• Stephanie (4/5): Basic. - The location Needed a deep clean. There was no bedding for the sofa bed. Even though property knew there was 5 people booked to stay. I got a message asking for a £250 deposit. No information about that before booking. Over all disappointing. Left a day every rather than stay there. Very basic.

• Laura (10/5): Beautiful, clean, well decorated property with everything you need. - The property is like a tardis, it was so much bigger than we expected. The property was so clean, really well decorated with a beautiful kitchen. There was a folder on the kitchen countertop with lots of information about the property which was really useful. The host delivered fresh towels to us on our first evening and made sure we knew to ask if there was anything we required.

• Holly Chatten (10/5): Flat 13 Hanbury House, netherfield - So me and my guests didn't actually stay in the property shown! We had to be moved to a new place and that was fine. We still had what we needed about 15 mins away in hanbury house, netherfield. In a flat style apartment ,area was good and had local shops within walking distance. Heating worked great and was on for us. The place was clean tho there was a slight smokey smell from outside in the corridor ,possible from nunber 12. we saw some lovely cats chilling in the building also. Quiet and relaxing area There wasn't a shower curtain or washing up liquid

• ROBERTO (5/5): Necessary more care and some reparations. - Spacious house. Bathroom not cleaned properly and floor damaged. Some beds with not cleaned and changed linen. We had to wake up earlier due to sounds from garden works in process while we were stayed in the home.

• Brown (7/5): Great location with plenty of free parking. The inside was comfortable with a smooth, well-finished feel that made the s - Welcome to our cozy and well-kept home, designed with a warm theme to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. Each bed is made up with soft, fresh linen and two comfy pillows for a great night’s sleep. Plus, you’ll love the convenience of loads of free parking right outside the property. The property overall was tidy and well-located, but the front and back gardens would benefit from some maintenance. There was also a lack of attention to detail — if the property accommodates 6 guests, the amenities should be sufficient for 6 people. Additionally, the sofa bed was not very comfortable.
• Anil (7/5): Nice Stay near Milton Keynes!! - The check in was smooth. Nobody was there. I just got the key from the key safe and walked into the house. All the facilities were there for a two day stay. There's free WiFi available as advertised but Netflix was not available. It was there in the ad. There is a private parking space at the rear of the house. The garden isn't that beautiful. You have access to the car from the garden gate. So you don't need to carry your bags all around the road to the front. You can take the bags once you get inside the house through the back gate if you got some heavy baggage. There was a fan but could provide another one atleast during the summer. We were provided with 4 bath towels. The bathroom was OK but there was no shower gel provided. There was a hand wash bottle in the bathroom. No clock in the house was working. It's not an essential thing but if it's not working then why provide three clocks inside the house? 😂 Kitchen is a tiny good one with almost all the essentials provided. The plates seemed to be worn out. There's a tiny playground which is a 5 mins walk and also a premier store near the play area. I've found out that key safe unlocks with any password. So i assume that there's no password for the key safe which is a very high security concern!!! Overall stay was good. Key safe unlocked with any numbers Only one fan No shower gel Garden was not that attractive

Fără săpun și șampon la baie.Practic această casă pune sănătatea celor care stau acolo în vacanță în pericol! Praf păianjeni pe pervaze-le geamurilor!
• Louise (8/5): Very good - Lovely property, clean, very comfortable beds, everything you needed and Tasha the host was amazing. Great house. Already booked again for August. 😀 The only thing was the grass in garden needs cutting and car park space would benefit from having weeds removed. But this was very minor.

• Lyn (9/5): Comfort stay and would be happy to return - Very comfortable stay . Quiet area . Spacious property. Nicely decorated . The neighbours were friendly . Large fridge/ freezer . The owner responded very quickly when I texted him/her . It’s very difficult to find ( has been mentioned in other reviews ) . The front of the house is NOT on the same street as stated on the address . Garden needs some attention . The parking space is overgrown with weeds making it a bit difficult to park . Could do with a few extras eg providing shower gel , shampoo , small carton of milk etc to get you through the first night after a long journey . Apart from the difficultly in finding the address these are minor grumbles - we would definitely stay there again .
• Katherine (6/5): Comfortable enough but wouldn't return - Location Property wasn't very clean, had to wash plates, pans & cutlery prior to use & also found prescription tablets on floor luckily spotted before children. Back garden although a fair size grass very long, broken tiles on floor no outdoor seating not very family friendly & no lampshades in house.
• Michael (5/5): Could have been a lot better - The alternative location was fine and only a very short walk from shops and a good range of takeaways. Although on a busy road, it wasn't too noisy seemingly not used as much during the weekend. When I texted the owner to confirm entry details, roughly 1 hour before leaving home, I was told the house was no longer available due to last minute safety issues. Needless to say, I was quite angry because I felt I only found out because I asked but to the owners credit, she offered us an alternative flat rather than the house we had booked. Given the lateness, we had little choice but to accept. The alternative flat was fine but jaded, curtains not able to properly open and close, lack of some cooking pots such as a frying pan, cooker only partially working but enough for our stay. All being said, it was adequate but not impressed to find out at such short notice.

• David (3/5): Smelly dirty house - It was cheap. One of our party could not stay because of the wet dog smell which permeated the entire property but especially downstairs where the sofa had dog hairs on it We couldn't find the house as there was no number on the address. The 'pin' on the map was at the wrong address no. 48 not 66. The lockbox code supplied was wrong. Even though we booked for 5 people, the sofa bed wasn't made up and didn't have a sheet to cover the stained sofa bed.

Lovely bedrooms with 2x single beds A corner house in a quiet location Regarding the address, couriers, delivery services had difficulty finding the property. Not the fault of the host. I would advise guests to give couriers landmarks etc

She made sure everything was sorted for us at very short notice. The house was fab and had everything we needed. It was very cosy and comfortable and perfect for a small family or a few friends. • Joanna (5/5): Not what we had hoped for and expected - read other comments for whole story. - Nice linen and towels. Hostess was very helpful and friendly. The decor of the house was attractive. A quiet residential area. We had originally booked an apartment in the centre of town but at extremely short notice we had to find an alternative. Booking.com suggested Homely MK Stay but when we arrived it wasn't really an equivalent to our original booking so we felt disappointed about that plus the location but this was mainly due to the pressure to find an alternative while we were travelling and not easily being able to check out all the details. The property looked like it's only recently been made available and so there were quite a few things which could be improved for future visitors. I have messaged the owner directly with the complete list but the main things of note on our visit were the lack of private parking & lack of garden furniture (both mentioned on the listing), lack of lampshades on the ceiling lights, not cleaned very well (animal hairs on the sofa and some dirty crockery & cutlery), and some unsafe paving slabs in the garden which was not tidy.
• Louise (10/5): Perfect for business trips. Short breaks or visiting Greater London. Train station nearby for days into central London - Spacious inside. Spacious garden enclosed for dogs. Bath and shower available. Close to shops ,takeaways etc. comfortable beds. Clean environment. Parking available at front of property. The communication was fantastic from the host Tasha and the maintenance man , Mitchell was brilliant Meeting us at the property and showed us around. Even sorted tv out for us as a new one had just been purchased. Nothing really unless I was being to picky
