• Miriam (8/5): Absolut empfehlenswert!!!! - Von Lage, über Komfort bis Service war alles erstklassig! Einziger kleiner Makel war, dass wir keine Sonnen Einstrahlung auf dem Balkon hatten. Was in den Sommermonaten sicher angenehm ist, im April hätten wir es uns aber gewünscht.

• Alexandra (9/5): A spacious apartment containing everything you need. - Quite easy. Although locker 201 isn’t in a sequence so had to walk around the outside of the black to locate it. I would say there’s a lot of street noise early on in the morning. Dogs barking, trucks passing by and cement mixers. Not the apartment’s fault! The other downside was the bad smell from the bathroom drains.
• Blerta (7/5): Average good however lots of improvements can be made. - Location, and the apartment is big so I would say pretty comfortable. The water was a big problem as you had to turn on a button and wait for one hour to have hot water. It was a big problem for us as you cannot leave it turned on when u remove keys from the apartment. Another problem is they give u only one key connected with a card. We were in 5 and we were dependent on only one person that had the key. It didn’t work like this on my other stays in apartments. There should be at least 2 keys for big apartments.
• Rota (9/5): Comfortable, well-located seaside stay. - Our stay at Thalassa 2-bedroom apartment in Larnaca was very pleasant. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the host was responsive and helpful. The location close to the seaside was a big plus for us, and there were many restaurants nearby. The security deposit requirement is understandable from the host’s perspective, even if it may be less common for some guests. Access codes are shared shortly before check-in, which might feel a bit last-minute, but everything worked smoothly in our case.

• Jutta (8/5): Schick und modern - Geräumige Wohnung, Check-In und Kommunikation voll digitalisiert aber einfach. Moderne schicke Wohnung, sauber, gemütlich. Gute Lage, zu Fuß schnell am Meer und auch downtown. Parken auch problemlos, Seitenstraße. Man ist schnell vom Flughafen da. Gute Klimaanlage/Heizung Wir waren im Februar da, die Wohnung hatte nie direktes Sonnenlicht, der Balkon ist Richtung Norden.

• Petra (8/5): Wir haben uns wohlgefülht und würden wieder kommen ! - Gute Lage , top modern eingerichtet. Nur kleine Anmerkungen : Wir konnten leider in 3 Supermärkten keine geeigneten Kaffeekapseln finden. Da am 1. und 2.1 Feiertag war , und kaum was offen hatte , wäre es nett gewesen , ein paar Kleinigkeiten bereit zu stellen. Ansonsten wären Geschirrspültabs usw von Vorteil , da man diese nicht für 4 Tage kauft . Die Warmwasserbereitung ist etwas mühsam , aber dafür kann der Vermieter nichts . Leider gibt es nur 1 Schlüssel , daher keine Heizung , wenn man die Wohnung verlässt .
• Petra (9/5): - Odlična komunikacija z osebjem. Dobra lokacija blizu centra, prostrano lepo opremljeno stanovanje z vsemi aparati in osnovno posodo za pripravo zajtrka. Pozimi bi nam dobro služila še kakšna dodatna deka. Predpražnik pred tušem bi bila lepa dopolnitev urejene kopalnice. Bela jedilna miza je potrebna temeljitega čiščenja. Okna v spalnici niso bila očiščena, zavese na baterijo niso delovale.

• Adam (9/5): - Lokalizacja w spokojnej okolicy blisko morza,blisko do restauracji i małego marketu. Wszystko na miejscu. Był problem z nagrzewaniem wody i nie można bylon skorzystac z ciepłej kąpieli zaraz po powrocie do apartamentu bo woda musiała się nagrzewać.
• Klaudia (10/5): - Pobyt w tym obiekcie był naprawdę udany. Pokoje były czyste i zadbane, a lokalizacja okazała się świetna – zaledwie kilka kroków dzieliło nas od plaży. Dużym atutem był taras/balkon, na którym można było spędzać miłe chwile z przyjaciółmi. W okolicy znajdowały się również sklepy z pamiątkami i inne udogodnienia, co sprawiło, że pobyt był jeszcze przyjemniejszy. Zdecydowanie miejsce godne polecenia! Choć w ostatni nasz dzień wywaliło korki, to pomoc była natychmiastowa, w ciągu 15 minut ktoś przyjechał, by to naprawić:) samochód można zaparkować od razu pod obiektem, jest przydzielony na każdy apartament, więc to duży plus i cena jak najbardziej atrakcyjna, jedna z lepszych na booking:) nie sugerujcie się jedna opinia w której jest napisane, ze nie ma ciepłej wody, ponieważ jest specjalny przycisk, w której włączasz wodę, żeby się zagrzała. Troszke śmierdziało w łazience ściekami, ale wystarczy otworzyć okno i zapach zaraz znika, więc to nie problem, tym bardziej, że większość czasu spędzaliśmy poza obiektem. Tak to wszystko super:)

• Jakub (1/5): NO HOT WATER - The apartament itself was really nice and spacious. It had beatiful views from the balcony with very comfortable bedrooms. Where to begin !? Unlocking the door was quite difficult, finding the right box, was a bit like in an escape room, however we managed to do it with a bit of a help from the owner. The worst thing about this apartament was that there were NO HOT WATER, the water heater didn't work, and the owner didn't do nothing to fix it ( He didn't even apologise). If you want to bathe in ice cold water, guess it's for you, but if you don't STAY OUT.

• Maren (9/5): Modern and perfect located apartment for long stays and workation - All in all, we highly recommend this apartment in a modern, newly build, quiet house. Perfect location with sea view and good walking distance to many restaurants and cafes, but also to Larnaka city centre and beach spot. Safe parking under the building, elevator available. We stayed for 23 nights in Dec/ Jan for a mix of holiday and workation - perfect. We would do it again. Internet was good, one desk in one of the bed rooms, another one in the kitchen/ living room. Comfortable beds and enough space for 4 adults. We also had very good experience with the customer service which we needed two times. One day we had problems with electricy which was solved via WhatsApp within 10 minutes. Another day we left the keys inside so we have locked ourselves. It took some time (2-3 hours) but they helped us getting in again. I need to make a comment regarding the smell from the bathrooms others mention in their reviews. There is a humidity problem in the apartment, but I guess this is normal for Cyprus. Just make sure you regularly open windows and keep doors open for air circulation. We did it when we arrived and we had no problem during our stay. Mainly kitchen equipment as this is very basic. What we missed? Dishcloth, Kitchen towels (there was only one roll of kitchen paper), garbage bags (2 for 23 days is not enough), dishwasher tabs. I was a bid surprised (but did not check before) that intermediate cleaning for longer stays will be charged with 87€ extra. This is quite expensive, we pay for our cleaning service back in Germany 45€ for 3 hours. So we did not use this service and washed towels for example ourselves.

It is impeccably clean, and the management is exceptionally responsive, addressing all my messages and concerns promptly. The staff are professional, courteous, and a pleasure to deal with. The property itself is both cozy and elegant, offering a stunning sea view. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect stay.”
