when still in the UK. Also, builders dug a hole outside front door. Completely understand repairs and maintenance are needed but a little advance warning would be courteous. The building work was also noisy and started at 7.30 am
• Lorenzo (4/5): Spacious apartment with RATS! - Nice apartment, very spacious and a wonderful balcony, check in was easy and the bed was comfortable. On the day that we arrived we left the apples that we bought on the table, we went out and when we returned we found that apples had little bites on them so we put everything in the fridge just in case because we suspected there might be rodents in the apartment. On Sunday morning when we woke up,the fridge was leaking from underneath, and when we went to get the towels from a drawer, we saw something harry with a long tail running from the drawer and judging by the size of it, most likely it was a rat. We phoned the owner but he did not answer, then I texted him and explained the situation about the leak and the rodent and he didn’t say anything about the possible rat in the apartment but said that someone would come to fix the leakage. Someone came to clean it, but when we came back we found a rat dropping on the table. I contacted booking too about possible partial refund, they checked with the owner who refused to issue a partial refund and Booking also said that they couldn’t do anything about it without owners consent, thus we didn’t get any compensation nor even an apology from the owner.
• Serban (9/5): Superb - All in all, it was a very nice experience. The space is generous, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the house is beautiful and quiet. We also enjoyed the patio with the beautiful view over the far Tuscan hills. Staying outside Florence and commuting in order to visit the city proved to be a good idea, as we wouldn't find a similar property in Florence at a similar price. The check-in method. Make sure that someone is waiting for you at the property, or that you receive the access code in time to obtain the keys to the property
