Niyme (1/5): Irresponsables - Les escribi un día antes para notificar que llegaríamos tarde me dijeron que me enviarían un Link de pago para reservar. Nunca lo enviaron. À la mañana siguiente ya estando en Guatemala cuando les pregunté por el link me dijeron no lo podían enviar porque ya habían dado la habitación. Andaba con dos niñas y dos ancianos, me tocó buscar en plena temporada alta otro hotel, pues ya estábamos en el país.

Ingrid Yaneth (1/5): Pésimo - Son unos informales, hice la reserva y al llegar, resulta que no hay habitación, que ya la han dado a otras personas, qué disgusto. No lo recomiendo por nada en el mundo. Pésimo servicio y gestión de reserva!!!

Anabel (2/5): - Nothing The property needs repairs, especially in the rooms and the bathroom. The sink faucet was broken and there was very little water pressure in the shower. The bathrooms need to be repainted and the walls require better cleaning, as they felt unhygienic, and the shower curtain was in very poor condition. The room also needs painting and a deeper cleaning, as it was dirty under the beds. Additionally, we had to pay in cash because they did not have the option to use a card. The breakfast was very poor, although I must say the staff were friendly. I believe the price I paid was too high considering the condition of the room, as it did not match the valu

Nando (10/5): tranquilidad - An excellent hostel for me, very quiet, as the name means, a lot of peace and quiet with good areas to work or relax, wonderful view from the terrace, the receptionist is very helpful, they are very professional with tours and transportation, good value for money and very clean, very good option in Antigua Only 4 day in Antigua.
