- Kasi (1/5): The location of the property was the best thing about the booking. - the only good thing about the hotel was the location. I booked a triple bed room and instead the room was a queen bed at best. The room didn't have an AC that could be controlled and there was dust and cobwebs across the room. The staff was rude while check-in as well. overall a very bad experience.

- Abhijeet (1/5): Horrible hotel with non-ventilated rooms - The pathetic experience, we travelled from Varanasi was tired and were a couple so couldn't argue much so we had to pay very unethical charges forcefully taken from us by the manager Mr. Gautam along with his assistant staff at the counter told me the bookings.com price shown wrong, and managed told the room tariff is not less than 1200 a day so I will have to pay extra amount, earlier we requested for early check-in at 9:30 am we were asked to pay 30% else they won't have a room for us. But we arrived nearly at 11 am to avoid such extra charges then we were told if we wanted to check-in, we would have to pay the difference at the hotel else no rooms were available for us, the manager tricked me by saying, we tried to convince the manager but he was impolite and asked us to leave or pay because he was not here for charity or don't want to do loss as he quoted. We paid an extra 1059 by UPI at the hotel beyond the online shown price on the site. He also denied the receipt for the same there after. Then also we were provided with a stinky room with a foul smell of gutter from the bathroom, The TV was not working either. After several requests they agreed to change the room but then also the rooms were not ventilated and bathroom was not clean and the flush was not working, we finally checked out in the evening and went to the another place. I'm very disappointed with the horrible experience we faced by booking online on the site. Will never trust again in the future.

Room is more expensive than what was booked on Booking.com;
Reception dude understands zero English, defended that the property is not as advertised but that is fine according to him.
You will not get a tea/coffee maker as advertised; you will not get toilet paper in the room, I requested and requested, and checked in at around 12:30 pm and got the toilet paper finally at 7:45 pm;
Hot water came only in the morning and lasted for half of a shower before running out, so they chose when you will bath, and night baths aren't an option so go to bed either with a cold shower or none !
The rooms are cleaned by idk, maybe a 10 year old, as it looks like much of the dirt is swept under the bedside tables. The Bathroom and toilet, well, lets just say that it looks like someone with poor hygiene lives there around the clock.. everything about the bathroom is grimy and yuck. I'd leave the rest to imagination. Painful, depressing, and hotel staff acts like they are doing you a favour, when you are paying their salaries! In two final words, NEVER AGAIN !

- Pankaj (1/5): Honest Review - There is only one thing that i have liked is the location, it is within 1 km of karol bagh metro station, and the route is from the main market. So you can enjoy the market and get all your necessities within 200 meters. Okay lets start by Entering the hotel,
1. If you have booked the hotel online, then forget about the plesant behaviour, they will treat you like you didnt exist actually , they even dont smile as well.
2. Note that, They will give you Room no. 106 , which is matchbox sized room , there is a bed and a telephone and a tv with old channels thats it, white walls , white bed , like you are at someones funeral. Pillow is like the worst one. And of no use, pillow looks like a peice of towel. Walls have marks of dust and splitting.
3. The workers are from haryana. So you may not like their language, everytime they talk to you. You will fell like they are scolding you.
4. Hack - tell him to take some money and try to get room no. 107 or 108 , room no. 108 is biggest of all but 107 looks more lucerative.
