• Laura (9/5): Beautiful town house apartment in Pescia - Gaetano met me and walked me to the apartment, which might have been difficult to find otherwise. There was a fully equipped kitchen, lovely bathroom and shower - everything I needed for my stay. The page says there's a private garden, but there is no outside space at this apartment. The booking page also talks about 'beachfront', there's no beach in Pescia!
• Elke (10/5): Toskana wie aus dem Bilderbuch - Sehr netter Vermieter, tolle, geschmackvoll und sehr gut eingerichtete Wohnung mit einer fantastischen Aussicht auf den Ort und die Kathedrale. Für Menschen, die nicht so gut zu Fuß sind ein ziemlich beschwerlicher Aufstieg zumal man das Auto nicht vor dem Haus parken darf. Das war etwas unpraktisch.

• Martin (10/5): Geräumige Unterkunft in guter Lage und Top-Austattung! - Die Unterkunft befindet sich gleich neben der Kathedrale in der obersten Etage eines historischen Hauses mit einer guten Aussicht. Die Räume sind groß und komfortabel, die Küche top ausgestattet. Das Auto muss einige Gehminuten weit geparkt werden auf einem öffentlichen, kostenlosen Parkplatz. Salvatore kam für eine kostenlose Massage als Extra nach Absprache in die Unterkunft. Die Sauna ist originell, in der Duschkabine eingebaut. Das Doppelbett ist bequem. Mit einem Balkon oder einer Terrasse wäre die Unterkunft natürlich noch schöner, aber dies war ja vorher klar.
• Nero (10/5): Un soggiorno rilassante in una struttura accogliente e completa di ogni comfort, con un panorama meraviglioso e un'o - La struttura è particolarmente accogliente e ben attrezzata, al punto da far sentire davvero come a casa propria. È possibile cucinare comodamente grazie alla cucina completa di tutti gli utensili, e sono disponibili anche lavatrice e asciugatrice, cosa molto utile per soggiorni più lunghi. La doccia con cromoterapia e la possibilità di fare la sauna rendono l'esperienza ancora più rilassante. II panorama è bellissimo e infonde grande serenità, con un'atmosfera tranquilla e rilassante. Inoltre la posizione permette di vivere un soggiorno intimo e piacevole. Il proprietario, il signor Salvatore, e i suoi collaboratori si sono dimostrati sempre disponibili, gentili e attenti per tutta la durata del soggiorno. ///
• Paola (10/5): - L’appartamento perfetto per una fuga romantica tra le colline toscane Questo spazioso e luminoso appartamento è dotato di ogni comfort e curato nei minimi dettagli. Ottima pulizia, e proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile. La chicca è il bagno con doccia che dà la possibilità di fare sauna e cromo terapia. Materasso comodissimo. Cucina completa e attrezzata. Perfetto per una coppia in cerca di relax e un ambiente romantico. Posizione ottima perché vicina a molte mete e città da visitare.
• Stefy_fulvis (7/5): Abitazione fantastica - Appartamento fantastico provvisto di tutto, comfort area cucina bagni e camera da letto tutto in ordine e ben messa. Pulizia generale e bagno principale sono il must di questo appartamento oltre che ad avere tutti i servizi a portata specie climatizzatori ecc. Disponibilità e gentilezza del proprietario, nonché spazio generale della casa viene sicuramente apprezzato anche per una singola persona anche se non ho fatto tutti i servizi inclusi nel prezzo, un peccato. Località molto centrale forse troppo ma molto tranquilla specie per riposare. Utensili e servizi cucina in generale tutto ottimo. Un alloggio per almeno due persone. Consiglio di non andare sole, per i motivi che indicherò nei contro. Sentita un po' a disagio con la persona che ti accoglie inizialmente per darti le chiavi, continuava a chiamarmi erroneamente con un altro nome ed era un po' insistente anche se gentile. PARCHEGGIO questa fa perdere molti punti alla struttura perché devi dare la possibilità di parcheggiare al di sotto dell'abitazione anche se è ZTL e non solo per scarico e carico spesa bagagli, mi sono sentita molto a disagio ogni mattina ad arrivare a 500-600 metri al parcheggio di sotto perché c'è un bar all'angolo pieno di persone sgradite specie se si è vestite per un evento importante come il Lucca Comics al quale ho partecipato, e con tanta stanchezza portare su la spesa la sera poi ritornare e ritrovare parcheggio da fastidio, su questo aspetto non ci siamo assolutamente. Il parcheggio deve essere consentito nei pressi della struttura dato che ti viene richiesta la targa dell'auto e quindi non credo ci siano problemi includerla nel servizio. Per questo motivo do solo 7 al totale del soggiorno.
• Gustavo (10/5): Nos sentimos em casa! - Muito bem equipado e localizado. Você se sente em casa. Equipado e completo, com tudo que você pode precisar. A localização é excelente, tanto em relação a Pescia em si como estratégico para conhecer aquela região da Toscana. O anfitrião é muito atencioso e disponível. Recomendo Gostamos de tudo

• Bettina (9/5): Schöne und saubere Wohnung mit freundlichem Gastgeber - Sehr saubere und ordentliche Dachgeschoss-Wohnung in Hanglage (man muss ein paar Minuten bergauf gehen). Hübsch eingerichtet und komfortabel. Salvatore ist ein ausgesprochen netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Leider haben wir ihn nie persönlich getroffen. Klimanlage in Küche und Vorraum. Waschmaschine mit Tabs, Trockner sowie Wäscheständer vorhanden. Geschirrspüler mit Tabs sowie Geschirrspülmittel und eine Küchenrolle vorhanden, ebenso Backpapier und Alufolie sowie Servietten. Salvatore hat uns auch den Kühlschrank mit Milch, Brot, Marmeladen, Joghurts und Säften gefüllt, was für den Urlaubsstart sehr angenehm war. Nochmal herzlichen Dank dafür! Es gibt auch zwei Gefrierfächer- super für Eis und Tiefkühl-Essen wenn es mal schnell gehen soll. Öl, Essig und eine Packung Nudeln vorhanden, ebenso Salz und Pfeffer. Die Handtücher dufteten sehr frisch und waren kuschelig weich und in Bergen vorhanden! Zusatzbett für unsere Tochter wurde sofort bereitgestellt, ohne Aufpreis. Decken und Polster ausreichend vorhanden, alles zur freien Benutzung. Badezimmer picobello. Dusche sauber (Infrarot und Co wurden von uns nicht verwendet). Über die Massage können wir nichts sagen, da wir leider keine hatten. Internet funktionierte tadellos. TV nur italienisch. Müll muss vom Mieter entsorgt werden - Donnerstag bzw Freitag abends müssen die Säcke mit Glas sowie Plastik und Papier vor das Haus gestellt werden (Trennung von Papier, Plastik und Glas sowie Restmüll). Tonne für Restmüll in der Strasse. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Salvatores Freund empfangen, ein sehr herzlicher Mensch! Er zeigte uns bei unserer Ankunft die wichtigsten Dinge. Zusammengefasst: super Gastgeber, sehr zuvorkommend. Wohnung top, sehr sauber und alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Einwandfrei!!!! Manko: kein Parkplatz bei der Wohnung, keine Klima im Schlafzimmer, Strom fällt öfter aus - Leider keine Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer, was bei 44 Grad nicht angenehm ist. - Die Nachbarschaft an manchen Abenden laut bis in die Nacht hinein (23.00 Uhr: Hundegebell, "Gartenfest" usw).. - Parkplatz weiter entfernt als gedacht, da Wohnung in ZTL Zone liegt. Wir mussten beim öffentlichen Parkplatz gegenüber vom Lidl Geschäft parken, was mit ca 7-10 Minuten Fussweg verbunden war. Nähere Parkplätze leider so gut wie nie frei. - Sicherung fiel sehr oft, obwohl teilweise nur Klima und TV lief. Sicherungskasten ist im Erdgeschoss. Salvatore ist informiert und hat vor, das auszubessern.

• Natalia (10/5): Exceptional - It was a magical place. The apartment was beautifully equipped. We felt like we were staying with relatives. Big and comfortable bed, dishes, cutlery, towels, etc. were like home. Free parking was only available outside the ZTL, a 5-10 minute walk away, but it was okay. In the morning, we woke up only to the singing of birds and the sound of a church bell. Just perfect. Thank you very much, these days are unforgettable.
• Maria (10/5): Excellent choice, will definitely book again if i revisit Tuscany - The property is located close to cafes, grocery stores and markets. I loved the way the house was decorated, very stylish. Not to mention that the bed and the pillows were very comfy - i absolutely loved it! The house is well equiped; I was able to find everything i needed around the house, felt like home. A big plus is that it has two bathrooms. Even if a church is near, the bells don’t ring often, so it’s not bothersome. Last, but not least, the host was very kind, helpful and welcoming! -
