Guest Reviews
- Andie_wolf (10/5): Great location and host - The attention this host has is on another level. He helped us so much, even when we had some problems with our luggage. I can't thank him enough.
About the location, I loved the quiet neighborhood, the station a couple blocks away, and also restaurants and supermarkets. Since it was an apartment, we were in charge of separating the trash. It was a little stressful to decide how to separate things, but I think it's a minor issue.
- CARMEN (10/5): I would come back - Great location, clean place, very nice host, always in contact and very accomodating.

- Thibaut (9/5): Great place to stay in lovely Kyoto neighbourhood - Sean’s place is very well located and quite spacious with up to 3 separate beds. It is well equipped and clean.
Most of all, Sean was extremely arranging during our stay and answered all our requests. The neighbourhood is also very quiet yet full of restaurants. The only downside would be that the unit is located at street level so you can hear some noise from cars passing by. Fortunately the street is extremely calm and quiet.

- Har (4/5): Hot water is good and air-conditioning is good. - No television is unacceptable!
Reused slippers are unacceptable!
No provision of rubbish bags and no
rubbish disposal service are absolutely
unacceptable!
The oven is very very dirty! The wok is full of rust.
The cleaniness of bedding is suspected!
The floor is dusty especially under the bed.
- Alesantin (10/5): Exceptional - A wonderful and very comfortable and spacious place. But the best of all is the kindness of his host, Sean. He helped us after we lost a backpack and was always willing to offer assistance and good advice about the city. We are very grateful. Superb!
- Justin (10/5): Nice place to stay for a few days. - Location was good, host very responsive and helpful, comfortable beds, plenty of space for 3 adults traveling together. Appreciated the ability to cook a simple meal.
