• MoniLi82 (8/5): Top Lage und das Apartment zu wohlfühlen 😊 - Lage, Größe, Betten, Parkplatz. TV ging bis zum Schluss unserer Reise nicht. Leider konnte man den seitlichen Sichtschutz nicht öffnen, sonst hätten wir länger was von der Sonne gehabt.

• Aleksey (5/5): - I wasn’t traveling for a beach holiday but on a business trip, so I was looking for a specific area in Paphos and wanted a place with a balcony and sea view. This apartment met those criteria. I also booked quite late, so there weren’t many options available, which is why I chose this one. I knew the apartment had two bedrooms and that I was overpaying for one I wouldn’t use. The location is excellent — right on the seafront, yet the noise from the nearby restaurant street is barely noticeable and stops completely around 11 p.m. There’s convenient free parking. As for the apartment itself — a pleasant, spacious balcony with a beautiful sea view (I’m posting a photo of it taken from the street). The kitchen is well-equipped with dishes and all necessary appliances. Whenever I had questions, I contacted the owner — she was responsive and solved everything quickly. Two separate bedrooms. The apartment needs renovation, particularly in the bathroom. The plumbing is old and doesn’t work well. There was no hot water at first, but the owner fixed it after I contacted her. However, there is visible mold in several areas, which is very unhealthy. (Mold is a type of harmful fungus that grows especially in damp places.) Some of the affected areas are shown in the photos.
• Liudmila (9/5): - Хорошая, просторная квартира. Удобно получили ключ. В квартире было все для комфортного отдыха. Особое спасибо за пляжные полотенца и кофеаппарат. Хозяин всегда на связи. Отличный вид из окна, есть бесплатная парковка. Недалеко разные барчики и ресторанчики. 5 мин до остановки автобуса. Днем возле дома проезжает машина с мороженым.До пляжа около 15 минут идти( моих где-то 6800 шагов туда и обратно🫵😃) Магазин супермаркет 20 мин пешком или 7 мин на машине. Магазин поближе мне не понравился, это на крайний случай.Для подвижных людей это отличное место( либо путешественникам на машине) Нам понравилось Зарисовала пляж, закат, дома Единственное огорчение, что пару дней особенно громко велись строительные работы под окном, которые начинались в 7.30 утра. Для меня, любителя поспать утром, было некомфортно. Надеюсь с этим они закончат
• Valentina (10/5): Несмотря на небольшие недостатки, мы провели отличный отдых в апартаментах. С удовольствием вернёмся снова. - Отличное месторасположение, прекрасный балкон с видом на море, везде в апартаментах большие окна , на которых есть жалюзи , что позволяет спать в полной темноте , а днём иметь много света . Очень тихий район. . Прямо за домом спуск на море , на каменистый берег, но купаться можно( лучше иметь тапки для купания), а в 15 минутах ходьбы пляж на коралловом берегу. В 2 минутах ходьбы от апартаментов есть очень хороший бассейн глубиной 2.40 с шезлонгами туалетом и душевой. Запах хлорки не чувствуется . Мы были в начале октября, вода была достаточно тёплая и людей было пару человек. В 15 минутах ходьбы от дома супермаркет Phillippos , которые предоставляет бесплатную услугу доставки на дом, также захватив с собой и нас. Кухня оборудована хорошо, также есть некоторые приправы, масло оливковое и кое-какие соусы, а также чай ,кофе и сахар . К сожалению в апартаментах не было шампуня и мыло для тела. На кухне было только мыло для посуды и только в ванной было мыло для рук. В ванной комнате была перегоревшая лампа возле зеркала, а верхний свет был очень тусклым, а также не хватает какой-нибудь небольшой полочки в углу возле зеркала , место для хранения хотя бы какой-то уходовой косметики , поэтому приходилось каждый раз нести с собой всё из спальни . Полотенца чистые но уже старые и очень жёсткие, возможно не сушатся в сушильной машине . А также не было запасных мусорных пакетов. Все эти мелочи конечно же не помешали нашему отдыху, но стоит это всё исправить для более приятного отдыха следующем гостям.

• Bernard (7/5): Appartement avec vue sur mer - Appartement assez grand avec une belle vue et un équipement assez complet. Parking facile en face de l'appartement dans un clos privé. Propriétaire très réactive et qui répond tout de suite aux messages pour trouver des solutions. Appartement libéré tardivement par les locataires précédents. Deux ou trois petits soucis techniques directement pris en charge par la propriétaire. Salle de bain petite mais fonctionnelle.
• Diego (6/5): - Location near beach and restaurants in Coral Bay. Swimming pool. Spatious living area and dining table. Private parking in front of apartment. Cameras filming the balcony/terrace area invades privacy too much. Camera as well at the front door. I felt observed. Needs maintenance (AC leaking heavily in living room). More in depth cleaning is necessary in the difficult corners, not cleaned in years (above the exhaust, behind the large kitchen appliances, etc). Carpentry needs renovation. Bathroom renovation too, too small.
• Silia (8/5): Overall a very pleasant stay at an amazing location! - The apartment is located in very peaceful and quiet are very close to Coral Bay. It has an astonishing sea view and the photos match exactly what the apartment has to offer. We had everything we needed there, and felt immediately like home. The beds are very comfortable and the patio is ideal for a relaxing sitting. It could benefit from an extra cleaning, especially in the bathroom.

• Julianna (10/5): I would come back just for this view :) - Amazing panoramic see view, comfortable beds (soft mattresses), very well equipped kitchen. Self check in and check out is very convinient. Great contact with the host. Apartament was easy to find. Short walk to the street with all the restaurants and shops - 2 mini markets 5 min away and a big supermarket 15 min on foot. 15 min walk to Coral Bay. In march most of the restaurants are empty, many places are still not open and the town is really quiet. There is a bus stop 5 min away from the apartament and you can easily get to Pafos (bus 615). If you want to rent a car - compare the prices from several places in town, because the differences are crazy. everything was ok

• Christopher (9/5): Altogether a pleasant winter stay with Coral Bay being far less manic than Summertime. - The view and the sunshine that filled the property. It being Christmas, there was a card and a bottle of wine awaiting us. Thank you to our kind host. The local taxi driver knew the road but not the property, it was dark and took longer to locate than was comfortable. I would suggest using the large blue sign and arch way as location landmarks in future. The bathroom was too small.

• Barry (10/5): Excellent place near the sea. Highly recommend. - Superb location, just 50m from the sea, where there is a brand new viewing platform and a new promenade (about 500m) to walk with amazing views. It’s only 5 minute walk to the main strip with bars and restaurants. About 14 minutes walk to Coral Bay Beach. There is also a great swimming pool on the complex, open until 10-30pm, which I used often.. Communication with Nikolas was super fast and helpful. There is an outside verandah which was so peaceful to sit and listen to the sea and enjoy the amazing view. Highly recommend for anyone going to Coral Bay. Nothing really.

It has parking, amazing, unhindered sea view, small private beach nearby, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, amazing living room, great Internet. You really can't go wrong. We're definitely coming back here! Anything for a full family or a couple of lovers looking for an amazing romantic getaway. And Nikolas? He's accommodating, helpful, responsive and generous. Love him! The fact I can't rate it above 10! It's THE best!
