• Globetrotterin (9/5): Geräumige Wohnung mit Blick über die Stadt und doch nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrum - Die Wohnung ist geräumig mit drei Schlafzimmern, zwei zur ruhigen Wohnstraße und eins nach hinten raus. Alles war supersauber, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das ist auf den Fotos erkennbar. Großartig ist das Wohnzimmer im Obergeschoss mit Blick über die Stadt. Das Bettzeug war aus 100% Synthetik inklusive der Plüschdecke. Viele Gäste werden es wahrscheinlich gar nicht bemerken, ich fühle mich jedoch in Synthetikbettwäsche unwohl.
• Roman (8/5): Jeżeli nie oczekujesz luksusów, to polecam. - Plusem są dwa tarasy, przestronność, spokojna okolica i dostępność miejsc parkingowych. Pokoje nie są jednakowego standardu. Wyposażenie jest mocno zużyte. Mimo tego nadal obiekt oceniam na 8/10.

• Mike (10/5): - Good location, clean and spacious apartment. Friendly and helpful owner. Parking in front of the house or just 50 m around the corner. Highly recommended.
• Alba (6/5): Alojamiento mejorable - El precio es razonable para la zona. La ubicación es conveniente y permite fácil acceso a lugares de interés. Las vistas desde la terraza son impresionantes y es un lugar agradable para relajarse. La limpieza de la casa dejaba mucho que desear. La decoración incluye fotos de familiares, lo cual resulta un poco incómodo y fuera de lugar. Encontramos dos cucarachas durante nuestra estancia. Las toallas se notan viejas lo cual hace que no te sientas cómodo para usarlas, además proporcionan una por huésped en lugar de un juego de toallas por huésped. No había gel, champú ni gel para las manos disponibles. Tampoco había bolsas de basura, lo cual fue un inconveniente. El ambiente tenía un toque fantasmagórico y había un olor a piso viejo. Las camas eran algo pequeñas; una persona de 1.75 cm no cabía cómodamente. No había perchas en las habitaciones, lo cual dificultaba organizar la ropa. No hay mosquiteras en las habitaciones, por lo que hacía calor al dormir. En general, aunque hay aspectos que se pueden mejorar, la estancia fue aceptable debido a la buena ubicación y las vistas.

• Wendy (8/5): - super locatie om het eiland te ontdekken. zeer mooi uitzicht vooral met het dakterras. gezellig ingerichte ruimtes. Voor de prijs alles wat je nodig hebt. veel geblaf van honden de matrassen van de bedden zijn niet zo comfortabel

• Jörg (4/5): - Küchenausstattung war sehr schlecht,. Handtücher lagen nicht bereit, nach Rückfrage haben wir in einem Schrank Handtücher gefunden, die sehr abgenutzt und teilweise mit Flecken waren. Wir haben bei der Vermieterin nach einem Sonnenschirm für die Dachterrasse gefragt, dieser wurde von ihr aber nicht wie versprochen vorbei gebracht.
• Tina Diana (2/5): Nie wiede, überteuert, Schimmel & abgeranzt - Waschmaschine Kostenlose Parkplätze an der Straße Kommunikation fûr Check in Internet kostenlos Waren um 18h am Haus und 2 Betten in 2 Schlafzimmer waren nicht gemacht (von Vorgästen so hinterlassen worden) obwohl man wusste das wir gg 18h einchecken. Uns hat man nichts gesagt. Als man anrief hieß es das es Probleme mit der Laundry gab (?? Das Haus hat eine Waschmaschine!) und Putzleute in 10min kommen. Die kamen erst nach über 20min. Handtücher mussten wir suchen und nach Frage hieß es im Schrank Stinkiger, modriger Geruch im ganzen Haus Wohnzimmer in oberen Etage sehr alt, ungemütlich und viele Ecken abgeranzt Alles altbacken, dunkel Fenster teilweise nicht zum öffnen (Türklinke bei 1 Fenster hat gefehlt) Keine Klimaanlagen im ganzen Haus Schimmel in 2 Schlafzimmern sowie Badezimmer Toilettendeckel kaputt, WC Bürste einfach dreckig Keine Regale im Badezimmer Stickige Luft im ganzen Haus Erste Dachterrasse lieblos mit 2 alten Holzstühlen & Holztisch Obere Dachterrasse nur ein unechter Rasen Wirklich sauber war es nicht im Haus Leider nicht wohlgefühlt Viel zu teuer und schäbig die Möbel Alleine der Schimmel ein schlimmer Zustand Kühlschrank auch nicht mehr der beste Kein Willkommensgruß Ständiges Hundegebell in Nachbarschaft In den 2 Nächten nicht schlafen können Die schlimmste Unterkunft während unseres Azorenurlaubes
• Anaduc (8/5): Con potencial de mejora. - Casa amplia, con todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia de una semana en la isla. La terraza es una maravilla, tanto por las vistas como para comer, cenar en ella. El pequeño salón de arriba también es muy agradable Los muebles están anticuados y el frigo pide un cambio. Unas tumbonas en la terraza y alguna silla más sería perfecto para aprovechar al 100% la terraza, que tiene un gran potencial. Con unos pequeños cambios sería una casa de 10

• Laura (6/5): Lovely apartment with a good view from the second floor. Beds and mattresses were very old - It was a good location in the city of Ribeira Grande. The upstairs living room and view were lovely. Kitchen was not very well equipped. There was not enough toilet paper for our 2 day stay. The beds were very uncomfortable and so were the pillows. It would be great if we were given the street number or if the property had a name on the outside - would have saved us a phone call and confusion.
• Caroline (8/5): This is a good house, in a good location, with potential to be a wonderful house in a good location. - Location was very nice, with easy parking. Please put a tile with the property name by the door, that will help guests find it.😀 1.There are several sets of stairs. We did not feel comfortable with the security of the interior railing and therefor we’re not able to fully enjoy the 2 floor livingroom nor the wonderful views fro the upper terrace. If you are ok with stairs this is not an issue for you. 2.The toilet seat is very flimsy plastic, I urge the own to replace it. This simple step would be appreciated by all guests. 3.The refrigerator is very old, and it must be intentionally closed to seal properly. 4. The bedrooms are nice and big, but the beds are not comfortable, I’m sorry to report. There are many things this host can do to improve the guest experience. It is worth the investment because the location is quiet, good parking and kind staff manager.

Gaila, kad nebuvo druskos, pipirų, arbatos, pakankamai tualetinio popieriaus ir muilo, šiukšlių maišų. Kietas lovos čiužinys.

• Aurélien (9/5): - La location est sur plusieurs niveaux : un salon en haut avec vue sur l' océan et un rooftop super où il est possible de faire des barbecues. La location est très bien située sur l'île et permet de visiter tous les coins de l'île. En plus du 13 au 16 juillet il y avait une super fête médiévale à ribeira grande que nous avons adorée. Nous n'avons pas croisé notre hôte au début mais très disponible et répond très vite à nos questions et attentes. Je recommande vivement.

• KSchmid (10/5): Besser geht's kaum - Die Wohnung ist angenehm groß. Die Wohnküche ist gut ausgestattet. Sogar ein paar Grundlebensmittel sind vorhanden (Öl, Salz, Pfeffer, Reis). Der Raum im ersten OG ist sehr schön hell und bietet Aussicht auf die Berge auf der einen Seite und auf das Meer auf der anderen Seite. Da das Haus eine Etage höher ist als die umgebenden kann man von der großen Dachterrasse sogar den Sonnenuntergang anschauen. Die Möblierung ist geschmackvoll teilweise mit historischen Möbeln. Die Betten sind gut. Keine Rückenprobleme. Zu Fuß ist man in 10 Minuten am zentralen Platz von Ribeira Grande. Der Vermieter ist sehr responsiv (per WhatsApp) und gibt gute Tipps zu Unternehmungen und Restaurants.
• Tamara (10/5): - Clean, spaceous, beatiful patio on rooftop with ocean view, living room with ocean view. ~10 mins walk to the centre of Ribeira. Has all necessities, tea, coffee. Enough towels, has a dryer. We always had a parking spot next to the place.
