- Arumugam (1/5): A disappointing stay with serious management issues. - I never liked this property. One of the worst properties I have ever stayed in.
We checked in around 8:00 p.m. It started raining at that time, and we were extremely tired and wanted to take a bath, but there was no water in the house. We had to use filtered water only to use the washroom.
We contacted the person in charge, but due to the heavy rain, she could not come. She gave us the property manager’s number; however, although he was online, he did not answer our calls or reply to our messages.
Later, we suddenly heard water dripping from the ceiling (photos attached). One of the rooms became flooded, and the air conditioner was also leaking water inside the room. There was no update or assistance regarding this issue until 7:00 a.m.
At 8:00 a.m., someone suddenly appeared, but we were rushing and unable to speak with him properly. After several arguments, we requested a new villa, and the request was eventually approved. However, the entire process was extremely stressful and far from easy for us.
- Delano (9/5): Great - The house keeping came dialy to clean. A bit less insects. But she cleaned it every day.
