• Trevor (9/5): - Spacious. Clean Kitchen could use some extra pans and such. Cooking breakfast was manageable but anything more elaborate wouldn't be.

• Andre (3/5): Dirty house - Large house with 4 bedrooms and lots of space It was very dirty. It looked like it had not been well cleaned in a while. I even found a piece of raw meat on the floor by the stove. The house smelled when we first entered. Place mats had food splotches. Front bedroom mattress was a very hard... like plywood with a piece of foam on it hard. They level of dirt, dust and food crumbs made me wonder if the sheets had been changed. Kitchen lacked many things as well. We made do but I was not happy!

• Daniel (5/5): Ok for the price - The property has good space inside 4 bedrooms 2.5 washrooms Tenant down stairs is quiet Price is good The house was clean No toilet paper in the washrooms Remote for the tv did not work The 3 beds were rock hard , this is not exaggerating Kids had to sleep on the couches The bed in master bedroom is decent enough to sleep on but not comfy by any means
• Shebeer (10/5): Exceptional - Clean rooms and kitchen. Well organized. They have thought of everything you would need. 2.5 bathrooms. It was easy for 8 people to get ready in time. Kitchen had basic stuff like sugar salt oil etc TV remote batteries need replacement. Upfront communication would have been better. I had to ask about the checkin instructions. But I received prompt response though. No big deal. Just a suggestion for improvement

• Julius (10/5): Exceptional - This house is well priced in the area to have the whole house and privacy. There wasn't any room to park inside garage, which meant cleaning snow every day.

Would have appreciated knowing before booking, and we only found out through subsequent reviews.

• Charles (10/5): Great home, well located - Newer home and well located in area we required. Easy check in and out. Steps are a bit steep.
• Rebekah (8/5): Very good - Location was easy to find and instructions were clear. Pleasant neighborhood and tonnes of space in the house. Comfortable temperature, great kitchen appliances. Super clean and tidy. No real coffee; just instant. Beds were definitely super firm.
• Mike (8/5): Spacious accommodation, which was okay for a short stay - Had to chase host on the day of arrival for access instructions, which were only received after 11.30am. Three of the mattresses on the double beds were really hard. There was nothing in the kitchen apart form a jar of instant coffee.
• Marie (10/5): It was great. - The house was big enough for an 8 person stay and clean. We enjoyed our visit. I did not see a check list as to what I should do upon check out, i.e. empty trash, strip beds, etc.
• Robert (5/5): It was an ok place particularly if treated as a rentals. Given notification of a basement tenant, I would not rent this - It was available and had 4 bedrooms. The price was fair. Being notified of a basement tenant at 7:50 the night of arrival. There was a lack of required cooking materials. Eg salt and b pepper, frying pan, pots and pans, no dishwasher products, no instructions for what to do with garbage, etc. the beds were uncomfortable and there was a lack of pillows. The home also smelled of smoke. The stairs were a tripping hazard as the step length was too short. The yard needed to be mowed.

• Petrie (8/5): Excellent for our needs! I hope it will be available for us for next years comp! - I was in Guelph for a dance competition at the Delta. Myself and 2 other moms and our girls stayed here. We had the perfect amount of space for all of us and the location was excellent. There were a few missing items that we needed to make dinner (strainer, big pot, corkscrew, additional teatowels) etc.

• Roberto (8/5): Nice house, but firm mattresses on some of the beds. - New home, very roomy, very clean. Great location, a short drive to the university and shopping. This is subjective but we found the mattresses overly firm in the non-master bedrooms. Also, there is a tenant in the basement that is not mentioned in the advertisement. This would only be an issue for laundry as that is shared with them (we didn't need to use to use it), though during our stay we never heard or saw them.
• Spencer (10/5): Clean and beautiful home, very spacious and lots of area to hangout with group. - House was very clean and nice size bedrooms and common areas. Owner was available via phone to answer questions at any point. The look and vibe of the house was very nice as well. There was no reference or at least easily accessible reference to there being basement tenants which was no worries, though would have been nice if pointed out as it caused confusion with an occupied vehicle in the driveway during arrival.
