• Daniel (10/5): Perfect base for visiting Marrakech - The Riad is comfortable, clean and quiet. And the bed was firm, which I love. Ahmed was very helpful throughout my trip and the vegan breakfast provided was excellent. It was quite difficult to find when I first arrived.

• Friso (10/5): Excellent Riad, do not hesitate to stay here 😄 - What an amazing riad to stay at. We traveled through Morocco for about 2 weeks, and this was by far our favorite accommodation. The rooms are authentic and very beautifully styled. The host is a lovely and thoughtful young man that is ready to help with whatever you need. He gave nice recommendation for exploring the city and arranged a comfortable taxi to take us to the airport. He also gave us complimentary traditional Moroccan tea, which was very nice as well. The breakfast was excellent too, very tasty! 😄 Do not hesitate to stay at this place, it's worth every penny. We'll return to this Riad for sure if/when we return to Marrakech.

La habitación estaba muy limpia, nos la limpiaban y cambiaban las toallas todos los días. El desayuno variado y buenísimo. La ubicación inmejorable. El único pero que le ponemos es que entra mucha luz en la habitación por las mañanas.

• Karolina (10/5): Traumunterkunft - Einfach alles!! Top Zimmer mit einer ruhigen Klimaanlage. Es war alles da was man brauchte. Das Frühstück war frisch, sehr lecker und hat uns lange satt gemacht. Zwischendurch wurde uns immer wieder Tee und Gebäck angeboten. Außerdem wurde uns ein Lunch auf dem Dach organisiert, was eines der besten Essen im ganzen Urlaub war. Mein Mann hatte zwischendurch Geburtstag und der Manager organisierte dafür extra einen Kuchen (auch sehr lecker) zum Frühstück. Der Manager und das gesamte Personal waren unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gerne jederzeit wieder.

• Solène (10/5): Superbe - Un immense merci à Abderrahmane pour cet accueil exceptionnel ! Dès notre arrivée, il est venu nous chercher pour nous accompagner jusqu’au riad, tout en nous partageant des conseils, anecdotes et explications très intéressantes sur la ville et ses coutumes. Nous avons été accueillis avec un délicieux thé de bienvenue, accompagné d’explications sur la tradition du thé marocain, un moment très chaleureux. Tout au long du séjour, Abderrahmane a été aux petits soins : toujours disponible, réactif et attentif à chacune de nos demandes ou questions. Les petits-déjeuners étaient incroyablement copieux, personnalisés et servis sur la terrasse du riad, un vrai bonheur chaque matin. Les chambres étaient magnifiques, très propres et entretenues chaque jour avec soin. Avant notre départ, comme nous étions en avance, nous avons même partagé une partie d’échecs pendant laquelle il nous a appris à jouer — un super souvenir qui résume parfaitement sa gentillesse et sa générosité. Un hôte vraiment exceptionnel qui rend le séjour encore plus mémorable. Nous recommandons ce riad les yeux fermés ! /

• Francesca (10/5): - Io e il mio fidanzato abbiamo soggiornato presso il Riad Arwa Medina per 5 giorni e siamo stati benissimo! Il Riad è pulitissimo, la nostra camera era curata nei minimi dettagli e abbiamo beneficiato ogni giorno del cambio asciugamani in bagno. Abdoul e il suo staff ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa dal primo momento, mettendoci a disposizione tutti i loro servizi e dedicandoci attenzioni veramente gradite. Ci hanno dato anche tante informazioni e non c'è stata una sola nostra richiesta a cui loro non abbiano dato riscontro. La colazione è straordinaria ed abbondante, tanto che noi abbiamo sempre mangiato soltanto quello che ci veniva portato subito, ma loro ci hanno sempre dato la possibilità di aggiungere altro, come le uova. Anche il tè alla menta, che ci hanno offerto tantissime volte, è davvero buono! Una sera abbiamo anche chiesto se fosse possibile cenare nel Riad e Abdoul ci ha preparato una cena buonissima, con ottimo cibo tipico, venendo incontro anche alle mie esigenze alimentari (non mangio l'agnello e dunque ci ha preparato due ottime tajine, una vegetariana e una al pollo al limone, tutto accompagnato da un'insalata di verdure fresche). Il Riad è molto vicino alla piazza Jemaa El Fna (5 minuti a piedi) e quindi ai souk, ma rimane in una zona tranquilla dove non si sente il trambusto del centro. Dentro alla struttura, all'ultimo piano, c'è una carinissima terrazza comune con due tavoli e divanetti, dov'è possibile passare del tempo in tranquillità e, per i fumatori, fumare. In definitiva, è stato un soggiorno veramente piacevole ma la cosa che l'ha arricchito è l'atmosfera che si respira al Riad, grazie all'amore e alla cura che ci mette Abdoul. Quando ce ne siamo andati l'ultimo giorno eravamo molto dispiaciuti e senza dubbio, se torneremo a Marrakech, torneremo qui. Consiglio vivamente a tutti di fare la stessa cosa! Grazie ancora di tutto :) Mi è piaciuto tutto, non ho alcuna osservazione negativa da fare

From the very first moment, we felt welcome: we were neatly picked up from the taxi, our luggage was carried for us, and upon arrival we received a warm welcome with a beautiful entrance, complete with a fountain and rose petals. It immediately created a special and hospitable atmosphere. Taoufik is an exceptionally kind, polite, and well-mannered man who clearly takes pride in his work. He truly elevated our stay. The breakfast was also carefully prepared and everything was smooth and enjoyable. We would especially like to express our appreciation for Taoufik and his colleagues – their dedication, friendliness, and professionalism truly make the difference. The service was, in one word: outstanding. Thank you again for the excellent care!

Lo mejor de todo fue el personal, los chicos son super amables, vinieron a recogernos donde nos dejó el taxi y nos ofrecieron un té aunque llegaramos muy tarde. Están allí todo el día y siempre te atienden con una sonrisa. Pudimos dejar las mochilas al check out sin problema y al recogerlas nos volvieron a ofrecer un té y charlamos con ellos, encantadores. El desayuno está muy bien, todo tipo de tortitas, zumo, café y cada día varian un poco los ingredientes. La habitación está limpia y aseada, limpieza impecable todos los días. Hay un montón de toallas para el baño. La cama es cómoda. Lugar tranquilo y acogedor, sin duda volvería. La ducha tiene una mampara un poco pequeña que hace que se moje el suelo, pero limpian todos los días y te cambian las toallas, por lo que no supuso un problema. La habitación tiene luces un poco débiles para ver por la noche. Por el día hay claridad. La habitación tiene ventanas hacia el riad en vez de puerta, pero cerrando la cortina no nos ven desde fuera. Volvería igualmente por la buena atención y la comodidad del riad.

Such a big shower is not common for Riads. - Decent breakfast on the rooftop. Rooftop is very comfortable with sofas. - Very close to Jama El Fna, but still very quite. The way is through a very nice street, with lots of food options. There is also a pottery school on the way. - The rooftop is small and without any views of Marrakesh. You do see the sky. - The room size was smaller than what I expected (or could estimate from the photos). But this could be my mistake.

Nos ajudaram com o horário do café da manhã que precisamos antecipar. O Riad é ainda melhor do que nas fotos. Linda decoração da parte externa, um aroma muito suave e agradável na parte externa, o café da manhã simples mas muito saboroso. O quarto extremamente confortável. Apesar do banheiro não ter box, não fez falta, a posição do chuveiro ajuda. Chuveiro quente. Quanto a localização, uns 6 min de caminhada até a praça Jemaa, muito seguro e de "fácil" acesso.....no começo parece difícil como tudo na Medina, mas depois nos acostumamos a andar pelas vielas. Conforto, decoração, cordialidade e localização são os pontos fortes!!!

Wij hebben 3 nachten verbleven in Riad Dar Arwa en alles was werkelijk perfect. Voor ons is dit zonder twijfel een 10 op alle fronten! Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk, gastvrij en staat altijd voor je klaar. Je voelt je hier direct welkom en goed verzorgd. De locatie is ideaal: midden in de medina van Marrakech, waardoor je alles op loopafstand hebt, maar tegelijkertijd is het er heerlijk rustig. Een perfecte combinatie! Het ontbijt was elke ochtend vers, uitgebreid en erg lekker, een fijne start van de dag. Ook het regelen van vervoer, zoals een taxi van en naar de luchthaven, wordt moeiteloos voor je verzorgd. Kortom: een fantastisch verblijf op een prachtige plek. NIETS!

La habitación es amplia y todo muy bien puesto, cantidad de enchufes en cada mesita de noche y por la habitación. La ubicación es muy buena cerca de Jema el fna y a un paso de todo en el corazón de la medina La ducha abierta hace que mojes todo alrededor incluyendo zona de entrada y lavabo. Tienes que pedir secador en recepción, no hay en habitación. El desayuno es algo tardío a partir de las 9, a tener en cuenta si tienes que coger vuelo a la mañana.

• Alina (10/5): - Our stay was absolutely perfect. The team was incredibly caring and attentive, making us feel very welcome throughout our visit. The room was spacious and well-equipped, including air conditioning, which made our stay even more comfortable. We have stayed in several riads before, and this one was by far the best. The only minor downside is that the nearest taxi parking is about an 8-minute walk away, which can be a bit inconvenient when carrying luggage. However, this is not the hotel’s fault. Overall, we highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

• Crina (10/5): - Riad Dar Arwa is a peaceful marvelous oasis! The riad is located very close to the main square in Marrakesh and also just 10 minutes away from the main palaces in the city. Abdul and Mustafa are extremely polite and always ready to help you in any way. Thank you, guys! You truly made us feel at home!! We were always offered mint tea and cookies and the breakfast was deliciously home made!!

No tenían secador en la habitación, tenías que pedirlo en recepción, podías devolverlo al dia siguiente sin problemas El desayuno es lo que ellos tengan, no hay opción a elegir, normalmente era café o té y tortitas o pan con mantequilla y mermelada o queso Nos hacían dejarles todos los dias la llave para limpiar el hotel, te hace desconfiar un poco, pero estuvo todo genial. Esta un poco alejado de la plaza, y la calle que lleva al hotel es muy poco transitada puede darte algo de desconfianza, no tuvimos ningún problema.

My friend and I had a Great time here from start to end; the breakfast was delicious, the hospitality of the staff were incredible. Big shout out to Abdul and Mustapha who are friendly, approachable and very helpful - they ensured we were given all amenities as needed, and had a comfortable stay. They even made us breakfast to take to the airport of the morning we left ! Very safe as we travelled as girls, and cozy. Abdul and Mustapha took care of us like we were family, they even offered to walk us after our activity on the first night as it was really late by the time we got home ! We have nothing to complain about and will be coming again

• Juliane (10/5): ausgezeichnetes ruhiges Riad im Herzen der Medina - Ein wunderschönes Riad im Herzen der Medina, ruhig und etwas versteckt, eine pure Oase inmitten der hektischen Altstadt. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Nicht nur die Lage, auch die Ausstattung, die Sauberkeit und vor allem die Herzlichkeit des Personals haben vollkommen überzeugt. Man war unermüdlich aufmerksam. Dazu gab es täglich ein wunderbares Frühstück mit frischem Obst, frisch gepresstem Saft und gutem Kaffee sowie lokalen Köstlichkeiten. Ausgezeichnetes Riad!

Todo estuvo muy bien, pero las puertas tienen cristales y se cubren solo con una cortina, por lo que en la mañana entra un poco de claridad. Nada grave, estuvo muy bien
• Stephanie (9/5): Perfectly located and friendly staff. - The Manager was really kind and helpful. He helped us with every inquiry that we had and more. The location is top! You can reach everything perfectly from there. Just a small detail: it is located in an alleyway from an alleyway. But we (2 women) felt safe at all times. Nothing. We were happy with everything.

• Anna (10/5): Hotel perfetto - Ho soggiornato in questo riad e mi sono trovata davvero benissimo. La posizione è super centrale, perfetta per muoversi facilmente e visitare la città senza difficoltà. Le stanze erano sempre pulite, ordinate e molto profumate, cosa che ho apprezzato tantissimo. Anche la colazione era ottima. Ma ciò che ha reso il soggiorno davvero speciale è stata la straordinaria gentilezza di Abdul. È stato sempre super disponibile e attento, dandoci ottimi consigli su dove andare a mangiare e su cosa vedere in città. Addirittura, il giorno della nostra partenza all’alba, ci ha preparato una colazione a sacco per non farci partire senza mangiare. Un gesto davvero premuroso che dimostra quanto tenga ai suoi ospiti. Consiglio assolutamente questo riad! Non vedo l’ora di ritornarci.

• Danai (8/5): Nice, clean accommodation in the heart of Marrakesh. Some small additions in the rooms would make the experience even be - Very central location, just 5min from Jemaa el-Fnaa, traditional, clean Riad. The common spaces were very nicely decorated and the staff was nice. A mini fridge would be a good addition especially since Morocco is a pretty warm country. There wasn’t a hairdryer in the room but they immediately gave us one upon request. The breakfast is served from 9am which is a bit late for people joining day trip but they offered us some breakfast for the way.

• Haruka (9/5): Brilliant! - The places and furnitures are very beautiful. The staffs are so kind. I asked the taxi to the bus station. They prepared perfectly and everything was on time. I wish I could stay more days. And location is also great. Sometimes I woke up night from some sound from other rooms. But I think every Riad must happen same thing. It is building structure. We can not avoid.
• Ana Maria (10/5): Como en un paraíso - Todo. Ha sido una fantástica experiencia. El Riad de ensueño, que transmitía calma y paz. Desayunos increíbles, la habitación espaciosa y cómoda, ideal para tu estancia en Marrakech. La limpieza de todas las instalaciones perfectas. Lo mejor de todo la atención, la amabilidad, el cariño por parte de Abdul y Mustafa, y de su equipo. Todo el tiempo atentos y pendientes a todo lo que necesitáramos para que no nos faltara de nada. Sin duda una experiencia muy muy recomendable. Millones de gracias, nos volveremos a ver pronto!

• Yves (8/5): Très bien pour quelques jours à Marrakech. - L’emplacement tellement proche de la place Jemma el Fna . Facile à trouver, et aucun problème la nuit. Au contraire, une boutique ouverte dans la ruelle du riad. Accueil extrêmement gentil. Une salle de petit déjeuner ( et des petits déjeuners !) superbe. Chambres petites.

Personnel aimable et souriant toujours disponible pour servir un petit thé à la menthe ! Chambre confortable. Bon petit-déjeuner. Agréable terrasse. Globalement bonne adresse. Je recommande. La lumière est un peu insuffisante dans la salle de bain et le débit de la douche difficile à régler entre le chaud et le froid. Lumière également insuffisante dans la chambre quand on veut lire. Chambre et salle de bain très propres mais attention aux tapis qui mériteraient un shampoing !!!
