• Vica (6/5): Not a bad stay, but... - Not sure I would come again. The place is essentially an Airbnb with all its rules, listed on booking. We liked that it's just walking distance from metro line 1 and there are shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The place is quiet at night and we got a good night's sleep. The place was very clean. The provided toasts, biscuits, coffee and mokapot were enough for a tiny breakfast to kickstart your day before get something more in the city. The host was always quick to answer on Whatsapp. Check in at 5 is much later than the usual times. The bedroom has an office desk and chair which was greatly appreciated for a "laptop break". Providing bathroom slippers is a really nice touch! There were many communication issues that really soured the end of the stay. The checkout is displayed as 10:30 AM which the host confirmed to me on WhatsApp, so we planned our day around it. Then the last night host messages me confirming if we are leaving by 10 because she has to book a cleaner. I said I'd prefer to keep the 10:30 which we AGREED upon and which is on booking's website, so that we don't need to get up earlier than planned on vacation. She argued with me and insulted me over text. She then said she will be there at 10:30 as she has to clean the apartment by herself (How about the cleaner she mentioned? Who knows). She didn't apologize for a possible miscommunication but instead, told me "I have no empathy". I cannot quite grasp how someone cannot clean a flat between 10:30 AM and 5 PM, that's plenty of time for two rooms. Other issues: - a washing machine is provided among the amenities but it reeks of mold when you open it and you can see the mold as well - clearly no one ever airs it out - the rooms are INCREDIBLY dark, all day we were with artificial lighting - even with blinds rolled up and curtains on the side, barely any natural light enters - not enough towels provided, and when I tried to look for more, opened the wardrobe, one of the shelves had towels but a sign read "do not touch" so I didn't dare to use them - you have to clean the apartment and take out the trash - this isn't beyond me, but not fair after paying hundreds of euros
• Xiaoyu (8/5): 房间内不错，准备的早餐饮食比较多。有家的感觉。 - 早餐是冰箱里的牛奶和果汁，加包装好的面包和饼干。还算丰富。 房东最好一次性说清楚怎么取钥匙等等，不用每次问一句答一个问题。这样节约时间，省掉焦虑，也避免多次打扰她。

• Olivier (7/5): Correct mais peu cordial - La propreté, le calme, la réactivité de l'hôte aux messages et le prix Métro pas trop loin (~10mn) Le manque de cordialité de l'hôte (instructions exécutives). Le checkin à partir de 17h, pas de flexibilité (30e demandés pour avancer l'heure). Le mode de paiement de la taxe d'habitation imposé par virement ou PayPal, conditionnant l'accès à l'appartement. La boîte à clés à ras du sol (emplacement inattendu) Stationnement payant dans la rue (parcmètres introuvables)

• Dmitro (1/5): - Niente...staff e una ragazza acida e maleducata che ti risponde in una forma poco professionale...tutto che ce scritto su booking e falso...che host ti aspetta e da le chiavi????host ti manda 100 messaggi come entrare e prima di entrare bisogna mandare le foto e tassa di soggiorno in anticipo prima di entrare e ok!!!ma se uno viaggia e ha telefoni scaricati non interessa a nessuno ...mi a risposto host che stanno in viaggio e non possono accogliere e dare le chiavi(la cosa che non e vera leggendo le recensioni perché non sono prima di lamentarmi)quindi si aggiorna no ?gentillissima host e non deve prendere con noi sono le regole stabilliti vero!???? Poi ti manda anche regole della casa sul serio ma siamo entrando in un carcere ho su una struttura ???percarita ci sta ma non i magniera cosi poco professionale!!!! Le regole sono ben diverse primis al ingresso deve essere scritto nome della struttura e anche CIN(la cosa che non era fatta)spero che passa controllo e faccia una bella multa ...(solo le regole e non deve prendere con loro) Poi la cosa importante chi svolgerà questo lavoro gentilezza e accoglienza (la cosa sperduta e sconosciuta da questo host !!!) E poi la cosa importante bisogna restare un puo umano e aiutare a chi ti arriva perché ci stanno le cose che non dipendono da noi (tipo telefono scarico e tu stai in viaggio come cavolo entri nel appartamento se non scarichi tutto non guardi video che ti mandano loro e guai se non lo fai tanto non entri )))))) comunque posso scrive tanto ma mi fermo qui ...buon lavoro host!!!continuate cosi!!! In primis host....(non sa fare il suo lavoro...bene continua cosi!!!!)

• Annemarie (10/5): Lovely home - It felt like home, I loved everything, even when the electricity went off, the owner helped me super fast at late night( don’t use all the machines at once) -
• Nelson (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is beautiful and comfortable with all the utensils. There were two problems: first, I paid for breakfast for five days, but it wasn't served. At lunch, I only found five supposedly old juices, some cookies, and six muffins for the six days paid. I advise no one to book the apartment with breakfast, it's a lie. The other problem was five days without television, there was no signal, we asked the lady for help, nothing at all. Another day, the lady sent a rude message asking me to leave the apartment, even though she knew there was still one night paid.

• Michał (8/5): Perfect for one night stay in Milan. - good calm location. Small place, but enough for 3 people. Balcony also really small. Im not comfortable with sending my ID card photo through whatsapp, but ig that’s the standard in italy.

• Lisa (10/5): Fantastic just. Short ride to centre, peaceful location and comfortable beds. - Amazing instruction and communication on how to gain access to the property. Just sent a really useful video too. Arrival items no fridge to make us feel welcome. Much appreciated as arrived late at night and was hungry. Biscuit and snacks were available. Comfortable beds. Quiet location. Close enough to the Milan city and very clean. Host also left us towels and some toiletries to use. Perfect place to stay when visiting Milan on a budget. We could not kind a kettle but not a problem, as we used a pan to boil water.
