• Omar (1/5): Not recommended at all - ⚠️LYING PHOTOS. 1. ⚠️LYING PHOTOS !!! I WILL PUT REAL PHOTOS FOR YOUR REFERENCE. 2. Open sockets just over the path tub. Not save and potential of fatal incident !!! Photos provided in my review. 3. Slummy bed mattress and obsolete furniture. 4. Towels are very old and excessively used. 5. Very noisy place, hard to sleep till 1 AM. 6. Windows are not isolated, my kids were feeling very cold every night. We had 7 horrible nights in this Appartement. 7. Very dirty place. Photo provided. 8. Bilder shower is broken. Photos provided 9. Toilet handle is broken. Photos provided. 10. The blankets and pillows are obsolete. 11. I requested the owner to change the flat and he simply told me I don’t have any free flat right now!!!!! 12. I paid more than 80 USD per night, while it is not deserving more than 20 USD per night in reality. 13. Imagine for such apartment with such furniture conditions and they collect 300 USD deposit when you arrive.

• Abdul (1/5): - Seems like a fake listing.. Accepted booking. Then never sent any checkin details or responded after arrival.. Had to make a complaint to booking.com and was forced to book a replacement. Afterwards, not even an apology. BEWARE. Fake host

• ANA PAULA (10/5): - A localização é perfeita, em uma área verde, charmosa e tranquila de Zamalek, com vários cafés, restaurantes e hotéis elegantes a poucos passos. Fica perto do centro (Downtown Cairo), mas ao mesmo tempo em uma região muito mais calma e segura. O bairro tem um clima europeu, com ruas arborizadas e boa estrutura. O apartamento é confortável, arejado e bem cuidado. Ideal para quem quer relaxar, trabalhar com tranquilidade ou simplesmente aproveitar o melhor de Cairo com estilo. Recomendo demais
• Safaa (8/5): Very pleasant and convenient - We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment, the location was perfect, walking distance to literally everything. Restaurants, cafes, hair salons, barbers, supermarkets etc. It was super safe inside the building and we really liked the privacy of it. The owner is such an amazing person, young and friendly man who welcomed us and made sure we had everything we needed, he also came in person to check us in and answer questions we had. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, we loved the laundry and ironing station, it came in handy especially when traveling. Overall, we would definitely recommend this place. Unfortunately, we did not sleep very well since the bed was not comfortable, we would suggest that maybe the owner can invest in a better mattress for the future since besides this everything was great.

• Sophia (9/5): We had a great stay at Abdel Megid’s apartment. It was clean, brilliant location. Would book again. - It was spacious and spotless with great decor. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff made us feel very welcome. The location was perfect, we enjoyed exploring the area we found plenty of great dining options nearby. My room overlooked a garden. It had everything we could wish for. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. Abdel Megid went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and his prompt communication made the entire experience seamless. I highly recommend Abdel Megid’s place to anyone looking for a memorable Airbnb experience. There was nothing not to like.

Feels like there’s no padding inside the mattress I can feel the spring coils as I lay on them. Bed makes a lot of noise when moving around in it. Could use a mattress upgrade. But it was not terrible
