chui ha (8/5): Helpful host - Host is very responsive and helpful. My friend realized she had left a pouch in the bathroom drawer. I contacted the host to ask if it had been found, since we had already returned to our hometown and couldn’t fly back to pick it up. I gave the host my friend’s number, and the host texted her the next day. My friend asked if the host could mail the pouch to her and offered to reimburse the postage. The host agreed and handled everything efficiently, reaching out in the morning and sending the postage proof within an hour. Washer, dryer and condiment is available on site. Foam mattresses are so soft that you sink down into them, felt very uncomfortable. No cutting board.
