• Pragarn (7/5): - Location was great. Attentive staff they are very nice and kind. Good value Hot water is not consistent. And due to the private street had to deal with luggages up and down hill.

Buena ubicación cerca de la catedral Edificio antiguo rehabilitado con escalera metálica que daba miedo bajar - estábamos en un quinto piso. Ascensor pequeño pero imprescindible dada la estructura de la escalera. Por lo demás es un sitio recomendable
• Camille (5/5): Appartement à fuir en période hivernale, sûrement mieux si il fait beau dehors car bien localisé. - La localisation et la taille de l’appartement sont un vrai plus. L’appartement n’est pas du tout adapté pour des températures basses, il y fait très humide, il n’y a pas de chauffage autre que des chauffages portatifs électriques. Les chauffages font sauter l’électricité lorsqu’on en allume un par chambre. Il y a de réels problèmes d’humidité dans cette location avec notamment de grosses tâches sur le mur d’une des chambres. Lors de notre arrivée sur les lieux, le ménage était à peine fini. Nous avons dû faire revenir les femmes de ménage car certains choses n’étaient pas propres. Les salles de bains ne sont pas dans le même état que sur les photos, avec des traces d’humidité importantes sur les joints. L’appartement n’est vraiment pas adapté à un temps autre qu’estival. Cependant, l’agence de location a été très réactive et a fourni des plaids pour ne pas avoir trop froid.

Most unpleasant of all, compensation was promised because of these issues, but I never received it.
• Łukasz (7/5): - Największym atutem jest lokalizacja, nieopodal Katedry i największych atrakcji Lizbony. Apartament przestronny, bezproblemowe zameldowanie. Wygodne łóżka. Apartament wymaga odświeżenia. W łazienkach krany się ruszają, dziury posilikonowane, drzwi się nie domykają. Apartament składa się z 4 sypialni, z czego 2 nie mają okna.
• Hanna (7/5): - Das Apartment liegt sehr gut im Herzen von Alfama, mit vielen Läden und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es ist großzügig geschnitten und hat eine sehr gute Größe für zwei Familien. Die Ausstattung entspricht der Beschreibung und alles war sehr sauber. Besonders positiv ist, dass das Apartment bequem mit dem Aufzug erreichbar ist. Leider ist die Wohnung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, vor allem die Bäder, und die Fotos sind nicht ganz aktuell. Zudem ist das Apartment sehr hellhörig. Insgesamt haben wir die Lage und das Appartement jedoch sehr genossen. Leider ist das Apartment sehr hellhörig und die Bäder sind in keinem mehr ganz zeitgemäßen Zustand. Zudem ist das Apartment nicht mit dem Auto erreichbar. Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre, Anliegerkarten im Apartment zu hinterlegen, damit man zumindest zum Ausladen kurz in den beschränkten Bereich fahren kann. Das Ausladen selbst war für uns aufgrund der engen Straßen von Alfama sehr mühsam und stressig.

• Agnieszka (8/5): - The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. We felt very comfortable there. It had everything we needed for a few days. The location was amazing, very close to most attractions. I highly recommend it.
• Cousinjohn (8/5): Excellent place to stay in Lisbon - Located in a building which is itself part of historic Lisbon, it was a pleasure to stay in Morgada Da Se. The rooms were spacious and storage space was plentiful. I was very glad that the lift was working! The shared living area was good but a little more thought into the furniture layout would have made it more comfortable. For example, when two people were sitting at the table, it was awkward to walk around them.
