• Alejandro (5/5): El balcon mas surreal que vi en mi vida - Reserve una habitacion con balcon. Si lo habia pero era un balcon con el muro del edificio de al lado encima. Proteste y me cambiaron a la cuarta planta en donde al menos habia un tejado. Pero esta el muro del otro edificio encima.
• Savio (5/5): All in all the staff made it pleasant and the rooms were kept clean . Thank you Mr Ajith - The manager Mr Ajith and the staff were very courteous and pleasant . The rooms were kept clean and any request was attended to by Mr Ajith and his staff immediately Made the stay pleasant considering that we are a family of 4 with a special needs child. The initial room that i booked with balcony was a waste as the balcony was touching a house (C-03) and hence charging for the balcony in my opinion is incorrect . However after 3 days we were shifted to the ground floor room upon my request as we would have adjacent rooms which i had clearly mentioned during booking that i have a special needs child. Having said that if the owner had integrity they should have refunded the amount for the days that i did not stay in the room with the balcony.

• NEHA (1/5): Unexpectedly poor quality, not worth the money - There is nothing that can be considered as “liked” in property. The location hiding in some lane, hard for your cab to take a turn. Room did smell and so was bed, it was even sticky. Lacked basic amenities- slippers, toiletries etc Washroom was pathetic- tiny and bucket ( who does bucket now ) Room was supposedly biggest room but it was tiny for 2 adults to stay. WiFi sucks, i had my work call and network was so poor that i did connect from phone- it did not even work well for 30mins. I landed midnight, reached the place at around 1am night, i was asked to pay full then and there. However room and stay was so poor i did not unpack at night, first thing in morning i booked another place and shifted. Morning i spent a few hours in a cafe nearby to be able to spend time to check in other place because room was so bad. I did pay for 8 nights stay while i stayed less than 8 hours and they did not refund a single penny. Like in any other hotels in such situation they would deduct for a night or two extra and refund but these guys refused to refund. However they offered for some discount for my next stay but there is no chance i am ever going through this again.

• Iniyan (10/5): - There cannot be a better place to stay than this if you're looking to chill or work for a couple of days - right at the heart of the city while still maintaining a serene atmosphere. The service by Ajit was excellent making the entire start a blissful experience. The place was well maintained and serviced as well

• Parthosarathy (9/5): It was a fabulous stay. The staff is friendly and efficient and the property is located close to many eateries and pubs - The location is great. The property was very well maintained and the staff was very friendly. They were accommodating as well The rooms are a bit small. While the king studio is good the room with balcony on the other side does not have any view and opens into a wall.

• Shayeri (8/5): Overall, a very nice stay and I would choose to stay here again. - The location is excellent. The service was excellent. The room had all facilities. It's a bit small and because the balcony just opens to a closed wall, ventilation is a problem. Otherwise everything is very nice. Comfortable bed, clean room and snacks kept for the guest, very thoughtful, thank you! Wifi was strong too. The room size is a bit small and the balcony doesn't have any air, it faces a wall.

• Markus (9/5): Highly recommended, great place to stay! - Wonderful Studios with everything one needs. Exceptionally friendly and attentative staff. The place is very well maintained and at a great, yet quiet location! This is personal preference, but the mattresses are really hard.
• Devi (7/5): Excellent value for money and location, but not ideal for solo female travellers - Excellent location, walkable to a lot of cafes and shops. Laundry facilities very useful especially with longer trips. Comfortable room with kitchen facilities, a work desk and ample storage. There were cleaners and staff always in front of my room (as the hallway was quite small). I felt very uncomfortable coming out of the room every time. The lifts were also constantly used by the staff, which meant I had to wait a long time for the single lift to be available and come to my floor. All staff were young men, including at front desk and for cleaning, which created a slightly unsafe environment (even though I personally had no issues). They really should consider having a more diverse staff of different genders and ages to make it more suitable for solo female travellers.

• Mohammed (9/5): Nice comfortable stay! - Small cozy studio apartment with all the amenities to stay with a small family. We were able to cook baby meals. In a nice locality with nearby restaurants and market area. I suggest if you’re bringing food to the apartment, take it to the terrace garden to have it, nice open space. Good wifi separate for each floors. Photos shown are very accurate. Narrow lane to bring cars for new drivers

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. A special mention to the caretaker, Mr. Ajith, who was extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. His hospitality truly made a difference. I’ll definitely be choosing this place again for my future visits to Bangalore!

Great location, super clean, super quiet, stylish, fully equipped kitchen, excellent customer service. All staff members are great, especially Ajit, he is a star. Thank you for making my stay in Bangalore so relaxing.
