- Muhammad (2/5): Very poor - Good location The property is doing a "bait and switch". They are advertising a larger room with air conditioning but, once you have reserved and arrive at the hotel, that room is only available if you pay 40 percent more

- Gerardo (9/5): Superb - Ms Diana was a great person and the housekeeping staff was right on. Very inexpensive and central location. WiFi was spotty and the beds were insanely hard

I came from United States Florida I stayed before in other hotels but the Ruby was Amazing, It was quite and no Tobacco smoke around.😉 Well..... my room was on the third floor i have to walk up there but that's a good exercise for the blood system 🤭
- Julia (1/5): Terrible staff, bad form - Nothing. I booked for the night through Booking and let them know I'd be arriving around 1am (when my bus arrived to the city). When I arrived, they had cancelled my reservation, and told me because I arrived after midnight. They told me they were full. They had my phone number and Whatsapp and did not warn me of this until l arrived at the hotel.

- Melissaelsa (6/5): Pleasant - They let you park your motorbike inside of the hotel. We were supposed to get a free upgrade of our room, but that never happened. When we asked the staff why it was not possible they said that all the superior level rooms were booked. That seemed pretty strange since the hotel was not crowded at all and checking on Booking the upgrade offer was still present when we had already made our reservation.

Think marble and chrome. 2 nights.Central location and just a few metres from local bus to Terminal. Absolutely fantastic, 2 nights, EXCEPT credit card not accepted even though it was listed as acceptable in the confirmation.
- Jozef (1/5): Horrible staff rude unhelpful and I'm pretty sure racist against foreigners - Nothing I didn't stay there in the end the staff were so rude The staff working there wer prob the rudest and lest helpful I've seen in 20 years of traveling avoid this place I felt like I had just killed there cat.

Immaculately clean and central location with local buses to terminal a few hundred metres. Double bed private bathroom cheaper than any dormitory. Perfect in every way EXCEPT cash only as the card facility was not working...oh yeah? for two days??

- Tawi (7/5): Good - Nice appearance of the room. All sufficient for a short sleepover. It was well cleaned. The next day the lady at the reception changed - she was very nice - she accommodated us with a room change. The room was spacious. Accommodation near the center. Before arrival, it was not possible to contact the accommodation all day - via SMS, Whats up, booking or by phone. They only sent a confirmation message. On arrival the lady was not very nice. The first room does not have the possibility of fresh air supply.. Very noisy place.
