Guest Reviews
- Merve Müge (9/5): - İşlermecisi olan hanimefendi cok guzel yemekler yapmisti ve bize Kutaisiye dönememiz icin araç ayarladi.Hersey icin tesekkurler Gurcüler gercekten cok iyiler.

- rotem (7/5): - The hosts know English and were friendly to me. Could buy there some fruits. The daughter works at the horse river crossing, so that can be arranged and paid in advance. Dinner was nice. My room could be locked only from inside. The light did not work in the morning. Room windows faced the dining area. Squeaky doors, I could hear people open them at night
- Elpida (9/5): - The guesthouse was nice and generally clean. We had lunch which was surprisingly good and generous. The place also runs the cafe which serves as a meeting point and has great view.

- shai (3/5): - The location. It seems they are kind of monopol, they know you are in the end of day track with no other place to sleep so they using it. The service is bad, it is not clean place, we just enter the room and saw the cat sleeping on the bed. Instead of the other village it seems they just want your money.
- Ana (7/5): -
- Patriciaperezcolom (6/5): - Alojamiento perfecto si estás haciendo la ruta de Mestia a Ushguli.
- Julia (8/5): Nice location - Good location, loved that they had a little market for snacks. Great views from the balcony and very nice food.
- Oshi (9/5): Magical Guesthouse in a Remote Village - We spent two nights at this magical guesthouse, tucked away in a remote village with no proper road access – which only made the experience more special.
We were welcomed with such warmth and care – with delicious homemade dinners and breakfasts, local products, homemade wine, sweets, and genuine hospitality.
The two young women who run the guesthouse were simply amazing – kind, attentive, and made us feel like family.
The peace, the views, the atmosphere – all unforgettable.
On the third morning of the trek, they arranged horses to help us cross the river, which was the perfect solution at a challenging point in the trail.
We wholeheartedly recommend staying here – it was one of the most authentic, touching, and delightful highlights of our journey.
- James (10/5): Exceptional - The two hosts (sister in laws) were very friendly and welcoming. They were happy to help everyone with their individual needs. They both speak great English and are hard working women. I was happy to give them my business. It’s a nice central spot in the quaint village to meet a wide variety of travelers.
- Moshe (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed at the guesthouse for one night as part of our family trek from Mestia to Ushguli — a family of six (a couple with four children).
The place was very clean, and the shower was especially good.
Due to religious and dietary restrictions, we prepared a light meal for ourselves, and the kind host provided us with fresh puri bread for breakfast.
She also gave us helpful information about crossing the river, which was very useful for the next part of our hike.
A pleasant and recommended stop along the trek.
- Elizabeth (10/5): Exceptional - Great place to stay after a day of hiking, the food was absolutely delicious and you get so much! They also cater for dietary requirements which was great. Dinner was 30 per person and breakfast was 30 per person. There was so much breakfast we took some leftovers for lunch too, highly recommend staying here! There was only one bathroom which meant there was quite often a queue, wasn't a problem but just to be aware. We were in a double room which overlooked the table space, it would be good if this room had thicker curtains as we felt people could see in when we were changing etc, but other than that, all good!
- Laura (8/5): Very good - Nice guesthouse with a great view from the terrace. Good food and women‘s power!
- Ressin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Koba (10/5): Exceptional - It very cosy guest house.i loved this guest house very much with their personal and food is fantastic delicious and i recommend this guest house every one who will hiking in this Truck.
- Itay (6/5): Pleasant -
- Anonymous (5/5): Passable -
- Emmanuel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bára (7/5): I would recommend this accomodation in summer only - Very friendly staff and great food. They arranged horses for us to cross the river. We were here in the end of september, meaning it was very cold (about 4 degrees at night). There was no heater and food was served outside.
- Sarah (9/5): Superb - The food was incredibly good, and the family was very friendly and welcoming. The garden is very nice and there are hammocks to relax after the hike :) There is dog on a leash in the back of the garden. It can be very aggressive, so don't come close.
- Tsz (9/5): A great place to stay in the mountain. - The guesthouse is very nice and comfortable. The dinner is delicious with reasonable price, and the mountain view is unbeatable. Hostess offered the horse service to cross the river with good price. The beds are comfy, and bathrooms are clean. Due to the popularity of the guesthouse, it is full of energetic guests, which is a bit of noisy, but all in all, the travellers are all nice people.
- Eitan (5/5): Passable - Clean shower, breakfast Above street smell is bad, room was in a strange angle, not enough dinner
- Daniel (10/5): Excellent location at the heart of the village - Very friendly staff, excellent home made dinner (30 GEL), simple but clean accomodation, perfect location everything was just perfect, thank you!!!
- Regev (8/5): Very good -
- Michael (9/5): Superb -
- Anastasiia (9/5): Superb - Fantastic location, the most delicious meals (30 Lari for dinner, 10 Lari for packed lunch), very friendly staff, comfortable room, nice showers.
This guesthouse had a market attached with a great selection of groceries
Really enjoyed staying here for Mestia - Ushguli trek! No key for the door - room remained unlocked throughout our stay
- Tamar (8/5): Very good - Nice balcony.
Located very close to the mestia-ushguli trail. The charged as 100 GEL for breakfast for two. It was unpleasant surprise. Make sure you get all the details before stay/eat.
- Poothip (1/5): The very Bad guest house of all time - A bedroom was good They charge us very dirty,
21 Lari (7.78usd) for 2 fried egg and 1 coffee, 1 tea.
It too bad for tourist. Then host charged me 40 lari for first thing the host said i have to take a horse from house to the river, but second thing she said i have to walk 5 km. To the river and take a horse to the next village(very confused). We are paid already and walk 5 km. To the river and take a horse just 5 meter (Five meters not kilometers) for cross a river , that so different from the host said so it too bad for a tourist and very charge expensive. Make it look dirty for Adishi village!
- Maya (8/5): Very good -
- Artem (10/5): Exceptional - Great place to stay! Very friendly hosts, good value for money, great food! Thanks Natalia! Nothing
- Jens (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pierre (10/5): Exceptional - Staff is really great and they have everything for you.
I also recommend dinner and breakfast.
View on the terrace is also great. Some improvement could be done on the bathroom as they’re leaking a bit
- José (8/5): Very good. - The owners
- Ondřej (8/5): Very good -
- Shahar (8/5): Very good - Good view, decent dinner & breakfest, hot water in the shawer The water flew in the shower was very slow
- Mar (2/5): Very poor - The room wasnt cozy at all, dirty walls, uncomfortable bads, everything was sticky, very humid and unpleasant
- Nicole (8/5): Basic but good stay, and very tasty dinner! - Great location in the centre of the village, on the trail! Dinner was really tasteful and vegetarian, but portions were maybe a bit small. It is also very cosy that they have small bar/shop/cafe, so it is nice to meet other people and to be able to buy some stuff. The walls are made of wood, so it might be a bit loud for some people.
Toilets and bath room are shared, so its cleanliness depends on others.
- Frederike (10/5): Great home made wine! - We arrived here on the second day of the 4-day hike from Mestia to Ushguli and had a great time here. The food was delicious, we had a great evening and enjoyed the home made wine a lot. The view from the terrace is amazing! Everything was fine!
- Simon (6/5): Pleasant -
- Lora (6/5): Pleasant - Good location for the hike, large dinner (30 Gel/pp) and breakfast (25 Gel/pp). Main minus point was the pretty unfriendly host.
Plugs are hanging out of the wall.
- J.v.d.h. (8/5): Very good - Food was good. Hot shower. No towels.
- Joel (8/5): Very good -
- Van (8/5): Very good - Good location, with great view over the valley. Good breakfast and dinner. All incl 80 lari per person aug 2023 Basic accomodation. The walls are very thin. My neighbours started talking at 3 o clock in the morning and i could follow the conversation. So being earplugs
- Swenja (5/5): okay for one night, don’t eat there though - Terrace to socialize, nice view
Bathrooms were clean No fresh sheets on beds
Locks don’t work in the rooms
Wifi doesn’t work at all
Prices too high
Food not very good/varied (only carbs: buckwheat, bread, potatoes and pasta for breakfast and they charge 25 Lari for that!!)
- Tiago (7/5): basis accommodation - The location is perfect, have a rope to dry our wet clothes and is very clean.
The building is very original! The meals, breakfast and dinner, didn’t include any source of protein, except 1 boiled egg per person at breakfast.
- Yuval (3/5): Poor - Good location. The host sabotaged us in an attempt to make us pay more. Terrible host, unfriendly and not helpful. The meals were very expensive and not good. One room was without windows
- Inoriza (6/5): Pleasant - There is a beautiful landscape from the commun terrace. The rest is ok. Seems like not so clean bathrooms and the sheets. And sleeping can be a bit challenging because of the installation of the wooden house.
- Helke (9/5): Superb - Cute, little, cozy house. Very clean. WiFi available. Tasty dinner. Great value. Very noisy until midnight.
- Yuval (6/5): Pleasant - There is a little store inside the guesthouse where you can buy some snacks Bed wasn't comfortable, there was an hole above our room's door so a lot of mosquitos were in the room and stingged us. meals (which we didnt take eventually) were a bit expensive.
- Ivan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Karel (8/5): Very good -
- Jing (10/5): Exceptional - The price of the homestay is very cheap, and the experience is very good. The host was very welcoming and we had a very comfortable night. Nothing
- Francis (8/5): Very good -
- Karol (8/5): Cheap accomodation with limmited comfort. - Nice terrace, wide choice of drinks in bar. The walls are thin, so you could hear all the neighbours talking until late night.
- Teeraphattara (6/5): It’s more for people who like socializing, hostel vibes. - It’s located in the middle of Adishi village. The shared bathroom is clean. Dinner and breakfast is (30 GEL and 25 GEL), a bit pricey but all guesthouses charge this price. Very tiny room with just beds and chairs. No views, just windows that can see the common area where everyone is gathering. It can be very noisy with thin walls.
- Alexander (10/5): Good place to stay - Everything is good, hostess perfect woman. The oldest house in the village, but it looks good and safe, you can order some homemade yogurt here, coffee/tea was free for me
- Daniel (9/5): Superb - Nice accomodation in Adishi when doing Mestia - Ushguli trek. You have to climb a ladder to the first floor but shouldnt be a problem for hikers. We had a Good time, accomodation is clean and personal is very friendly. For the dinner we had the best katchapuri on the trek here. Spider scared my girlfriend. No problems other than that.
