• Ricardo (9/5): Foi uma ótima experiência - Localização, espaço e conforto. Um pequeno detalhe com a cafeteira que estava quebrado e só recebemos outra no dia seguinte que não estava em boas condições de uso.

Gostei das instalações, lugar aconchegante, agradável, fomos em família 13 pessoas entre adultos e crianças e o local tinha acomodações para todos, com roupa de cama, toalhas de banho e utensílios com muitos itens, cozinhamos no local e tinha fogão, utensílios em geral, tudo muito organizado e limpo, a localização é ótima perto de tudo. No resort tinha piscina aquecida, sauna, piscina externa, academia, playground e tivemos acesso.

• Pollyanna (9/5): Muito confortável - Próximo à Rua Torta, quartos amplos, sala espaçosa, utensílios da cozinha novinhos, anfitriã respondia com brevidade. Gostamos muito!! Apenas a sala que tinha papel picado, acredito que esqueceram de varrer esse canto.
• Erico (8/5): - Gostei da Localização, bem no centro muito perto das principais atrações turísticas! Do check in, atrasaram mais de 30 minutos do horário de entrada e não era claro as informações, a proprietária falava uma coisa a recepção informava outra isso já nos aborreceu já na chegada, mais de resto foi tudo certo, e a limpeza tbm não estava muito bem feita !
• CARTÕES PARA VIAGENS (10/5): Tudo maravilhoso! - Somos onze pessoas, que ficamos acomodados com bastante conforto e praticidade. O Resort é de primeira qualidade, com bastante plantas. Os três Restaurantes são excelentes! Eu super indico!! Nota DEZ!!! Não gostei porque tivemos que pagar o estacionamento de um carro. Deveria ter DUAS vagas de Garagens!

• Eduardo (8/5): Excelente localização e ótima estrutura do hotel e apartamento - Nossa segunda visita nesta acomodação! Localização perfeita, hotel mais antigo mas com boa estrutura, academia bem completa, estrutura do apartamento é boa com área de convivência ampla e cozinha em cima. Anfitriã responde rápido e atenciosa. Tivemos problemas com calefação que tinha ar na tubulação e aquecimento do BWC do andar de cima que estava irregular. No geral nós toleramos bem esses contratempos, o que incomodou é que o hotel parece que não quer resolver com celeridade quando se trata do bloco dos flats. Tive que fazer 3 solicitações e demoraram quase 4h pra fazer uma visita, após falar com gerente e conseguir autorização por e-mail da proprietária. Falta um pouco de manutenção preventiva na calefação (registros).

• Rayane (10/5): Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einfach perfekt! Sehr zu empfehlen. Ich würde jedenfalls wieder kommen! - Alles. Die Arquitetur, die Bettwäsche, einfach alles hat gepasst. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet! Leider hat die Heizung in Masterbad getropft, aber es wurde mitgeteilt.

The staff, especially Leandro and Shirlei, were amazing. They were super friendly and always ready to help. The service was top-notch, and they made me feel very welcome. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back!
• elbioabib (10/5): Great place to eat! - This place was fantastic! I adored the staff and the meat was delicious! Love the ambience and their selection of meats. Definitely reccomend coming here, lots of parking and close to the “Rua Torta”. We came in a group of 6 and ordered the Costelao, and the Salcisa Tusania, both great dishes we recommend.
• brianstorrs87 (10/5): A relaxing weekend - What a great stay! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and more than ample storage space. There are many areas throughout the resort to relax and soak up the atmosphere as well as 2 pools and a gym. The breakfast is incredible with so many quality options to choose from. The grounds are well looked after and best of all, you are just a few minutes walk away from all the shops and restaurants!
• JoelV1516 (10/5): Business Trip - A nice facility, nice and always clean rooms, possibility of nice walks around the hotel. Indoor and outdoor swimming pool, play area for children. The SPA area is very cosy, Ms.Luciane very friendly and professional at the reception. I recommend this establishment if you go to Gramado
• 646michellab (10/5): Delicious food! - Delicious food! Marcos and Amanda were great hosts! I had steak with mushroom risotto and the chocolate cake as a dessert. They also had a very good selection of wines. The restaurant has a cozy decoration and nice music. I truly recommend it!
