• Luke (7/5): - Great location, just steps away from the historic town and near a number of restaurants. The apartment is very spacious and has a great outdoor dining area, a great place to stay with family / friends. A couple of the bedrooms are directly over a restaurant, this was noisy until midnight with customers directly below (the restaurant looks great and this is likely an issue only in summer months). The apartment was advertised with toiletries available, however there were none provided in any of the bathrooms, only hand & dish soap in the kitchen.

• Sabrina (7/5): Lack of transparency and help from the mangers. Clean and well located - It was close to everything. Quiet and easily accessible. Very large apartment. Comfortable in size for 7. Unfortunately, the information is misleading. After repeated asking the manager before booking of ALL the bedrooms had a AC, and being told repeatedly that they did, they did not. Only 3 rooms have a AC, the fourth one with a bigger bed does not. When I called him to tell him, he said it was a misunderstanding and brought a small desk fan to compensate. If you’ve ever been in Italy in July, you know the desk fan won’t help.

• Joe (6/5): Pleasant - Beds were very uncomfortable and the place lacked cleanliness. Linen did not seem fresh. Towels were fine
• Middleton (10/5): A little piece of Heaven in Lucca - The owners were really helpful and it was a delight to stay in such a wonderful apartment. For us, it was the perfect place, close to so many of the great shops and sights, and then a quiet haven to return to in the evening. The station is also only a short walk. We didn't need a car, in fact that might have been a nuisance, a day trips out to Montecatini Alto and Montecarlo were easy to arrange by train. We liked everything!
• Elouise (7/5): Good - Apartment is very spacious and location is central. Terrace is nice when the weather is good and apartment is well equipped. The noise in the front bedrooms made it hard for some of our group to sleep. There is a good restaurant just next to the apartment but it was quite noisy at times. Would recommend ear plugs.
