• EA (5/5): Basic stay in a nice area of Malta - The hotel itself is modern, with comfortable beds and pillows, a good shower with reliable hot water, strong WiFi, fast lifts and a useful fridge in the room. The location is also very convenient, with plenty of restaurants, bars, ferry stops and bus stops nearby. The rooftop pool and loungers were also a decent amenity during quieter periods, and while the pool is much smaller in reality than it appears in photos, it was still enjoyable when not crowded. The rooftop bar was basic but convenient for drinks. The staff were polite, attentive and did try to offer solutions when complaints were raised and offered a small compensation for the unpleasant inconveniences. Unfortunately the experience was disappointing overall due to several ongoing maintenance, comfort and noise issues that significantly impacted the stay. The biggest issue was a strong sewage smell coming from the air conditioning in room 1011 every single day after breakfast. We repeatedly had to contact reception to report it, and although staff attempted to help, the problem was never resolved. The air conditioning unit also displayed an unresolved error message throughout the stay, which suggested the issue had not been properly addressed. Noise was another major problem. The hallway doors slam extremely loudly from early morning onwards, often frightening us awake and making it very difficult to get back to sleep. If you value relaxation or a lie in while on holiday, I would strongly advise against staying here unless this issue is fixed. Installing slow close mechanisms on the doors would make a huge difference and would likely improve safety as well. There is also extensive construction work surrounding the hotel. Constant drilling noise made it difficult to relax by the rooftop pool, and the “side sea view” room was very misleading. The view mostly consisted of cranes, scaffolding and dust rather than anything scenic. The room itself also had several maintenance issues. The toilet seat was cracked and pinched every time it was used, the light switches worked inconsistently, and the inward facing balcony overlooked other balconies at extremely close range, leaving the room with little privacy or natural light. Breakfast was very basic and functional rather than enjoyable. Another frustrating issue was the confusion surrounding the nearby affiliated public pool. Signage suggested ST Hotels guests would receive special rates or tokens, but reception staff were unable to provide clear information and no discounts were offered. The public pool cost €30 per person, so we ended up using the much smaller rooftop pool at the hotel instead.

• Dorota (9/5): - Świetna lokalizacja, łatwa komunikacja z Valettą, piękny widok z pokoi od ulicy, a szczególnie z basenu na dachu. Jednak oficjalne godziny otwarcia basenu (10-18) są niewystarczające. Personel w jadalni bardzo uczynny, szybki, grzeczny. Gorzej z recepcjonistami, angielszczyznę niektórych trudno zrozumieć. Ale starają się. Najsłabszy punkt hotelu a najłatwiejszy do naprawienia: w łazience w 2-osobowych pokojach tylko 1!!! haczyk na ręcznik. Nie ma gdzie powiesić i suszyć ręcznikido rąk i kąpielowe, czy powiesić ubrania na przebranie po kąpieli. Żadnej półki czy taboretu. Dobrze że nakoło umywalki jest miejsce na kosmetyki

• Silvia (8/5): - Posizione eccellente a due passi dal lungomare di Sliema e dalla fermata del bus per andare ovunque. Colazione varia, pulizia ok, reception 24 ore su 24 e personale abbastanza cortese. Hanno sistemato la camera tutte le mattine. La colazione è pensata prevalentemente per una clientela internazionale, i prodotti da forno graditi a noi italiani sono un po' scarsi. Non ho trovato in camera nemmeno una bottiglia d'acqua, e arrivando tardi la notte può essere un problema. Me l'ero procurata per scrupolo e forse chiedendola alla reception l'avrebbero fornita, questo non posso saperlo. La cosa più fastidiosa è stata un persistente cattivo odore nel bagno proveniente dalle fognature. Non ho dato un gran punteggio al rapporto qualità-prezzo perchè questi due aspetti mi hanno dato fastidio ma nel complesso siamo state bene.

• sonia (9/5): Ci ritornerei - Stupenda la terrazza con piscina, panorama mozzafiato. Colazione ricca, più salata, meno dolce. Personale cortese. La pulizia della camera potrebbe andare meglio e dovrebbe esserci una colazione con più dolci, per il resto tutto bene.

• Denis (7/5): Nel complesso la struttur è nuova la zona è abbastanza strategica - La struttura è in una buona posizione , la vista dalla piscina dal roof top è bella . Il palazzo affianco è in fase di demolizione/ristrutturazione pertanto i lavori degli operai iniziavano molto presto dormire dopo le 8 era praticamente impossibile , avevo prenotato una camera con vista mare ma non sono riusciti a darmela lo staff si è prodigato fornendomi un buono per la piscina esterna e il taxi pagato per l aeroporto.

• Adam (8/5): Bardzo udany pobyt - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko do przystanku autobusowego i promu do Valetty. W pobliżu liczne restauracje i deptak wzdłuż zatoki, piękny widok na Valettę. Pokój bardzo funkcjonalny, bardzo wygodne łóżko. Śniadania bardzo dobre zarówno kontynentalne jak i angielskie. Pomocny i bardzo miły personel, szczególne podziękowania dla Niko. Internet w hotelu na najlepszym poziomie. Można poprawić kanalizację w łazience ponieważ troszkę zapach był nieprzyjemny.
• Žana (10/5): Priročna lokacija, čist hotel, udobna ležišča, ustrežljivo osebje - Hotel je na odlični lokaciji, v neposredni bližini avtobusne postaje in restavracij, nedaleč stran od taxi čolna. Soba zelo prostorna, vrhunski razgled iz velike terase na celotno mesto, čisto, zelo udobne postelje, dobra zvočna izolacija. Okusen zajtrk, lahko bi bilo malce več izbire, sicer brez pripomb. Oseblje je bilo prijazno in ustrežljivo, velika zahvala Nedi, ki nama je bila v veliko pomoč in svetovala glede prevozov in izletov! Ob prihodu v hotel zvečer nama je bila dodeljena napačna soba, plačali sva Suito Junior, a je nisva dobili, osebje na recepciji ponoči tega ni znalo rešiti - vse se je rešilo takoj zjutraj brez težav, tako da kasneje nisva imeli nobenih pripomb.

• Katarzyna (10/5): Super hotel w świetnej lokalizacji - Pokój schludny, czysty, w pokoju ręczniki suszarka do włosów, żel pod prysznic, szampon do włosów, zestaw do parzenia kawy i herbaty ( uzupełniany ), basen na dachu z widokiem na Valette, możliwość zostawienia bagażu po opuszczeniu pokoju, przystanek na lotnisko tuż obok hotelu. Śniadania bardzo smaczne duży wybór. Nie trzeba mieć przejściówki na tamtejsze zasilanie z prądu do telefonu czy innych urządzeń ponieważ w pokoju sa już zainstalowane specjalne gniazdka do ładowania.
• Barnackiene (10/5): Labai geras ! - Viešbučio lokacija puiki, šalia autobusų stotelė, tiesioginis autobusas į oro uostą (stotelė kitoje gatvės pusėje). Šalia daug kavinių, restoranų. Pusryčiai geri ir sotūs. Personalas paslaugus ir kultūringas. Viešbučio 14 aukšte yra nemokamas baseinas, gultai, rankšluosčiai, yra baras, atsiveria puiki panorama. Pėsčiomis galima pasiekti keltą greitesniam patekimui į Valetą arba į Gozo salą.

Na czas jej trwania cena mogłaby być w jakiś sposób rabatowana bo bardzo negartywnie wpływała ona na relaks podczas pobytu i wręcz uniemożliwiała korzystanie z baru i basenu na dachu

• Dimitris (9/5): - Breakfast was satisfactory and the staff really nice, polite and quick. We enjoyed swimming and sunbathing by the pool after a tiring day. We also enjoyed our view from our balcony. It was great and from the level of the swimming pool magnificent. It takes a bus ride to go to Valetta, which is the centre and from where buses start for every destination but it is also a bus ride from Saint Julien which is great especially for young travelers. There was only one hook in the bathroom to hang your towels and no place to hang your swimming costumes and towel. When people spoke in the corridor outside our room, they were clearly heard. There was a lot of noise because of the demolition of a building next door at the time of our visit, which is not the hotel's fault, of course.

• Jovan (9/5): - The receptionists, Neda and Niko, are very kind, friendly, and helpful. On the day I arrived, Neda gave me all the information I needed to make my stay in Malta smooth and easy: where to go, what to see.boat trip options, hop on/off buses and much more. Niko was also very kind, always ready to help as quickly as possible. Both of them seemed very dedicated to what they do and the hotel should be happy to have them. The rest of the staff seemed nice, but I almost had no interaction with them. The hotel is in a very good location. My room was very clean. A bit of a noise from a nearby construction site, but with the balcony door closed and a/c on, everything was fine. Breakfast was decent, however the same food for five days in a row. A bit more of variety would be appreciated. Coffee from the coffee machine for breakfast. Not good quality.

Comportement de certains hommes à la piscine ( bruit, éclaboussures, remarques sur les femmes) Certain personnel pourrait être plus agréable. Odeur un peu désagréable dans la salle de bain (remontées d'évacuations?)

• Ilona (8/5): - Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, die Bushaltestelle ist ums Eck. Die Ausflugsboote und die Fähre nach Valletta ist in kurzer Laufweite. Die Dachterrasse ist schön mit toller Sicht über die Bucht und Valletta , der kleine Pool ist top. Preise sind fair. Das Frühstück ist gut, ich würde mir etwas mehr Käse und Wurstauswahl wünschen. Man merkt das viele Briten da sind Wir hatten ein normales Zimmer mit Blick in den Schacht (sehr kleiner Innenhof) das war ok, war wenigstens ruhig Das Zimmer ist völlig in Ordnung, Das Personal am Pool und im Frühstücksraum war sehr freundlich, auch die Zimmermädchen Das Personal an der Rezeption fand ich nicht so den Renner. Vor Allem die Blonde Dame hat uns keines Blickes gewürdigt, geschweige denn ein Hallo über die Lippen gebracht. Das geht für so ein Hotel eigentlich gar nicht, die Rezeption ist das Aushängeschild im Hotel. Die "Chefin" vom Frühstücksraum hatte wohl ein eigenes Problem mit einer ihrer Mitarbeiterinnen (die sehr nett war zu den Gästen) Wir waren mehrfach Zeuge von Diskussionen im Frühstücksraum. Auch das geht meines Erachtens gar nicht. Was auch immer das Problem ist wird hinter verschlossenen Türen geregelt und nicht vor den Gästen, ein no go die Matratze war mir persönlich etwas zu weich, ich hatte nach ein paar Tagen Rückenschmerzen

• Andrea (10/5): Great location, facilities and value for money - The location was very convenient - easy 15 min walk to Sliema ferry and there was a bus stop just outside the hotel. There were also lots of restaurant options close by for dinner. Breakfast buffet at the hotel was outstanding - cereal, fruit, yoghurt, eggs, bacon, crossaints, bread, coffee, juice etc. Plus the rooftop pool and bar was great with amazing views! On 2 days of our 7 day stay, housekeeping only left us one bath towel when there were 2 of us which was a bit frustrating!

• Paweł (5/5): Pokój na 9 piętrze a śpisz jak w piwnicy. - Widok z basenu i usytuowanie basenu na dachu hotelu wspaniałe! Dałem w miarę wysoką notę dla personelu ale uratowała tą ocenę Neda z recepcji, ponieważ jej kolega który nas przyjmował zachowywał się tak jakby klienci byli jedynie złem koniecznym. Całkowicie ignorował nasze potrzeby i prośby. Natomiast Neda to wspaniała osoba z cudownym podejściem do gości hotelowych. Należy bardzo szczególnie zwracać uwagę na opisy . Dziedziniec wewnętrzny na które wychodzą niektóre okna w pokoju to jest ciemny komin gdzie nawet w ciągu dnia nie dochodziło światło słoneczne. Pierwszy raz będąc na 9 piętrze czułem się jakbym spał w piwnicy. Powierzchnia tego komina była mniejsza niż moja łazienka i tak na 14 pięter wzwyż. Może ci którzy spali na 13 piętrze to jeszcze mieli jakiś dostęp światła słonecznego ja natomiast praktycznie zerowy.

There was some damage in the room we checked into and we reported it to not get blamed and im still waiting on my 100... its a 3 star hotel its abit weird they demand it and not give back on the day of check out. Never happened to me before thats brings down the whole experience of the hotel..

• primo (1/5): - Decent The service, our privacy was not valued. The bed covers didn’t seem fresh, it looked as if they weren’t changed. While me and my wife were asleep during the afternoon a supervisor walked into our room unannounced. When I asked her why she said it was because of maintenance and she wanted to check the wall and silicone. Regardless, this is a violation of privacy and is not safe at all. We were not informed that there would be maintenance checks. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
• runru (7/5): - Near from sea, in a very lively area The ceiling wasn't painted, it was little scary with the lights off. There was only a sheet on the mattress, you could feel how rough it was. The cleaning staff hadn't cleaned thoroughly; there was sticky sth left on the table by the previous guest that hadn't been cleaned up.

• Maria (9/5): Super! - Super Lage, tolle Ausstattung und als Highlight der Pool im 14. Stock mit Panoramablick auf Valetta Der Balkon war etwas schwierig. Der Innenhof ist so eng, dass die Balkone aller Zimmer fast aneinander gebaut sind.

En bord de mer, tout est accessible rapidement dont les transports. La salle du petit déjeuner un peu bruyante, mais est ce vraiment du ressort de l'établissement ? 😉

• Maria Grazia (7/5): Sono rimasta pochi giorni, ma sono stati intensi e piacevoli - La gentilezza dello staff, la camera e la posizione dell'hotel vicino al mare e alla scuola che ho frequentato Migliorerei la colazione, aggiungendo la frutta intera non solo tagliata a macedonia. Farei controlli più frequenti sul funzionamento degli ascensori. Aumenterei il personale addetto alle pulizie per una maggiore efficienza ed attenzione verso il cliente
• Imre (6/5): - The hotel is in a good area. The only positivity. The walls are too thin, the doors are closing very loudly. The balconies are very close and in front of each other in a closed, small area. No fresh air can come in the room. Every morning on the 9th floor! the whole room smelled frying oil, because of the breakfast prep. Plus there was some issue in the shower too, as it smelled like fish or and sewer smell. And there is only one small swimming pool in this hotel. The other bigger one is another hotel. For breakfast there is not much choice. We are not recommending this hotel.
• Kishan Viththalbhai (3/5): Unwelcoming and unwelcoming - Good location. Lots of food options near by. Very close to public transport. Aircon had pungent smell just after 5mins or starting it. Hotel staff tried to resolve it with maintenance but couldn't after 3 trials. Unfortunately they couldn't move us to different room since hotel was full. The reception staff was trying his best to reach the manager to resolve the situation - but he couldn't. I can see he was trying his best though. Spent the night very uncomfortably in warm weather with window open while there is loud street noise coming from. On second day, they moved us to another room with somewhat better situation. Overall, very unpleasant experience staying there. Hotel manager and the reception staff need to improvise the customer experience further - and surely, treat customer as customer and not someone they are doing charity on. Never coming back to this hotel again.
• Justina (8/5): Geras kainos ir kokybės santykis. - Gavome geresnį kambarį nei buvome užsakę - su terasa 13 aukšte. Iš terasos atsiveria ypatingai graži panorama į Valetą, prieplauką, miestą. Vaizdas puikus tiek dieną, tiek sutemus. Terasoje yra gulta, tad, kam patinka, galima ir pasideginti. Ant stogo nedidelė, bet jauki terasa su gultais, baseinu bariuku. Geri pusryčiai, labai malonus ir paslaugus personalas, kasdien tvarkomi kambariai, gera lokacija susisiekimui. Visą laiką jautėsi specifinis ir ne itin malonus kvapas kambaryje. Žmonėms, kurie jautrūs kvapams, galėtų būti nemalonu.

• Robert (8/5): - Czysto i nowocześnie (12 piętro pokój z widokiem na zatokę) Fajny basen na dachu byliśmy w maju 40 leżaków a zajętych max 20, i jeszcze bardzo miłe było to że po oddaniu pokoju obsługa pozwoliła korzystać z basenu (wylot był o 19) Śniadania duży wybór (chociaż niektórzy napiszą że monotonne) Brzydkie zapachy/zaduch z łazienki No i niestety budowa obok hotelu młoty pneumatyczne od rana (to nie wina hotelu ale warto wiedzieć, tam budują coś co 500 metrów)

• Atefeh (6/5): Good views, but the poor maintenance, noise, and lack of service did not justify the high price. - I liked the location and the rooftop pool, although the pool was somewhat small. It offered a very nice view of Valletta. The bed mattress was comfortable and of good quality, and the breakfast was varied and fresh. The staff was not particularly friendly, and the housekeeping staff were very loud early in the morning. Unfortunately, the walls and doors were not soundproof, which made it difficult to sleep properly, as we were repeatedly disturbed by noise. The room also had several maintenance and cleanliness issues. The bed sheets had stains, the coffee service was not sufficiently clean, and the electric kettle was leaking. The bathroom door had visible damage that appeared unrepaired, and the TV constantly displayed an error message. In addition, there was no iron in the room. I requested one around 18:00–19:00, but it was only delivered at 23:30, when we had already decided to go to sleep. Considering the high price of the hotel, I do not think the overall quality and service justified the cost.

• Viviane (10/5): Mon fils et moi avons apprécié ce séjour on reviendra très vite - Excellent petit déjeuner, la propreté de l'établissement des chambres, pas de bruits, belle vue sur la mer, matelas de bonne qualité, le personnel toujours souriant et tres aimable , enfin l'ensemble. A retenir comme lieu pour la découverte de Malte proche de tout et très bien desservi. Rien à signaler.

Avec mini bar petite musique d’ambiance la piscine parfaite après une journée de visite et une superbe vue sur La Valette au loin Petit déjeuner bien avec choix limité mais suffisant Je recommande et regrette de n’être pas rester plus longtemps . Le rapport qualité prix imbattable pour la satisfaction qu’on a eu ! Ne cherchez pas plus loin celui ci est l’idéal ! Dommage qu’on ne puisse pas avoir de fontaine à eau pour remplir nos gourdes ça aurait été un plus
• Lynda (9/5): Kedves személyzet, tiszta, minden könnyen megközelíthető. - Nagyon kedves segítőkész személyzet, tiszta volt minden, és szuper volt a skybar a medencével. A szoba teljesen megfelelt, bár egy picit zsúfolt volt. Volt alternatív tej a reggelinél :-) A reggeli jó volt, de minden nap ugyan azt kaptuk, maximum egy édes péksütin változtattak. Nem számítottam rá, hogy ilyen hangos a környék.

• Mateusz (8/5): Dobra lokalizacja ale same pokoje bez szału - Bardzo fajna lokalizacja. Hotel jest jeszcze nowy i na ten moment pokój i toaleta są suche, bez grzyba ale nie wiem czy to się długo utrzyma. Połowa pokoi na piętrze jest ślepa - okna sa do wewnętrznych malutkich dziedzinćow - 5 pokoi ma malutki dziedziniec że każdy widzi siebie i może wręcz przybić piątkę przez balkon. W pokojach nawet przy otwartym oknie ( w marcu) jest ekstremalnie duszno. Pokoje są słabo wyciszone - słychać z innych pokoi ale też i z korytarza głównego jak ktoś przechodzi. Łazienka niby ma rekuperacje/wentylacje ... ale ona nie działa... więc zapach nie odlatuje. A i wilgoć która nie odlatuje kiedyś da o sobie znać bez tej wentylacji w postaci grzyba :/ Drzwi były wysmarowane czymś brązowym, wolałem nie wnikać czym. Brodzik prysznica bardzo brzydko osadzony i osilikonowany - niby nieistotne .... ale psuje obraz

It was close to the bus station, which made it easy to travel to and from the airport and to reach any location around the island. I can’t think of anything in particular, everything was fine during my stay.

Would be great to have a water station to fill up bottles for the guests. We had to keep buying plastic water bottles and we would like to be more sustainable. Would be great way to cut down on plastic waste.

• Angie (4/5): Stinky Stay - Staff was friendly and the breakfast area was very clean. It was a short taxi ride from St. Julian’s, Valletta, and the airport. There were plenty of dining options nearby, ranging from fast food to sit-down restaurants. There was an awful smell coming from the shower drain. I’ve used campground bathrooms that smelled better than this. There was a lot of nearby construction, which may have contributed to the plumbing issues. The bathroom also had zero ventilation — no windows or exhaust fan — so there was no escaping the odor. It even seeped into the sleeping area, and I swear my clothes still smelled like it when I got home. Because there was no ventilation, when the cleaning crew mopped the floors during the day, the bathroom floor stayed wet for hours if you were out of the room for the day. Anything metal in the room was already starting to rust. The tile or stone used in the shower was also extremely slick and slippery. Breakfast was disappointing overall. Most of the food looked and tasted prepackaged, including the pastries. The eggs were good, though. Also, the fish in the lobby aquarium appeared far too large for the tank and really needs a larger space.
