veronica (8/5): - Giuseppe ci ha accolti con grande gentilezza, ci ha assecondati nell'orario di check-in e ci ha fatto trovare un ricco aperitivo in casa. La casa è spaziosa e pulita, dotata di numerosi servizi: lavatrice, macchina del caffè, ferro da stiro, asse da stiro, ombrellone, frigo e congelatore, aspirapolvere. Comodissima la posizione, vicina sia al centro che al Lido. Ci è stata messa a disposizione anche una comodissima culla per il nostro bimbo. Dotata di aria condizionata in tutte le stanze. La casa, se pur finestrata, non ha vere e proprie aperture in quanto tutte le finestre (bagno, camera e salotto) affacciano sul cucinotto, che a sua vola affaccia sul vano scala. è quindi difficile fare arieggiare la casa. Non è semplicissimo parcheggiare nelle vie attorno al palazzo. Il cucinotto è dotato di bombola per il gas. Si trova al quarto piano "rialzato", nel senso che una volta scesi dall'ascensore ci sono ancora 4/5 gradini quindi con il passeggino non comodissimo

Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - We are very satisfied with this apartment. Early check in was available, we arrived around noon and everything was ready. We got welcome aperitif and snacks. The apartment well equipped and located in the center despite of it very quit. Just few minutes walk to old town and port. Closly park side has bus station where airport bus departure. Good supermarkets also so close. The host is kind and helpfulp.
