• William (9/5): Even though we were only there for two days, it was nice to come to a property that was clean, quiet, comfortable, and w - The location to Pigeon Forge and other locations was great! The property was quiet which was nice to have. The directions were a little challenging, but we didn’t arrive until after dark. If we had made it while it was light the challenge we had would not have been.

• Amanda (7/5): We had an amazing weekend - But it was clean, PHENOMENAL location, and it was a good deal. Great location but it was not what we expected when you see the word “chalet”. 4 people would be max for this unit. It’s a tiny trailer.

• Nikki (10/5): Exceptional - The property was easy to find and accessible. The management was very responsive and helpful. My two children and I were in town on the one year anniversary of my husband's passing to scatter his ashes in the smoky mountains as per his wishes. Our stay there helped make our time there less stressful and easier to get through. Our chalet was quite cozy. It was definitely the perfect size for me and my two children.The pool was the best part it was quite relaxing. Thank you again for a great stay!

• Jessica (9/5): It was overall wonderful. I am looking forward to my next stay here! - The location was wonderful; very close to everything!! Laundry room was clean, game room was clean and lots of different choices. The room was clean. Very affordable. My only request would be for additional trash bags.
• Ashlie (8/5): Very good - It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Even though it was clean, the place had very strange smell. They had air fresheners to try and mask the smell but only made it worse. We were also in town for a girls volleyball tournament. This place only had one mirror. I also think for the size they are charging wayyyy to much. If it had 2 bathrooms I would understand but we won't be staying again.
• Susan (8/5): Very good - It was clean and everything you could need, su h as shampoo , lotion, clean towels. It did have 2 king size beds though space was a little cramped. We expected something different when it was called a "cabin". We also thought we might have scenery.
• Brandy (6/5): The location was good but the rental lacked seating and common household accessories - The location was good. On the south side of pigeon forge and not far from Gatlinburg. It was nice to have the outdoor patio and the space was adequate for 3 people and our dogs. It would have been nice to have an arm chair in the living room. 3 people had to cram on the small sofa. If there would have been 4 there wouldn’t have been enough room. The rental has the bare minimum. It would be nice to have more hooks for towels and coats. Also mirrors in the rooms or just one in the main living area. The outside space was nice but again only seating for 2 people. A small table and chairs would be nice to eat outside and have more seating.
• Shelly (8/5): For the most part very pleasant bed was comfortable, unit was very clean does need a bigger t.v - Very clean and convenient to main drag . You had to watch the vents there not screwed into the floor and you have to be very careful. Not to step on them .
• Kristina (10/5): Phenomenal place to stay! - I love the privacy and the ability to feel like a home away from home. We have a toddler and this gave him plenty or room and security while there. No washer/dryer in the units but that is ok, they do have laundry on the premises.

• Middlebrooks (10/5): Quaint little park located convenient to strip - Conveniently located close to strip behind Texas Roadhouse. Would not say walking distance but is on trolley stop I think. Top of hill has little lighting which is good and bad. Picnic tables are black which can be very hard to see in the dark. Need reflectors or lighter color.
