• Luciana (9/5): Superb - The apartment is very big, everything was pretty clean with the exception of the fridge. Good internet, nearby to many "kombini" what can be useful to buy some stuff. Very near to the Petronas tower, what was really good to enjoy the night view there. Many other sightseeing possible to go walking. There was a toaster, kettle and microwave to support your stay. The fridge was not very clean, there weren't many things to support the kitchen. I think the host should consider it when it is a short and long stay. When it is a short stay it would be good to have more facilities such as pots, cutlery, sponges and dishcloth. I think it is important to change some information on booking.com, there is no washing machine in the apartment, it is on the 18 floor of the building for 5,00 local currency, also there is no dishwasher in the apartment. Anyway, it is just commentary to help future stay and not to criticize the apartment.
• Nash (9/5): It was nice apartment - Location is perfect, walking distance to KLCC Twin Towers just around 10min. Spacious room for 3, I like they provide the Praying matt. The pool view is awesome. The parking is so narrow but ok. They should provide a pot for the kitchen. One thing is not so convenient is the face identification system to enter the lift. They just allowed only in one particular lift. So when the other lift come I cannot enter go to my room. Have to wait for the right lift, it‘s wasting time. And one more thing my kids cannot go to the swimming pool or the gym by themselves without me, due to this face scanning system. Only with my face id identification they can go. That‘s ridiculous. Other than that everything was ok. Bella was helpful.

• Abdhakm (10/5): Exceptional - Decoration room is nice. Room also clean and smell fresh. Hotel nearest KLCC. Pipe water at toilet leaking.
• Lya (10/5): Easy and enjoyable - The check in procedure is very easy, host was very helpful. The house was complete with everything we need. The property unlike others, it provides sejadah and kiblat for references. The location itself is so strategic, very close with othe famouse attractions. Maybe can improve a bit on the ironing facilities, the wire a bit short made it harder to iron clothes
