• Morgane (4/5): Emplacement correct mais logement décevant, humide et largement trop cher pour la qualité proposée. - L’arrivée anticipée a été facilitée, la propriétaire a été réactive en activant le code avant l’heure prévue, ce qui nous a permis de déposer nos affaires. L’emplacement est également appréciable, à environ 10–15 minutes à pied du centre historique et des principaux sites. Le logement ne correspond pas aux photos. Les extérieurs sont trompeurs : le bassin est au rez-de-chaussée et la piscine en hauteur est petite et très froide, donc peu utilisable. À l’intérieur, une forte odeur d’humidité est présente en permanence, ce qui donne une impression d’insalubrité et rend le séjour inconfortable. Avec un enfant de 3 ans, cela est préoccupant car cela peut représenter un risque. Enfin, le rapport qualité/prix n’est pas du tout justifié pour un tarif de 800€.

• Kristina (3/5): Schimmel in San Bernardo 2 - Eigentlich eine schöne Wohnung Die Wohnung San Bernardo 2 leidet unter Schimmelbefall. Schon beim ersten Betreten erschlug uns der moderige Geruch. Es ist eine Frechheit, dass diese Wohnung noch vermietet wird. Die erste Nacht mussten wir dort verbringen. Dann haben wir auf einem Umzug gepocht. Das wurde möglich gemacht und die Leute von der Agentur waren auch sehr nett, aber immerhin haben wir dadurch Zeit und Geld für Taxis verloren und der gesamte Aufenthalt war im Endeffekt eine Zumutung.

• Emma (10/5): Beautiful property. Would stay here again. - The interiors of the whole property were beautiful, especially the rooftop. Loved the cute quiet street it was on. The church bells were a lovely addition I would’ve loved if there was a full length mirror.

Toit terrasse agréable lorsqu’il fait beau. Barrière linguistique lors de notre arrivage car il n’y a personne sur place, nous devons appeler l’établissement pour obtenir le code à distance. Erreur dans les numéros de chambre avec un couple qui a pu être résolu rapidement.
• Philipderweltenbummler (9/5): - Eine sehr komfortable Unterkunft in einer guten gegend, das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, die Einrichtung ist stilvoll auf hohem niveau, die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und man kommt trotzdem schnell zu Fuß ins Zentrum. Die Betreiber sind sehr kooperativ, bei uns lag eine Verwechslung vor was das Apartment angeht, das wurde sehr schnell unbürokratisch gelöst. Eine Waschmaschine ist ja sehr schön, aber ein Waschtrockner wäre sinnvoller, vor allem wenn man keinen Balkon hat.

La limpieza tampoco era del todo bueno ya que encontramos pelos en la cama Por lo que nos costó, recomiendo coger un alojamiento más céntrico, ya que tuvimos que coger taxis todos los días

• William (7/5): Good location and space. Rooftop facilities nice. - Nice amount of space. Rooftop pool area was very pleasant. Water pressure in the shower was very good. Location was good - not in the centre, but a pleasant walk to the main tourist sites and restaurants. First impressions of the apartment were very good, but there were a few minor issues. Nothing problematic enough to be contacting the host about at the time. There was some drain odour in the en-suite bathroom. Some items were a little low-spec, wine glasses cracked easily and could have been more durable. Pepper shaker was refilled with pepper corns with no way of grinding them. There were some ants about, not a huge amount, but a little off-putting.

La chambre est spacieuse et le rooftop est fabuleux avec vue sur la cathédrale. Le rapport qualité prix est correct mais pas exceptionnel. On peut s’attendre à un standing un peu plus élevé à 150€ la nuit. C’est vraiment le seul point.

Benefit of air-conditioning in bedrooms as well as main living quarters. Rooftop pool and terrace great! Close to the Cathedral. Thank you It's a 20 minute walk into the centre.
• Manu (1/5): Will not recommend this property or this host to anyone - Location of property was good and was fully equipped and clean. We were not given the apartment which we had booked. There was no fresh air as the windows had been blocked for privacy. We were family of 4 and were given an apartment with only 1 bathroom whereas we had specifically booked the one with 2 bathrooms in the same building. Complete misrepresentation and cheating was done with us. We were asked for more money to change the apartment which was a case of extortion. The host was not cooperative at all.

• John (9/5): Sun and Sangria - The location is a short walk to the outskirts of the old city, which is where most visitors on holiday would like to be. Being in a fundamentally residential area the apartment is, in the main, quiet. The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need for a shot break. There is a fridge freezer which is very useful. There is a terrace with a small pool which on a hot day is very welcome. The old town and Plaza de España are within a short walk from the apartment. Also, the Airport shuttle bus has a terminal at the San Bernardo train station which costs 5 euro and only about an 8min walk from the property. The bedrooms are relatively small, my wife had her case in the room but mine was left in the hallway. Obviously, the room size is, the room size so there is nothing to be done concerning this issue. In the publicity, photographs of the pool and terrace area have been maximised to advantage, in reality the pool is a lot smaller, but adequate to cool off and put in a few strokes before you reach the other end. The sun loungers, deck chairs etc. have obviously been chosen for the look of them and certainly not for comfort! Maybe there was a cushion store which eluded us!
• Sara (7/5): Loved Seville, apartment nice but the hosts need to up their game! - We never met our hosts although we did have notice that someone would meet us at the property on our arrival but didn't happen and a request for a few bin bags and a clean towel also went unanswered. Most annoyingly the cushions for the sun beds in the pool area were removed 3 days before we were due to leave because the owner was worried about it raining - we did say we would bring the cushions in if it did rain but they wouldn't return them so that put a dampner on our last 3 days. I think for the money we were paying for the week the hosts could have been more helpful and responsive.
• Jessica (7/5): Nice apartment away from tourist crowds - The apartment was well decorated and furnished. Water pressure was good in the shower and each room had air conditioning. Plenty of storage in the bedrooms if you wanted to fully unpack. You can find on road parking nearby but you need to be mindful of road signs to check it's ok to park there. It's slightly further out of the city centre - maybe 15 minutes by foot to Plaza de España but this also meant it wasn't as crowded with tourists. We found the area to be a little noisy at night and the walls (or ceilings) were quite thin so we could hear our neighbours. It wasn't clear to us exactly where we should take the rubbish at the end of the trip (we ended up using bins on the streets). When we checked in the previous guests had left a pizza box which wasn't disposed of (we did get a prompt apology from the owners). Also the beds were quite firm which was a little uncomfortable.
• Marcella (9/5): Great apartment! - Great location, only a short walk to the centre. Everything well organised so easy to find and get into the apartment. Small but comfy apartment and a bonus having 2 shower rooms. Although we didn't need it during our stay there was fans and airco. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay - hairdryer, iron even salt and oil and access to Netflix on the TV. Huge bonus having a small pool and area to sit in the sun on the roof. Some great restaurants really close by the apartment. Would highly recommend. There was a bit of a lack of storage for clothes (we were with 4) only a tiny cupboard so a couple of sets of drawers would have been handy. There wasn't enough hot water for all 4 of us to have showers in the morning.
• Rebecca (8/5): Good overall - The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. I appreciated the little coffee pods and we benefitted from the washing machine. Appreciated not having to keep track of a door key, liked using the code. Quiet area but maybe a bit overpriced for being far away from the center. There was a persistent unpleasant smell that was obviously being covered over by perfumed oil in living room. The shower by the kitchen wasn't very functional, the water would go everywhere since there wasnt a way to contain it, and then took a long time to dry. The big ceramic pièce in the ensuite bathroom was in my way when I was using the sink.

• Alessandra (9/5): Superb - Very easy communication with the host (very responsive) Easy access with the door code both for the building and apartment Accomodation had everything (towels, linen, soaps, hairdryer, pots/pans in case you wanted to use the kitchen, coffee/tea was also provided) so it was perfect for our stay. The host also allowed us to store our backpacks on arrival and on the day we were leaving for a few hours so that was very helpful. Location is close to all main attractions so you are within walking distance (15/20 minutes) and area is not as chaotic as Santa Cruz so recommended for those that prefer a less hectic area. I don't really have a negative comment here. House was clean and we did not miss anything for our stay.

• Mei (10/5): Fantastic place with great roof terrace and pool! - Great stay in this beautifully decorated apartment. We were very comfortable and really liked the layout of the flat. The check in was easy and the host were able to store our bags until check in. The rooftop pool although tiny was a real treat especially during the heat of July. Lots of shade on the roof terrace to get away from the sun. Overall a very peaceful place to enjoy Seville from.
• Anna (10/5): Sensational accommodation in Seville - Perfect in every way for our week long city break (in very hot temperatures). Cool, well designed and furnished Apartment . Super roof terrace and small pool. Lovely quiet area. Couldn't fault anything. A guest information book might be helpful. Small bin for a weeks stay and didn't know where to put the rubbish. Wasn't sure how to put up the bunk bed. Minor issues though.
