• Monika (3/5): - The location was great, the house was clean and very spacious which was great. First thing that was kind of annoying was we were unable to use the garage as said in the entry instructions after you have paid and before check-in, not stating that the garage isn't included in the house but says the entire place is yours, there was plenty of room in the garage to fit your car. The towels were quite rough. There was sheets left in the washing machine wet so I hung them out for them to be nice and thoughtful. Now some of the furniture is very cheap, some of the chairs were wobbly and loose, one of the kids beds was broken at the bottom. The biggest issue was the master bedroom bed, my partner and I were simply laying in bed together watching a show and one side of the bed collapsed the bottom of the bed on one side went fir and then a few seconds later the top end followed after, now I took photos straight away and notified the host for a very good reason as we did not want to be blamed for the bed collapsing on us. Host wanted to wait for us to check out before dealing with this issue and asked us to stay in another room without aircon which we were willing to do to keep the peace. I paid for 4 rooms not 3 but the thing I had the biggest issue with was being accused of breaking the bed with force and been asked to reimburse half of the cost of the replacement they put in plus labour, I have the same bed frame from the lifeline shop that collapsed on us and was not about to pay half of a bed that they replaced it with with something more stable and pricey no doubt from a bed that broke on us that was cheap and from the lifeline shop as probably the rest of the furniture is from. I did not appreciate being put under more mental strain, being accused and taken advantage of when I was already going through a difficult time myself.

• momozawa (3/5): The heavily pilled bedsheets were very uncomfortable to sleep on. - Location was convenient, and the nearby Vietnamese restaurant was excellent We originally booked two nights but left early after staying one night, as the conditions were not suitable, especially with children. There was a strong unpleasant smell from the bathroom. The bedding had odours, and the bedsheets were heavily pilled and uncomfortable to sleep on. When we opened the blanket and sheet, we found a lot of unknown hair inside, which felt unhygienic.
• Stacey (9/5): Very pleasant stay in a clean and tidy house with a great location. - Was a big house, plenty of room for activities. Good air conditioning, plenty of seating for our family. Clean and tidy home in a great location. The kids were a little disappointed that they couldn’t kick the ball outside as the lawns were quite long, a fresh mow would have been nice. And a couple of the mattresses were also very firm and not the most comfortable. Aside from these small things, we had a very good stay overall.

• Jodie (8/5): Lovely location and very quiet. Perfect for two families. - Location. Clean and tidy perfect for what we needed. Main bed was a little hard. It would have been nice to have some milk in the fridge for the first night.
• Lea (8/5): - The property was clean and as described. One bedroom had an en suite bathroom and there was a second toilet in a room right next to another room with a sink and a shower. Plenty of common area with two nice couches. Comfy chairs in the front room. Very close to a grocery store. Personally, I loved letting the bird songs wake me in the morning. We couldn't figure out the oven, but we were only there 2 nights so it wasn't a big problem.
• Dorothy (9/5): We visited Ipswich for a sporting event. The property was a short drive from where we needed to be for that and close to - Loved how spacious the property was. 2 mums and 6 kids between us and we didn’t feel on top of each other. Rooms were clean, kitchen well equipped.

There were 3 locks at the front entrance - one lock was broken and one of the other keys was missing. I would’ve expected enough toilet paper to be provided for a weekend. Garage door was broken so garage couldn’t be used.

• Dallas (8/5): Good location fully furnished nice and clean very spacious needs a little more maintenance - Good location fully furnished Front door didn’t secure properly, master bed screws were not even finger tight and end of bed fell off when I sat on the edge of the bed. luckily I had tools with me and fixed the bed and tightened everything.
