• Nic (1/5): Great room poor staff performance - Clean and large room We paid for two nights so we could check in early after arriving before check in time.. arrived at 1pm on second paid day… checked out 6hrs later to catch international flight and front of house staff checked the room and insisted we opened a bottle of water… we did not… wouldn’t have a problem paying if we did, she insisted we had opened the bottle.. which didn’t appear open at all..we had paid for two full nights …. Only stayed 6hrs but they were worried about a bottle of water we don’t believe was open at all.. but checking would have opened it anyway.. we did not open but paid for it.. and two full nights accommodation only staying 6hrs…. Highly DO NOT recommend this hotel. And one of us is a travel agent so will be steering customers away from this hotel.
• Emily (8/5): Great airport stop over - Perfect airport hotel. Very basis rooms but perfect for the price point The airport shuttle service is a lot more expensive than a grab or taxi option, while a lot of other airport hotels offer a free shuttle.

• Thomas (8/5): gutes und günstiges Hotel nahe zum Flughafen - Gutes und günstiges Hotel. Sehr nahe zum Flughafen. Zimmer angenehme Grösse und gutes Bett. Direkt neben dem Hotel gibt es ein gutes Thai-Restaurant. Wir waren 3mal in diesem Hotel immer vor dem nächsten Transfer vom Flughafen. Leider ist die Hotel-Lobby sehr klein. Aber ansonsten ist dieses Hotel gut für eine Nacht vor dem Transfer zum Flughafen
• roger (6/5): Hotel ok, but Ne cheated us at checkout charging us more than our original booking - Close to airport. Convenient I paid for hotel under Booking. Com but used shuttle to/from airport, and also some room food. But at checkout, in addition to incidental fees they pointed to sign showing an 8% tax not covered, plus I was paying by credit card so an additional 3% charge. But the desk clerk Ne argued with me on charges and charged me 1,020,600 VD for something I have no idea for. Can you please recover this amount for me? It is greater amount than the Booking fee to begin with. Very unhappy for this checkout experience. She spoke English very poorly so hard to communicate with her.

• Kia (7/5): Room was spacious and clean, but AC had problems and need a shower curtain in the bathroom. - Location, price The AC in our room was not getting cold enough even when set at 17 degrees (we asked the staff to check to make sure it was turned on properly). Also, there are no shower curtains in the bathrooms! Quite surprised when we asked and had to shower crouched down to avoid splashing the floor.. very uncomfortable :(

• Vojtech (8/5): Stay next to airport - Good if you want to catch an early flight. It took us 5 mins in the morning to get to the International terminal. There are some restaurants and supermarket nearby too. Even though the room was non-smoking and generally smelled okay, some cigarette smell was coming through when the AC was on.

Large comfortable room. Very reasonable price. The hotel sent details of the airport pick-up service on the day we were travelling by air to Ho Chi Minh city. Unfortunately, as we were travelling on a long haul flight (with no internet access) we did not access this information until we arrived at the hotel. It would seem sensible to send this information a day or two in advance of the booked stay so that guests can request the pick up service.

This place is nothing fancy but close to the airport and lots of cafes nearby for breakfast. Did the job for one night b it wouldn’t want to stay there longer No shower curtain so the bathroom got soaked when you showered (over a bath)

• Enton (6/5): A very uncomfortable stay, lovely staff - Staff were very welcoming, helpful, and resourceful. We booked a superior double. By Vietnamese standards and compared to other hotels we have stayed in Ho Chi Minh and other cities, the room was very small, claustrophobic and no window, just a wall with a wallpaper of a tropical beach. Aircon was way too noisy to be able to sleep, so had to turn it off. Then the room gets very hot and no window to get fresh air, even if it's hot outside! Without aircon one can't breathe as the oxygen runs out within the hr. To make matters worse, even with the aircon off, there was constant whirring noise from 2 ventilators in the ceiling and the only way to turn this off, was to remove the keycard from the electricity slot, which kills ALL electrics in the room, including the lights. It was the most uncomfortable stay we have ever had. I pointed out the noise to the reception staff upon departure. For the same price, we had a 5 star hotel room with ocean view, including breakfast in Nha Trang!

A good quick overnight stay, 3 star hotel. The level of cleanliness wasn't the greatest, but it was livable for a short stay. We requested firmer pillows which wasn't an issue to get, plenty of hot water, firm bed.
• Sally (10/5): Five star hotel at rock bottom price - We just stayed overnight as we had an early flight the next day. The hotel was only ten minutes from the airport. Check in was very quick and our room was fantastic, very large lovely sitting area in comfortable chairs. Plenty of storage places for clothes. The bathroom was very modern and although the shower was over the bath and didn’t have a curtain water stayed in the bath. It was rather noisy as the hotel was only ten minutes a main road. Quite a way from the centre but taxis were cheap so not a problem

You could almost walk if you didn't have luggage to drag. The room was large clean, bed was super comfortable. We had a large window that looked down at the enormous amount of bikes. front desk helped us with everything we needed, even went and got me ice across the street. They also have their own private card to take you to the airport in the morning.

• Pauliina (8/5): Perfect airport hotel for one night stay - This hotel is a perfect stop between flights. It’s close to the airport and it’s open late in the night. I could see airplanes landing from my window! The staff was very responsive and I felt welcomed when communicating with them. The room has little snacks like water and noodles which was perfect because didn’t want to leave the hotel before my next flight. I liked also the modern bathroom where they offer you some toiletries for free and clean white towels. The interior in a room was a bit outdated and pillows could be more comfortable. There was also a small gecko in my room. I love them but wanted to say that because I know some people don’t!

It was easy enough to get into the city centre for dinner, and extremely convenient to get to the airport. Room had basic amenities and it was clean. The shower did not have a shower curtain. It wasn't a major issue, but I would recommend putting one in so water doesn't get everywhere.
