Located right by grocery stores in a quiet and safe neighborhood. There is a microwave downstairs, fridge in the room, and staff helped me with refilling the water whenever I needed. N/A

• Angel (6/5): - Buenas instalaciones, buena limpieza y camas muy cómodas , hay una plaza cerca y un centro comercial igual cerca , No hay mucha privacidad, o almenos no en la habitación que me tocó, todos los ruidos de las habitaciones conjuntas se escuchaba y igual un detalle es que si solo te ospedas una noche no te dan tarjeta de acceso de la entrada principal y pues nos tocó esperar como 10 minutos a que nos habríeran

• Daniel (8/5): Pleasant stay with some suggestions to make it even better - Alright so this place does get the basics right: - A very nice big and comfortable bed - Clean room - Location was not amazing, but also not bad, close to a plaza and to the bus towards Cancun beach. - Bathroom with a nice shower with sufficient water pressure and warm water (not a given in Mexico) - Wifi was good and working - TV was well placed and had access to all streaming platforms you could imagine (Netflix, Disney+, HBO etc.) In order to receive an excellent score, this place would need some small improvements. For one, it would have been nice to have 2 small bottles of water in the room at least for the 1st night, we arrived on the 1st of January and providing water would have been a nice touch. Additionally, there is no room cleaning provided unless you request it, (and then you pay 150 MXN for it), I do understand that daily cleaning would not be feasible, however this place should consider giving out at least one free cleaning to guests who stay more than 7 nights. In other places this is common practice, here it was not. Also you can hear the noise from other guests in this accomodation, I personally didn't have too much issue with it, but keep that in mind.

• Tara (3/5): Nice room, but very noisy - This was my second stay, so the comfort of knowing the facililty was great. The bed was much more comfortable this time, and the room was nicely decorated. The room was a definite upgrade over my previous stay in mid-November. The Internet was much more stable during this stay as well. I'm not sure if it was stronger based on the room location, but it was definitely better. There was a sewage smell that kept coming up out of the shower drain every couple of days and the level of noise was even worse than my first stay. I gave a great rating during my first stay, despite the uncomfortable bed and noise, because the staff was very nice and attentive. However, the staff was practically non-existent during this stay. Outside of receiving the check-in instructions, I only interacted with the staff when I complained about the noise/parties and smoking in the room next to mine, which never stopped. I stayed for over 2 weeks and never once received a follow-up message regarding the noise issues and never received a check-in about housekeeping needs. I didn't need housekeeping, but it was in direct contrast to the multiple check-ins from staff during my initial stay. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the comfort and level of service of my stay this time and wouldn't stay again.

My husband has breathing issue and time to time need to take fresh air so O kept requesting him. He promised to give one the next day but after reaching him, he said not possible ( after probably 3hrs). There is no kitchen, hair dryer or iron as mentioned in the listing. Also, we had to park in the street though it says private parking is available onsite. The wifi sucks, it takes atleast 20mins to view something on goggle. Dont book this place, owner replies whenever he want with no care whatsoever No kitchen, hair dryer or iron. No onsite parking as mentioned in the listing. Wifi doesn't work and also was given the wrong room

• Viktoriia (8/5): Good place to stay in Cancun if you are travelling with a car - Nice and modern room, good design, quiet and safe place, big bad. Big shopping mall and with restaurants and a few supermarkets nearby. Friendly and helpful staff. Faire price. The reception is not working during the entire day so was not possible to keep the luggage after the check out till the evening (( located not in the walkable distance the city centre, but with a car it’s fine, you can park it easily nearby. No shared kitchen, no tea pod to prepare tea o coffee.

• Oswald (9/5): Awesome! - Safe and quiet neighborhood, walkable to restaurants and shopping outlets, nice clean room with a fully functional bathroom, good a/c, friendly staff, good host, and WiFi was also good, close enough to city center and beaches but far enough from the downtown noise. Will return soon. No complaints, it was all good!

• Tara (9/5): Excellent option for an inexpensive stay - Excellent option for an inexpensive stay in Cancun. The room was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. The room was simple, but addressed your basic needs well. A small dorm refrigerator was provided in the room to keep drinks cold. The bathroom is a great size, and the water was nice and hot. A large TV, with a great picture, was also provided. The AC worked great. The location is 2 blocks from an OXXO and worked great for UberEATS deliveries. There's also an elevator, which was great to have, because I had heavy luggage. Most importantly as a solo female traveler, the building, room and neighborhood felt safe. I would definitely stay again. I really enjoyed my stay, but I want to be transparent for other travelers to allow them to make an informed decision about their stay. So...the bed was extremely firm (at least in my unit)...very uncomfortable for a stay longer than 2-3 days. I stayed for 2 weeks and my back was aching after the first 3 days. Sounds easily carry from the other units, so unfortunately, when it's busy, you can clearly hear the surrounding units on the floor. The wifi buffered and/or dropped constantly, but it was still nice to have it available and worked well when it was stable. Even with the negatives, I would stay again and actually have another reservation booked. The positives far outweigh any negatives, because the friendly staff are extremely accommodating, and the facility is very clean and secure.
