• Anja (10/5): Very nice hotel - fair price and good value for money. - A moderate sized but very nice breakfast. The staff are SO kind and helpfull. The hotel is downtown but in a quiet street. Rooms are clean and bathrooms are nice and looks New.

• Martin (10/5): Excellent option for central Palma - Lovely small hotel, with very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast, and at the quieter end of one of the best streets in Palma for tapas bars and restaurants. Also only 5-10 minutes walk to Santa Catalina for a less touristy night out or daytime visit to the food market. Less than €20 for the short ride to the airport. The single room was quite small, the bathroom a little cramped, and there was some noise from the street at night (although not too bad for Spain!).

• Nancy (6/5): We're glad it was one night -- it was difficult to sleep there. However, the location was good. - The location was fantastic Our fan did not work. The Manager @ check-in should have shown us the room and made sure that the cooling fan was operational. We kept our window open and in the middle of the night, people partying outside became loud, so we closed the window which made the room extremely stuffy. When we inquired about adjusting our room rate, another person at the front desk suggested we email the office after we checked out. We were told that we should've let the front desk know. We were not told that there was 24-hour front desk coverage and there wasn't a telephone in the room to contact them.

I liked everything about the hotel, but for the price, we expected 4-star quality: bathroom amenities, a cooked breakfast, an open swimming pool, etc. If the price had been lower, we would have loved the hotel.

Unfortunately there was a VERY loud couple in the room next door, appreciate that the hotel can’t control this but it really impacted our evening.

• Laura (10/5): Alles in allem war alles perfekt! Wir kommen gerne wieder, nur diesmal mit Ohropax ;-) - Wir konnten eine Stunde früher als geplant einchecken und die Lage war perfekt, um die Stadt zu erkunden! Die Zimmer sind sehr hübsch eingerichtet und das Bett sehr bequem. Frühstück war klein, aber alles da, was man braucht und es gab jeden Tag frisch gepresstes Orangensaft. Das Personal ist wirklich außergewöhnlich freundlich und versucht auf alle Wünsche einzugehen. Der Pool war leider noch geschlossen, aber die Dachterrasse lädt trotzdem sehr zum entspannen ein. :) Ich würde das Hotel definitiv weiter empfehlen! Leider ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig und man kann jedes Gespräch im Flur sowie in den Nebenzimmern mithören.

Great location, but we had stayed at the start of our holiday in different accommodation which was half the price and just around the corner. Photos make it look amazing but we didn’t find it as good as we hoped. The pool wasn’t available. Very bare rooms. We like minimalism but not to that extent.

• Madeleine (8/5): Schönes Hotel im Herzen Palmas - Eine wunderbares altes Haus, sehr stilvoll und mitten in der Altstadt gelegen. Restaurants und Bars rundherum! Es gibt sogar einen Pool für die Sommermonate. An der Rezeption sehr freundlich und die Qualität des Frühstücks sehr sehr hoch. Eigentlich hat uns nur eine Sache missfallen, nämlich dass man uns am zweiten Tag beim Frühstück erklärt hat, dass nur ein Orangensaft pro Person vorgesehen ist (obwohl ein ganzer Haufen frischer Orangen zum Pressen hinter dem Tresen stand). Bei dem Preis ist so eine Aussage wirklich nicht notwendig. Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht ganz, die Zimmer sind sehr karg eingerichtet, kein Bügelbrett, kein Wasserkocher. Alles ok, aber eben übermäßig teuer hierfür.

• Frau Duneebajwe (3/5): Nicht noch einmal - Frühstück war gut. Die Lage als Ausgangspunkt toll. Aber es war zu laut Es war extrem laut und unruhig. Das Hotel ist so hellhörig. Das habe ich noch nie erlebt. Die Toilettenspülung der anderen Zimmer ist extrem laut. Man hört alles der Nachbarzimmer bis dann um ca 1 Uhr Ruhe einkehrt. Das Perosonal ist laut und ab 7 Uhr in den Fluren. Also Erholung ist anders.
• Angelika Arischa (10/5): Ein Highlight in der an besonderen Hotel nicht gerade armen Altstadt Palmas, ruhig in einer Gasse gelegen, mit sehr freu - Das Gebäude selbst ist schon mal interessant, auch die künstlerische Gestaltung der Zimmertüren. Das freundliche Personal. Und das Frühstück, jeden Morgen ein Highlight, fantasievoll präsentiert, sehr gute Qualität, viele lokale Produkte.

Fussläufig war alles schnell zu erreichen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit einer großen Terrasse. Vielleicht kann man noch eine Kaffee/Tee Station auf dem Zimmern einrichten.

Zahlreiche Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. Relativ einfache Ausstattung des Zimmers. Schallschutz weder zur Straße noch zu den anderen Zimmern vorhanden.

La situació del hotel és inmillorable, tens el casc antic al costac i el port també al costat. Les habitacions han superat les espectatives de tothom! Em va donar la sensació de que estava poc aïllat i que potser em despertaria a la nit quan passés la gent cridant pel carrer, però no va ser el cas :)

Poca variedad, los productos artesanos de proximidad y el pan del que tanto presumen en la web apenas si lo hemos visto. El primer día a las 8:15 aún no había venido. Y el segundo día a las 8:30 ya se había terminado y no iban a reponer más. La alternativa era pan de molde industrial en un hotel de 4 estrellas?

• Pfeil (9/5): Ein sehr gutes in bester Lage Hotel gut für einen 2-3 Tage Trip nach Palma. - Sehr gute Lage und sehr liebevoll gestaltete Anlage. Insbesondere der Bar/Frühstücksbereich und das "Türmchen" mit Blick auf die Kathedrale hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig und das Personal sehr freundlich und schnell. Die Zimmer sind für einen Einzelreisenden sehr in Ordnung, aber etwas spartanisch eingerichtet.

• Michael (10/5): Sollte ich Palma wieder besuchen, es kommt kein anderes Hotel in Frage. - Das Hotel liegt am Ende der Strasse. Daher ist der Touristenstrom stark abgebaut. Die Carrer Apuntadores ist voller Restaurants, einfach unschlagbar. Das Hotel hat ein perfektes Ambiente, einfach alles ist aufeinander abgestimmt. Das Bad fanden wir herausragend in Desing und Funktionalität. Selbst der Pool ist für die Citylage sehr gut. Das Personal passte zu dem angenehmen Ambiente. Das gute Frühstück hätte noch besser sein können. Die Versorgung in Palma bietet alle Möglichkeiten. Meckern auf hohem Niveau heißt: Lokales von Brot bis Marmelade. Schinken war super.

Staff arranged a taxi for us to the airport and even a take away breakfast as we had an early flight. You did hear people in the halls at night but for us this was not really a problem as you are in a city center and people come back late.

The selection of food at breakfast is different every day. The pool and roof terraces are lovely quiet places to sit and relax. The staff are friendly and could not have been more helpful.
