- Iván Jesús (7/5): Buena ubicación, amplio y con un bonito diseño. - Es un piso amplio y cómodo. Que olía muchísimo a humedad, tenia 3 deshumidificadores; pero ni aún así se quitaba el olor. También tuvimos problemas con el termo, mandaron a un técnico y lo resolvieron sobre la marcha. Y en uno de los dos dormitorios se escuchaba mucho ruido, de una traspaleta de un supermercado que había en frente y del trafico que pasa por esa calle.

- Marta (4/5): Sitio sucio y lleno de humedades - Lo que nos gustó del apartamento fue la ubicación Estaba muy sucio, lleno de telarañas por todos sitios. Cuando entramos nos dio mucha olor a humedad pero pensamos que era porque días antes había llovido, pero no, estaban todas LAS PAREDES LLENAS DE HUMEDADES con moho. Los colchones son incomodisimos. En definitiva, ni repetiremos, ni lo recomendaremos a nadie. Es una pena porque el apartamento está genial ubicado y es moderno, pero definitivamente no habían limpiado en mucho tiempo, en el salón, las telarañas bajaban desde techo hasta el sofá

- Frederic (8/5): Très bel appartement, situation idéale - L'emplacement de ce logement est fantastique, en plein cœur du vieux Cadix. L'appartement est spacieux, confortable et très bien équipé. Tout était prévu pour que nous passions un bon séjour. C'est un immeuble typique donc malheureusement, le logement est humide. On le sent à l'odeur, rien ne sèche à l'intérieur et il y a des traces d'humidité sur plusieurs murs. Cela n'est pas dû à un manque d'entretien, mais à l'immeuble et l'emplacement très proche de l'océan.
