• Monique (6/5): Viel me allemaal wel wat tegen. - Dat de kamers er zo uit zagen zoals op de foto en dat het schoon was. Alles digitaal ging heb niemand gezien met de check in. We waren eerder ook op de laatste minuut dat we pas naar binnen mochten, terwijl er wel werd gevraagd hoe laat we er zouden zijn wordt dus niks mee gedaan. Deelde de kamer met mijn broertje dus wou een aparte laken daar werd me toch moeilijk om gedaan. Staat vermeld op de site dat er een patio is maar daar mochten we geen gebruik van maken, we werden zelfs weg gestuurd door een man!! Geen schone handdoeken. Douchen is alles behalve warm, elke dag lauw water.

• robert (3/5): Rome est incroyable c est un musée à ciel ouvert, heureusement que cela compenser les imprévus de l’appartement - Uniquement l’emplacement Au prix que nous avons payé, pas de machine à café, pas de frigo , la propreté des draps, le Check in en ligne compliqué et SURTOUT PAYANT 53 € plus 40€ de taxe de séjour pour 2 personnes sur 4 jours EN ESPÈCES, pas du tout honnête.
• Caroline (9/5): Excellent location!! - Location was fantastic!! Lots of very good restaurants on the street. Very simple check in process . Quiet building. Apartment Very comfortable and had a fridge which was good to store water in . Bathroom had a great shower but I didn't use the hot tub . All in all a very comfortable apartment near the Vatican and I would definitely stay again!! This apartment could benefit from having facilities to make a cup of tea or coffee. A little kitchen area would be ideal

• Michael (2/5): - Die Erreichbarkeit und die Lage waren super. Die Klimaanlage war am ersten Abend kaputt, so dass wir bei 30grad schlafen durften. Auf die Anfrage, was mit der Klimaanlage sei, sollte Batterien holen um die Anlage überhaupt anzukriegen. Danach hatte sie immer noch nicht funktioniert. Anstatt mal zu sagen, dass sich da wer drum kümmert, sollte ich dann den Sicherungskasten suchen und die Anlage neustarten.. Ich bin zum Urlaub machen da und kein Techniker. Der Whirlpool war grottenschlecht, das Wasser hat eine Temperatur von maximal 20 grad erreicht, so dass man diesen nicht nutzen konnte. Bei dem Preis lächerlich schlecht. Die decken waren dreckig und die Handtücher wurden auch nach 5 Tagen nicht gewechselt. Kann ich jedem von abraten, vor allem bei dem Preis.

• Grace (6/5): Good for a short stay. - Good location and facilities for a short stay including comfy bed and hot shower. Court yard was beautiful. Dominique answered and helped us initially when we had issues checking in. Duvet at the end of the bed was old and stained (everything else including sheets and towels seemed very clean so we just didn’t use this). Check in instructions was confusing - maybe due to an issues with a form - but Dominique helped straight away. I seem to have been charged €16 even though I checked in on time, again maybe because of the issue with the form?

• Gayane (1/5): Bad - “The worst hotel I have ever seen. First, we couldn’t check in for an entire hour due to an extremely inconvenient self check-in system. Then the room looked like a hospital ward — no comfort at all, just plain white walls, no coffee, no tea, no kettle, not even a single bottle of water — absolutely nothing. And the worst part was the horrible attitude toward guests: irresponsible and rude. In the morning at 10:00, they were banging on the door and rudely telling us to leave, even though check-out was clearly stated as 10:30. If you don’t want your trip ruined, do not stay at this hotel.”
• Kornelijus (8/5): Nice place in perfect location. Recomend! - Perfect place. No problem to reach with metro/bus/train from airport. Walking distance from the center! Huge hard pillows, blankets without decent covers. Room dor was to thin that you hear snoring from the other room :)

• Ciocas (5/5): Passable - The location is very good. I give it a 5 just because of the location. Otherwise, it would be lower There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom. The "hot" water was barely warm. We also found a gel nail under one of the pillows. That was just disgusting.
• Jetmir (4/5): Don't choose the suite. - I didn't feel to much hospitality, it was an annoying experience. The main reason i choose the room was the hot tub, but there wasn't enough hot water to use it. I don't think they used a good architect for the furnishings because there was a lot of space but not to many places where to put our stuff.

But staff replied our 12 am message at 1 am, which means that although responding is not immediate, but the time range is broad. 1. Confusing check-in. Besides, remember to self-check-in earlier since they need some time to deal with the request, and check in with staffs charges even more than self-check-in. 2. NO HOT WATER FOR BATHING!!! We were smelly when leaving since we had only freezing water. Staffs promised that it would be fixed in day 2 but NO. I saw lots of complaints about it, so it can't be a rare problem. 3. Poor sound insulation. I could hear neighbor's TV sound clearly. 4. Poor quilt. The quilt hasn't been satured. 5. City tax was paid when self check in, but they still asked us to leave cash on table. This may cause some careless people pay twice, considering most people would choose self check in.
• Bruno (2/5): Very poor - Advantages: Location: It is close to the Vatican, with plenty of nice restaurants nearby, such as Il Matriciano, Pastaciutta (a budget-friendly option), and Gelateria Cremilla. Proximity to Ottaviano subway station, which provides easy access to the city's main tourist attractions. We stayed for 9 nights, and although this is not a hotel, basic room services such as towel changes, toiletries refills, and trash removal were supposed to occur every 3 days but did not. These services happened partially only twice during our stay. Disadvantages: Major inconvenience: During the last two days of our stay, there was no hot water at all—this, in winter, was unacceptable. Cleanliness: Upon arrival, the floor was dirty and covered in dust. Fresh towels were only provided after repeated requests, along with the refill of a single roll of toilet paper. This happened only once. The toilet brush was broken upon arrival. Although I requested a replacement (which was promised), it was never delivered. There were no refills of toiletries; we had to purchase toilet paper and soap ourselves. Trash was also not removed, leaving us to handle it on our own. Overall: I do not recommend staying here.

• Mark (6/5): Pleasant - It was clean(except the comforter was stained) and comfortable. It was difficult to get in without help, and if only one of us left, the other was locked in or out. Not very safe to be locked in, and if we don’t have WiFi service, it was different to contact the other to get us in through the outside door that was locked.

• Adrian-ro (7/5): Good - The jacuzzi was the main attraction of this property. It was really nice and easy to use! Very very close to the vatican The apartament wasn't dirty but it wasnt clean either...it needs a really deep clean, not just a wipe down after each guest...the sofa and seats have stains, the bathroom was also not very clean. The jacuzzi had some hairs arround it. It could be cleaner. Its a shame really. Also they instruct you to leave 5€ on the counter for the tourist tax but you also have to pay that online when you do the chek-in. The check-in costs an aditional 4€...

• Andrea (6/5): Pleasant - The place is located in a very beautiful area, quite and safe, closed to Vatican City which from there you can get to most of the attractions in about 20 minutes by walk. The virtual key works really good. The duvet was not very cleaned , and the host was never available, I probably call the host about 20 times, never got answered or called back. On the app if you have a question it takes a bit long to get an answer.

• Ausra (5/5): Passable - convenient transportation, close to places of interest. the room is clean, wifi worked well. there was a very, very strong smell of chlorine, both in the corridor and in the room. we arrived after the flight, we wanted to rest, but we only heard the sounds of some kind of video from the corridor and the next room, it was too much smell and noise to rest. everything is very audible.
• Andreja (9/5): Would come back again. - Location is great, close to vatican city. Clean, spacious, cozy. The door of the apartment is very thin, so you can hear clearly other neighbours coming back. But it was quiet at night time. Really missed two glasses for water.

We had no hot water for our entire stay and we’re unable to use the jacuzzi which we were looking forward to before our 49 hour flight home. Cold showers the entire time and when we contacted the host to get someone in to fix it, she asked us if we’d tried turning the shower knob the right way and following the jacuzzi instructions. We told her yes and she had no answers for us. Probably wouldn’t recommend if somewhere else is available.

• Glenn (4/5): Very disappointing stay for us,will not go back - The apartment was newly refurbished and walking distance to most things which was great We were disappointed with our room,we thought we were getting a lounge area and spa, we got a room with a bed that's it. There was no room in the apartment,I don't know where the dressing room was, it was shelf to put a case on with a few hangers above! There isn't even cup to have a drink . Don't think about turning up before 3 as you cant get in, we only turned up 20 minutes early,so we thought we would send a message to see if she could let us in and she got back to us at 3.01 after we could access. I thought the room would at least have a jug to make a coffe/tea and possibly a small fridge, I know it didn't say they had these things,I guess for me it is a normal expectation in a room,I don't recall staying anywhere that doesn't have these things as normal. I just think it's a bit of false advertising when it says there is spa available to guests and only one option came up when I was booking so I assumed all the rooms were the same,they certainly aren't that!
• Richard (9/5): Comfortable room at very good price - The room was clean, the bed a good size for two and comfy, the bathroom was in good condition, and the price was brilliant for Rome in the summer. The air conditioning was good too. I was worried about what to expect when I booked it but would highly recommend. You could occasionally hear the other guests in the corridor but I don't think the owner could do anything about that.
• Angelica (5/5): The host refused to offer a discount to cover the discount we’ve suffered re, AC not working and hot - Location near Vatican. Hot water temperature drops after 5 minutes of using the shower. Shower tray drain was clogged, water was ponding in the shower tray for 10 minutes after stopping using the shower. AC stopped working for 1 day
• Ciocas (8/5): Very good - The place is located very close to a lot of attractions. The bed was comfortable and the room looked nice. The sound coming from outside and from the other rooms. It was very, very difficult to sleep until we got some earplugs from the store. Other than that, the place is very good.
• Strizhakov (6/5): Pleasant - location i have been shown appartment with bath on a photo while booking, however no any bath were inside. asked for a second cover - received an answer, that in Italy they are using one cover for couple.. asked to check out half an hour later (check out at 10am ! crazy..) and has received decline. not recommending, it is possible to rent much better apartment for same money
• Edwin (2/5): Very bad experience - The location was nice and accessible. Unable to access room without a mobile phone and host would not provide wifi password prior to entry forcing us to turn on international phone access, feces was backed up in the toilet, host was very slow to respond and not helpful, host informed us after we departed that it would be days before they could get a technician out to fix the toilet issue. Host was not willing to work with us on the cancellation as she felt it was ok to stay in a stinking apartment with a toilet full of feces that could not be used.

• Muneer (10/5): Exceptional - Room has good internet connection and takes just 20 minutes by bus from Roma termini. You can check in at anytime without worrying about reaching the room late at night, as it has self checkin you can open and front door through phone.
