- jeremy (6/5): What is described is not what you get - It’s a decent property. I’d say slightly over priced. But all of Botswana is. The room is small. Basic facilities. I don’t like the description. If it’s a mistake then the owner needs to fix it. It’s not a bed and breakfast when you have to pay due breakfast separately. That should be removed. The description states a unit with three beds full kitchen etc. this is also not true. It’s a normal single hotel style room, about 20met square, a double bed tv with a fridge and a water jug. There is a communal kitchen.

- Tenele (6/5): Pleasant - The bed and pillows in the main/master bedroom were quite comfortable and clean, and the water pressure in the shower was great. The place is quite close to town, the WiFi connection was also good. On arrival at reception, we paid an additional amount to the one initially charged/communicated when making the booking.
We were travelling as a group and the other friends were accommodated in another guesthouse (don't know the name) which was also offered by the host which did not seem to be often used as it was dusty and was not adequately maintained, and did not seem to have been well-prepared and cleaned for our arrival. The other friends who slept there were not happy with the condition of the place.
- Akheren (7/5): Good -
- Charity (9/5): Great stay overall. - enjoyed the quite neighborhood and the cleanliness of the house. i had no option of dimming the lights or using bed side lamps.
- Vuyiswa (6/5): Pleasant - The place was clean and the location perfect, close to most amenities. You could however do something about the outlook of the neighbourhood, maybe assist to trim the overgrowth in the immediate surroundings.
- Maurice (8/5): Good stay, would have been a super accommodation if noise pollution from traffic was low. - Cleanliness Road traffic noise all night
- Zidana (6/5): Genreally a pleasant stay - its location is very convenient to most things close ti town and main Road A1 its just what we needed. The rooms were clean and everything functional including AC The rooms were too small for our liking
The kitchen is good but not well maintained it needs some thorough cleaning
- Wahhab (6/5): Pleasant - 1. No electric backup support
Frequently electric load shedding in Francis Town
2. Clear massage about Breakfast whether is included in the rent or not during booking required.
3. Extra charger P10 /P100 taken for Booking.com but Booking.com didn't communicate with me

- Vhuhwavho (8/5): Excellent facilities - It was exactly what we needed for a one night stay in transit to Zambia. It was lovely, and clean. The staff were wonderful. It was also very close to the city centre We wanted to book breakfast as well since the accommodation is not self catering. Unfortunately, the staff responsible for breakfast was on leave

When I book check out time is crucial this almost ruined my travel plans.

- Michael (1/5): It was a very frustrating stay l regret using the Hill B&B it’s a corn to call it a B&B because B& B stands - The staff were friendly and helpful especially Fiona. The internet was very poor it didn’t work and the staff told us they were waiting for telecommunications company to come and fix it, surely that’s unfair for us.

- Segaise (6/5): It was a great experience 🌟 - I liked the property as a whole It needs maintenance in some areas e.g wall paper in the bathroom

- Thato (7/5): pretty good - The B ND B is a walking distance to two malls (Galo and Nswazwi malls) which was convinient, it was also a walking distance to where my meeting was convened. They Kitchen did not have basic things like bottle openers and cockscrews which was an inconvinience to me as a wine lover
- David (9/5): Superb -
- Wesley (3/5): Stop over trip but disappointed that WiFi was down due to electricity outage, could connect WiFi to a power bank - Decent place for an overnight stay while traveling The room was very small, no alternatives when electricity goes out, therefore the WiFi was down

- Tendai (7/5): It was a pleasant stay. Great location, welcoming staff. - Great location for shopping, malls are in a walkable distance. Staff was very attentive and helpful. It's a neat comfy place if you not too fussy. Glad there was air-conditioning as the temperatures where very high. Being close to a main road there was a lot of traffic noise all through out the night. Found it hard to sleep. Some attention needed on bedding pillow covers had some tear. And wall paper in the bathroom needs some attention.
- Yuka (5/5): Passable -
- Bantle (5/5): Passable -
- Refilwe (6/5): Pleasant - Location, cleanliness, quiet The bed wasn't good quality, the outdoor light outside the room made sleeping v. Difficult... Had to put the bed throw over the curtain to darken the room... Didn't help much though. The bed linen can be improved... For Better quality.
