• Vargas (7/5): Buena relación calidad precio, incumple en pequeños detalles - el lugar era cómodo, estaba limpio y cumplía con lo establecido, permitió una estadía en el periodo de tiempo esperado y fue agradable pasarlo ahí durante la mayoría del tiempo No había aire acondicionado, la luz principal era muy amarilla el baño se sentía muy cerrado, además siento que no había cancelación adecuada de ruido e iluminación

• Yeudin (1/5): Bad - Nothing to add here honestly, they were kind is maybe the only thing positive. **If you are traveling with kids or want some peace, read this** This is without a doubt, the worst experience I had staying on a place. Let me try to recap this because is a lot of sh17. -The parking: it was all an entire nightmare, when I arrived, first thing I did was request access to the parking lot, for what I received the first red flag “you can open and leave your vehicle in the parking lot once, so, if you are not ready, leave it outside, nothing going to happen”well, I said alright. I left the car in front and suddenly, I had to jump out of the shower and run outside because my wife told me that police was about to pick up the car. If I was not enough upset at that point, it turned out that when they saw my car just said “that car cannot fit in our parking slot, is too big” it is a Nissan Frontier, literally like half the cars on the world size. For that unexpected situation, I had to park my car on a parking lot turning the corner and PAY, yes PAY for a parking place because of their random and not confirmed parking place issue. Well, money was not the real deal here, the struggle was that I was visiting with my family, a kiddo and a baby, so can you imagine going outside, in the city in a place we don’t know in the middle of the night with a kiddo and a baby? We had to return from dinner quickly because we didn’t want to walk so late with our children a block on a dangerous place. Don’t even necessary to mention that our 3 months baby could get a cold from walking in the street in the night. -The location: Guys, you need to be considered and transparent, you need to specify that this is NOT a place to go with a family, instead of showing family rooms on booking. This is insane, dangerous and not ethical at all. Just to let you know that within 200m radius there were; a brothel, a Casino and a lot of escorts on the surroundings and 2 different club with a tremendous party and a lot of street people looking to earn something. Party ended 4 am 😭

Since some reviews mentioned it, I can imagine you might be able to hear the other rooms, but since the hotel was not that booked, we haven't had any problems.

Bathroom a disaster - 'shower' wasnt a shower it was a direct explosion of cold water. Lamp with no plug left beside bed. Carpet very old and stale. I only booked at last minute arriving from airport late at night.

• Matthew (7/5): Good - Great location - about a 10 minute walk from the town centre / attractions. Wifi worked well. Staff were really nice to us. Really great restaurants across the street. The hotel is a lot more dated than the photos. It has a lot of potential if it was redecorated.
• Julia (8/5): Very pleasant - Felt very safe here. There was 24 hour reception and the guy came outside to chat with me every time I went to smoke, which was appreciated and didn't feel overbearing. Very cool patio style building with lots of plants. The name has changed from Hotel Inca Real to Amon Real, which made it a little bit stressful at the airport as the taxi driver didn't know where it was. It comes up on Google,maps under Amon Real though.
