• Gill (9/5): Patti’s Place apartment is conveniently located by the highway and Hood College. - Booking I like that it was close to Hood College. I visit my daughter multiple times a year and the property was conveniently located.

• Justin (10/5): It was a great value and good place for us! - Spacious, clean, good value for money. The location is 20 minutes walk from downtown which is pretty good, but the neighborhood of the Airbnb is a totally different vibe than the cute downtown.
• Jose (9/5): - Patty's place is a nice/cozy place to stay in the frederick area. Nice location, close it to a restaurants/gas station/grocery store/etc.... The place was clean and good kitchen stocked of all the essentials for it. Overall 5* No big complains at all! Overall 4*
• Bonnie (10/5): A delightful getaway. - Exceptionally convenient to all the fun things to do in Frederick Maryland. The property was squeaky clean, and contained all amenities that I could have wished for. Last week was a major heat wave, yet it was always cool inside. I could go out and explore Frederick County in the morning, and then come back and literally chill in the afternoon. Perfect.

• Susan (10/5): Coming home - My second time staying at Patty's Place didn't disappoint. It was nice to "come home" to a familiar place where everything you need is right there. Super cute and cozy and very clean. It's in the perfect location only minutes from Hood college and downtown. I spent the weekend to celebrate my daughter's graduation from Hood college. It's bittersweet knowing I won't have a reason to go back to Frederick now that she's graduated, but if I do, I know where to stay again! Everything was great!

• Jackie (10/5): Exceptional - The house was very affordable and clean. They had almost everything you could think of like q tips in the bathroom or a coffee station in the kitchen. I liked that it was off street parking. It felt safe. This is such a small thing but the lighting is all cool toned daylight bulbs. I think if they switched them out to a warmer hue it would give a cozier feel.
• Susan (10/5): Love Patty's Place! - Patty's Place is wonderful! I'm so glad I found it...wish I found it sooner! When visiting my daughter at Hood college I usually stay at a hotel in town but never again! Very cozy and clean! Has all the amenities you will ever need. Great location close to Hood college and downtown Frederick. Safe and private parking behind the home. I stayed here for one night in April as a "trial". So glad I reserved Patty's Place for a weekend next month for my daughter's graduation. No more staying at that hotel in town! Everything was great! No complaints

• Rayven (10/5): One of the best nights of my life, truly worth the price - I loved how nice and inviting the place was! The neighborhood it was in was really nice and it was so convenient that I was right across the street from a convenience store and that food spots were so close that I didn't need to order delivery. The nighborhood was very nice and it felt safe there. It was nice and easy to get to the concert venue I came to Frederick to see, and if I'm being honest, I would 100% come back to Patty's Place again maybe in the springtime or so just for the fun of it! I also really appreciated the little details of the soap bottles being labelled and there being yoga mats and various lights in case you didn't want the big one on. I also really liked how easily adjustable the blinds were, lol. The bed and furniture were really comfortable too and I loved that there were TVs with HDMI ports so I could plug up the little DVD player I brought along and watch movies. I also really really appreciate that the rules and guidelines were specific and easy to understand as to avoid any problems. The early check-in was a teeny bit of a hassle, but I think that was moreso on Venmo having technical difficulties than anything else. Thankfully this was only a very very mild inconvenience as they took PayPal too, so once that was all sorted out everything else was smooth sailing. I defienetly wouldn't knock off points despite the issues because the people were very patient and kind helping me out so I could check in early :)

• Astrid (8/5): Close to Frederick - Very clean little house, about 4 minutes drive to downtown Frederick. Coffee machine and free coffee and half and half! Excellent communication with the host, reasonable price, late check out for $45.-. You might prefer sleeping on the pull out couch unless you don’t mind a very soft mattress and a pretty loud fan (heating) and road.

• Kathy (9/5): This is a cozy little house in a location convenient to everything we wanted to do in the area. - The location is terrific. The house was exceptionally clean and cozy. There were plenty of linens, and the kitchen was well stocked. Having ceiling fans is always a welcome touch. We would prefer to have a printed book of information in the rental rather than only a digital copy. We never found a thermostat for adjusting the temperature, but that worked out okay nevertheless.

Also the place was immaculate. It was easy access to food and fun. We will definitely stay again when back in town. No dislikes!

• Karen (9/5): My stay was short and very pleasant. - It was in a good location, it was comfortable,secure and as described for the most part. The host was wonderful, very communicative. The only thing I didn’t like about the property is the shower curtain was very stained on the bottom and had some mildew. I was very surprised because everything seemed so clean. It probably was an oversight. I probably would not stay there again not because of this, I am positive that would have been taken care of. The steps leading up to the bathroom, living area and bedroom are very steep with a turn. That is not something that can be fixed. We both have had our knees replaced and they were a little difficult for us to negotiate.

• Sheridan (8/5): Super cute location, close to great food options, easy in & out! - The place was very clean and had all the things we might need during our stay. It was convenient to downtown, just minutes from some very nice restaurants, etc. Easy to get to as well from the highway. It is right on a main road, so there was a bit of road noise. The hosts graciously had a noisemaker so that did counter some of the noise at night.

• Alison (10/5): Beautiful place, very clean and tidy. Well appointed, good price. - Very clean and tidy, just really beautiful inside. Good value. The "key" was a door code, which worked great. Location wasn't the most beautiful, but we weren't there for the view, so it was fine. The bed was a bit squishy, and the pillows too tall and firm for my personal taste, which is the only reason I didn't give that one top marks. There was a light without a fixture over the bed, but we just didn't use that one. The amount of paperwork/emails beforehand was a bit daunting, but once we were there, everything was fine.
