• Caroline (10/5): Highly recommend this accommodation it has everything you need and I me the most perfect location, we have family in Low - Absolute perfect accommodation, perfect area we were close to everything, house is beautiful and equipped with everything we needed beds were super comfy, beautiful kitchen and dining facilities we couldn’t fault it at all, highly recommend, the owner of the property even popped by with some wine and beer which was very thoughtful, N/A

• PAUL (8/5): As above. - Not applicable 7 members of my family from Scotland travelled to celebrate my birthday and stayed in the property. Unfortunately there was no hot water in the property on Sunday morning and they had to endure cold showers before their long drive home. Everything else was fine.
• Graeme (10/5): - Everything. The space was clean and uncluttered. It was close to places we wished to visit - perfect really. Honestly nothing.
• Elaine (10/5): We had a wonderful weekend. The property was perfect in every way, very clean, comfortable and equipped with everything - Everything! It was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Nothing! (Missed a hairdryer but understand why one not provided.)

• Stephen (9/5): I would likely wish to book this place again. - Plenty of space eg Kitchen/Dining room was well equipped and spacious. Bedrooms were very comfortable - the grand sons both commented on that. The six of us never felt on top of each other. Everything was modern and well maintained.

• Toni (10/5): Very large modern house with excellent facilities - Beautiful big house with everything we needed for our stay. The shower was a bit too hot and we couldn't work out how to alter the temperature.

• Litton (10/5): Exceptional - My family and I enjoyed a short stay at this property over Father's Day weekend and had a lovely time. The property was amazing.. the quality was just the same as in the photos. Everywhere was so clean, tidy and in great condition. The bedrooms were really comfortable, the communal areas were large and spacious and the balcony was great for meal times. We wanted to use the BBQ but couldn't find any tools to use so I sent a message and got an instant reply back that the owner would buy us some... Within the hour they had been delivered. This was on a Sunday morning (father's Day) so we were absolutely amazed at the fantastic service. The view from the house over the water was wonderful.. made even better by a piece of piece of history on the water's edge. The location was perfect to drive into Lowestoft and walk into the little nearby village for food and a boat trip. Thank you so much - this is a beautiful property and we would definitely recommend it and return.
