• Sandra-lili (7/5): Not using it again, it was just an ok stay. - Basic hotel, clean and good beds. Noise, very very noise from the other guests. They need standars in place.
• Sandra-lili (6/5): It was ok, but better for the soccer players as they get to use the instalations as they pleased. - breakfast was ok, basic arepa, eggs and cheese with cofee or chocolate, rooms are basic. Clean. comfy bed, easy check in. They had a big soccer team, very loud . Not control of the noise to respect other guests. Whats app comunication not the greatest. they dont connect the payment directly to booking and it seemmed confusing at the time of checking out. Not the best hotel to relax or rest.

• Yakovk (9/5): Hot water aplenty, clean, comfortable, great location and price - The location is great, in between a large mall and the city center with its shopping and nice park. Hot water was aplenty -- those who have traveled in Colombia would know that hot water is luxury here. It's clean and quiet. Front desk is very accommodating. For the money we paid, it was a real bargain. Breakfast could have featured more options -- the kitchen is large and can potentially offer fruits and veggies, not only eggs and juice and coffee.

• Robert (9/5): They fulfilled all my needs and I will stay there on my next trip! - Centrally located for my needs, excelente staff. Good food. It was a little noisy, but not enough to prevent me from going back. The noise was from guests.

• Charles (8/5): Very good - Property was clean and all the staff were amazing. The included breakfast was much better than expected. Property is located within walking distance of many things. It is not quiet. The first night we were there, there was a concert going on at the stadium close by until 4:00 in the morning. The second night we were there the bar next door had a band that sounded like screaming and killing dogs until midnight.

• Marissa (1/5): Horrible, do not recommend! - Upon arrival, the receptionist was rude and demeaning. He assigned a room with two beds. The walls are thin. The first night, the person in the room next to me had their TV on the highest volume and I could hear them snoring. When I requested to change the room, the same person who did my check-in said he would switch my room. He did not. When the person taking over his shift came, she told me there were no rooms but to let her know which room was being noisy from the night before. Once I figured out the room, there was suddenly a room available and I was able to move. On my last night, I saw a baby cockroach in the bathroom. When I went to check out, they said I had to pay an additional amount even though I paid for my stay upfront. They do not answer their phone, the rooms do not have a comforter, and the breakfast is not good. I did appreciate the woman who helped me switch rooms and she was the one who figured out there had been a mistake when it came to that additional fee.

The food was actually very good for both breakfast and lunch. The rooms are very outdated, small, small TV. And forget about getting any hot water out of the shower.

• Jorge (2/5): Rooms with almost no privacy. Loud noise EVERYWHERE. - Hotel is clean. Bed is comfy. It doesn't matter what room you stay Hotels are to take a rest , the ambient sounds are horrible. You will hear the street, people constantly talking in the dinning area. Customer service is ok.. nothing too much, they don't mind too much for keeping you comfortable or having you feel better. We stayed in room 122 and they didn't said that the room was near the restaurant nor that they had an event. The room doesn't have shades, sun will hit your face in the morning. They offer a restaurant service but same time they don't sell after the breakfast time if you need breakfast. Breakfast is 2 hours / 30 min. You could hear people speaking LOUD, almost no privacy at all. Hotels are to rest not to come and be awaken by other people. Lack of customer service, lack of attitude towards the clients. For hot water you will need to wait at least 20 min so the hot water kicks in. Bathroom are small. You have to consider this as you will pay almost 45 dolars a night which is not considered cheap. Breakfast was very simple, a few eggs with an old bread, no fruits, it's either one juice or fruit. Hot chocolate was watery. Very disappointed

The hotel has a special charm, and the location is only about 20 minutes from the airport in traffic. N/A. There is no A/C, but we found the room comfortable with the window cracked.
