Sangeetha and Zaitoon are good restaurants nearby.

• Khadija (10/5): Well Maintained - I had a wonderful stay at Zaith Residency. The location was perfect, especially for visiting Apollo Hospital, which was very convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure all our needs were met. Breakfast was delicious, and the overall experience was very comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Zaith Residency to anyone looking for a pleasant stay with excellent service.

• Subir (9/5): I had a very pleasant stay at Zaith Residency with my family. - The room was very neat and clean, with no unpleasant odors. The only issue was the towels, which were quite old, although the bed sheets were in good condition. The manager and other staff members were very cooperative and helpful. The location is excellent, especially for visitors to Apollo Hospitals, as it is conveniently located. While breakfast is not provided, there are several good restaurants within a short walking distance (100-400 meters) My only request to the management to replace the old towels with new one.

Carry your own towel, the hot water takes about 10 min to come. Good friendly staff, they we got the food delivered when I was to lazy to go out. Clean sheets and clean towels please

When I complained to the front office staff, he gave an evasive reply that he could't do anything about it and he has raised a complaint with the service provider. Beyond that no action was taken. When I insisted on having it fixed, his tone was rude. The room was not very clean either. Room had mosquitos. A lizard fell on my arms when I opened the wardrobe door. There was some sort of stinking smell when I turned on the AC. I switched it off and settled for the fan instead.

The lighting, AC, floorboards, lamps - all were well put together. The bathroom pipes had a stench. No towels or other toiletries were provided. The room mentioned to have an electric kettle too which wasnt there.
