On nous avait dit que quelqu'un serait là pour nous accueillir mais ce n'était pas le cas et les instructions pour accéder au logement n'étaient pas très claires .

• Tadeusz (8/5): Pobyt i czas w Walencji w czasie Las Fallas był fantastyczny. - Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Do metra 3 minuty.Do lokalu z kawą kilkanaście metrów. Do sklepu Mercadona 200m. Na plażę 3 przystanki tramwajem. Z lotniska metrem bez przesiadki. Z aplikacji Booking wynikało, że ktoś będzie czekał na mnie z kluczem do obiektu a nawet po kontakcie telefonicznym został ten fakt potwierdzony. Na miejscu nikogo nie było. Po ponownym telefonie został mi przekazany numer kodu do skrzynki z kluczem. Okazało się jednak, że skrzynki nie można otworzyć. Po kilkunastu minutach chyba przypadkowo trafiłem właściwy numer i skrzynkę udało się otaworzyć. Trwało to ponad godzinę zanim dostałem się do obiektu. Słabe to i stresujące, tym bardziej, że działo się to po godzinie 22.

• Mateusz (10/5): Exceptional - Very cosy flat close to Maritim metro station with direct train to airport and walking distance from the beach and close to the old town. The flat is clean, spacious, well-equipped with kitchen tools - coffe machine, microwave, comfortable bed, bathroom with towels. Very helpful and communicative host. Very recommend for a stay in Valencia!

• Deona (10/5): A comfortable stay in Valencia close to the metro, restaurants, and grocery shopping. - It was very clean and located a few blocks walking distance to the metro station, grocery shopping, and restaurants. The studio was very clean and nothing was broken or damaged. The walls and high traffic areas were free of dirt and fingerprints. All of the utilities were in great working order. The washer, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, and toaster were in tiptop shape. All of the dishes, cups and plates were not chipped or damaged. The a/c worked very well shooting out ice cold air for when it was warm, a fan for when we needed air to circulate the apartment, and heat when it became a little cold. The bed was queen sized. It was a very comfortable mattress and pillows. The bed was firm and no sagging areas of the bed. The bathroom water had enough water pressure to shower. The hot and cold water worked efficiently and there was a bidet and a handheld shower head which makes it easier for a woman and children to shower. The tv worked well and was able to watch Netflix the days that it rained. The owner was very nice and was easy to get ahold of. He was very communicative via the Booking app. during my stay. I love this place and cannot wait to return. I loved everything about the property however once you step outside the sidewalks and streets are dirty and you have to watch out for dog poo. 💩
