• Bernice (6/5): - When I booked the family room, the pictures shown were of the main hotel rooms, which were quite different from the accommodation we actually received. We were also placed outside the main hotel building in a separate block. I would have appreciated clearer communication regarding this, especially since the photos gave a different impression of the room location and standard. That said, the hotel reception area was very nice and the breakfast was good. Pictures provided did not match the actual family room

Prossima al centro ma facilmente raggiungibile con l'automobile. disponibile un parcheggio nelle immediate prossimità dell'hotel. stanza troppo rumorose. Le pareti delle stanze sono poco isolate e si sente chiaramente il rumore (anche i rumori meno piacevoli da sentire) di chi risiede nelle stanze adiacenti e del piano superiore.

• Jennyroo (9/5): - 15 Minuten Fußweg in die Stadt zur Einkaufsstraße. Das Personal war sehr nett und das Hotel super sauber. Frühstück war sehr lecker und genug Auswahl. Sehr dünne Wände. Wir hatten eine Familie mit Kleinkind nebenan und das Kind hat sehr viel geweint und geschrien. Dadurch die Wände so dünn sind hat man das extrem gehört. Sonst haben wir nichts auszusetzen.

• Catalina St. (6/5): Couple, 4 nights stay - Nice breakfast menu and good coffee, the rooms are cleaned every day. The area where the hotel os located is not that safe. It's a 20 minutes walk to the city center. It was very cold in the room and smelled really bad, like mold.

• Erik (5/5): 4-star? - Breakfast was nice and service quick and friendly, but expected some more of a 4-star hotel. A peaceful corner of the centre close to the lively Pratello streets with bars, cafes and good restaurants. Bed was good and balcony was a nice thing as the room is otherwise cramped. It is listed as a 4-star hotel but many things did meet what we expect at a 4-star hotel. Parts of interior/decoration seemed worn and outdated, some new stuff felt cheap. Most notable was the lack of sound isolation, not much privacy for a couple, could hear everthing from the corridor and lot from room next door. With a room at the back it was OK to sleep with window open.

Die Garage zum Abstellen des Autos ist direkt neben dem Eingang zum Hotel. Das Frühstücksangebot ist sehr umfangreich und der Service aufmerksam. Dem Zimmer und das Bad zeigen deutliche Gebrauchsspuren und sind insgesamt nicht auf dem Neuesten Stand.

• Luciano (3/5): Definitely not a 4-Star Hotel - The staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, and the breakfast was decent enough. Unfortunately, almost everything else was disappointing. The hotel is located in a rather shabby area of Bologna, around a 20-minute walk from the historic centre, which made returning at night less enjoyable than expected. The room itself was very small, the shower ridiculously tiny, and the bed extremely uncomfortable. The biggest issue, however, was the air conditioning. The system appeared very old and noisy, yet despite the constant racket it only blew out warm air. The result was two sleepless nights in an overheated room on an uncomfortable bed. Overall, this hotel is nowhere near what I would expect from a 4-star property, and certainly not good value for money. I would avoid it if possible.

Alles Nützliche war direkt in der Nähe: Supermarkt, Bars mit Studenten und Leuten aus dem Viertel und zwei guten Restaurants. Das Frühstück im Hotel war sehr gut.

Le petit déjeuner était riche et dans une ambiance très conviviale. Aucune remarque du tout. Tout était parfait et on regrette uniquement ne pas avoir planifié un séjour plus long (on était en transit depuis la Toscane, pour aller prendre notre avion le lendemain.

• Pascal (3/5): Chambres avec bruit ! - Nous étions logés dans l'annexe (située dans un immeuble d'habitation banal à 50 mètres de l'hôtel), chambre 400 au 1er étage, au-dessus d'une zone de parking et de plusieurs containers de déchets y compris du verre, lesquels sont vidés par les éboueurs entre minuit et 3 heures du matin. Or les fenêtres n'assurent aucune isolation acoustique minimale, y compris contre le bruit du trafic automobile et les conversations des clients des restaurants à proximité tard le soir. Il faut des boules Quiès pour pouvoir dormir. C'est indigne d'un hôtel 4 étoiles (même pour des normes italiennes inférieures à celles en vigueur en France).
