The host takes care of the smallest details, which delighted us. He allowed us to stay longer in the apartment. That meant a lot to us because we had a plane at 6pm. • Fernando (10/5): Rozando la perfección - Es tal y como sale en las fotos. Está a 30 minutos del centro, pero tienes el bus 170 en la puerta que te deja allí o metro a 15 min andando. Colchón confortable. Está limpio. El contacto con el host a través de WhatsApp muy fluido, te indica como llegar hasta el apartamento y como acceder.. El edificio es muy antiguo pero correcto. Hay cafeterías y supermercados muy cerca. La ducha. La presión del agua es muy baja y ducharse es una odisea, pero no sé si es problema del edificio... Y ya algo más personal : Las almohadas muy finas para mi gusto...

• Divna (10/5): A perfect family stay with great accommodation and a wonderful host! - Perfect stay, clean, comfortable, with an amazing host! I stayed with my family at Roman’s House in June, and we were absolutely satisfied! The host was incredibly kind and always available, often offering helpful suggestions and local tips on his own initiative. The apartment is beautiful, modern, very clean and tidy, and fully equipped. It has air conditioning and Wi-Fi, and everything you might need for a comfortable stay. There’s even a lovely balcony perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient, with grocery stores, bakeries, pharmacies, and everything you might need nearby. Public transport is close (bus and tram), so it’s easy to reach the city center. All in all – a solid 10/10, and many thanks to the host! We definitely hope to come back again!

Clean, modern, climatic rooms, large balcony, in 100m there’s markets, restaurants, gelateria, cafés… everything The hosts were super kind, whenever I wrote to them to ask something they replied within 10 mins. I recommend it to everyone who comes to Rome, the bus stop was 100m away and took us to the city centre. -

• Rossella (10/5): Exceptional - Giulio's apartment was perfect for my family. Beautifully decorated, equipped with everything you need, spacious and welcoming. It is in a very good area, full of restaurants, shops, bars, close to the means of transport. Communication with Giulio was very easy and pleasant, he gave us all the details we needed. If we return to Rome we will definitely choose his apartment. I warmly recommend it. Thank you for everything, we had the best time!

The owner was very nice and helpful along the journey. When I go back to Italy I will make sure that I get in contact with the owner again as I highly recommend them due to their hospitality and amazing property.
• Praveen (10/5): Exceptional - Modern beautiful apartment from great host. Will stay again! - Almost everything - We had a pleasant stay at this modern and beautiful apartment. It is very well located with many supermarkets, shops, bus stops, restaurants around. By public transport it takes about 30mins to get to the Colosseum and other main attractions near by Rome centre. Vatican takes about 50mins and its about 20min by car from the FCO airport. Check-in/Check-out was automated and was very smooth. The host has been very communicative and helped answering all our questions well in advance and throughout the stay.The property itself was modern with all facilities. Beds were super comfortable. We (2 adults , 1 grown up, 1 small child) all slept well. The bedroom had 1 double bed and 1 extra single bed in addition to the large sofa bed. Toilet was clean and modern. The shower took a few seconds to adjust to the temperature settings but literally there is nothing to complain. We didn't cook much, but kitchen was good and so was the WIFI. We would love to come back to this apartment in case we visit Rome again. Highly recommended!! Nothing really - The lift only if I have to mention is a bit small. But it can fit 4 persons plus luggage, so totally negligible.
• Rebbekka (10/5): A perfect location for real Rome - We love the area. It was close to city via bus that was 2 minute walk from apartment. An amazing ice cream shop below with lots of other shops, markets and restaurants. Restaurants were local Prices not city price. The apartment was perfect everything was thought about. All the little details were amazing. Coffee for the machine, sugar, honey. Washing up liquid. Usually we have to buy all this but not for Roman's house. The balcony was lovely to have breakfast on and the air on and shutters were fantastic. The art and decor was awesome and just to our liking. The bed was very firm.
