• Puranam (1/5): Avoid if you can!! - I need to really think hard!! Not much. Lack of transparency during checkin and checkout. Delay in giving our rooms when we checked. Rooms are dusty and small.During check out found they have added a day worth of charge on my bill. I clearly remember talking to the lady we were going to stay for only one day and we had messaged through booking com website about this. At checkin not once did they say they were tagging me with this. My issue is not the charge itself it's more the eay they slid in charge. I also recall another customer having room service bill issues. If you still decide here, i urge you to review bills before checking out.

Breakfast is very good - spread and quality of the items. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are good and comfortable. Wifi is good. Overall a great place to stay in. Did not have anything that we needed which the hotel could not fulfill. Staff is very easy to communicate with and are prompt and helpful.

Food.. during my 3 days stay, did not come across one signature item which left a good impression on me. Starting from simple things like Upma, Onelette, Wada almost every item lacked a distinct taste. Pretty ordinary stuff. While the property is located in a good location, is clean , food leaves a lot to be desired.

• Benjamin (2/5): Will never ever come back - there is no driver or bell boy to take our luggage. We need to do self parking. I booked only the room. When I handed over my ID details for him to prepare my check in and went to rest room and come back, by time he included everything like, dinner, breakfast an all the charges to my bill. When I questioned it, he said it is good you can enjoy it. I was not ready to pay for that. I did not want to make a scene, so do my wife so we kept silent. We went to have dinner, yeh, we were very badly deceived by what we saw. There were some left overs from lunch, only 2 spoons of Biriyani some all cold and old sambhar and some items, There was no fruit or juice or any other item other than the left overs. Hardly it was 4 or 5 items, This they call it as Buffet dinner. Then we asked for any Dosa or something like that. Yes we got some Dosa, but the chutni was most preserved ancient old chutney. We were totally disappointed. same happend in Breakfast too. it was not a big buffet in breakfast but what ever being served can be served with some taste. In addition they charged Rs 500 as service charge when final bill is made. I do not know what sort of service they offered. We have taken our luggage, when we asked for driver, were mercilessly told that you will have to park your car by your self, there was no car cleaning done, then the food is terrible in quality, then what for this service charge is. I do not know? Sorry, I made a mistake by booking in this hotel. Will never ever do

Good variety of breakfast We reached quite late. No bell boys to assist with luggage. Corridor to room was filled with used plates and food.by the rooms.

The buffet breakfast spread was excellent. It was a complete package. Even customised items were served in request. I loved it.
