• Sandrine (10/5): Great time at Ralf's. I do recommend! - I really appreciated staying at Ralf's. He cares a lot about his guests to make sure that they have the more enjoyable time at his place. He makes his guests feel very comfortable and is always up to receive advices to improve their experience. Sharing the bathroom can be problematic when we suddenly and urgently have to go to the toilets. However with a good communication, solutions can be found.

Мы взяли апартаменты 40 квадратов с кухней, купили еды чтобы приготовить, приехали а оказалось что в этой квартире живет сам хозяин, кухня только для него а нам он выдает только одну комнату. Это абсолютно не то что мы бронировали! Мы сразу же ушли и стали просить вернуть нам деньги, сначала он был согласен а потом резко передумал и заблокировал меня!!! До сих пор ситуация не прояснилась и я очень надеюсь что у букинга есть защита клиентов от таких случаев, очень жду отмены и хочу получить обратно свой 95€. (Мы бронировали на 2 дня, первый день мы приехали примерно после 18.00, зашли и вышли, несколько часов разбирались с хозяином и букингом, нашли отель который взяли на одну ночь. На следующей день опять пыталась договориться с хозяином, он сказал деньги не вернет у нас стоит бронь и из-за этого другие люди не могут воспользоваться эго услугами, на что я сказала хорошо, если так то у нас стоит бронь до завтра- значит мы можем приехать и заселиться, на что хозяин отказался и сказал что не пустит нас и что если мы будем его тревожить то он вызовит полицию :O мы в шоке!!! С таким сталкиваюсь впервые, хозяин не адекватный, с ним разговаривать невозможно он ищет причины не отдавать деньги а booking пока эту проблему не решил и хозяин отклоняет их предложение о отмене брони. Вообщем это было ужасно, мы потратили впустую много времени, нервов так и еще остались без денег!
• Rizos (2/5): Extremely Disappointing Stay – Poor Conditions and Unprofessional Host - The Host really tried to help us, chat and share information. The house was really clean. Great location. Our stay was extremely disappointing. The room smelled awful from the moment we arrived, and the bathroom was filled with countless personal items belonging to the host, leaving almost no space for us. We even had to drink water from the bathroom tap, which felt unacceptable. The entire room looked more like a storage space than actual accommodation—cold, neglected, and full of signs of damage and abandonment. The host keeps the room cluttered with his own belongings, giving guests barely enough space to enter and lie down. He was also unusually stingy: out of the three light bulbs in the room, only one was left working because he had unscrewed the other two. He also forbid us from setting the heating above 2 out of 5, which is unreasonable, especially considering how cold the room was. There was no proper lock on the door, and to make things worse, the host entered our room while we were away. The bed consisted of two uneven mattresses with children’s dinosaur sheets, which made the experience feel even more unprofessional. He initially told us he could store our luggage the next day, but then claimed that was not possible, which was both frustrating and unprofessional. On top of all this, he constantly sent long, repetitive messages, repeatedly reminding us of the house rules and creating unnecessary stress. Also he asked us many times to rate this property with 10/10 , which is funny. You will get a 10, only if you deserve a 10. Overall, the experience was miserable. Staying here requires a lot of patience, and the conditions are far below acceptable. I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone, especially solo women , unless you want him entering your room while you are not there.

• ChangeNOW (1/5): Nie wieder! Unzumutbar! So habe ich mir die Unterkunft nicht vorstellen können! - Nichts. Sonst wäre ich nicht nach einigen Stunden abgereist. Ich wäre am liebsten am selben Abend wieder abgereist, musste aber eine Nacht bleiben. Das Badezimmer war unzumutbar: Die Toilette war innen und außen stark verschmutzt, Silberfische liefen herum, Badewanne, Waschbecken waren dreckig und verkalkt. Die Toilette nur stehend genutzt. Ich habe mich extrem geekelt.

 Das Zimmer wirkte wie ein Abstellraum: vollgestellt mit persönlichen Sachen des Vermieters, instabilem Kleiderständer, schmutzigen Gegenständen und ohne jeglichen Wohlfühlfaktor. Gebrauchsgegenstände wie der Toaster waren sichtbar dreckig.

 Besonders problematisch: Es gab keinen Zimmerschlüssel, obwohl ich ausdrücklich danach fragte. Nur wilde Erklärungen wieso nicht. Das wurde bei der Beschreibung nicht erwähnt. Ein Zimmer, das sich nicht abschließen lässt, ist für mich ein klarer Sicherheitsmangel — insbesondere, wenn man allein reist. Unter diesen Umständen hätte ich niemals gebucht.
 Es ist mir unverständlich, wie Bewertungen mit „außergewöhnlich“ oder „exzellent“ zustande kommen sollen. Die tatsächlichen Zustände weichen deutlich davon ab.

 Aus meiner Sicht entspricht diese Unterkunft in keinem Punkt den Standards, die man auf Booking.com erwarten darf.

 Hab den Gastgeber höflich kontaktiert, um eine einvernehmliche Lösung gebeten. Statt einer Klärung erhielt ich eine Antwort, in der mein Empfinden als persönliche Auffassung dargestellt wurde und eine Rückerstattung ausschloss, da nichts unzumutbar wäre. 

Diese Art der Kommunikation empfand ich als unprofessionell & respektlos. 

 Fazit: Ekelhafte hygienische Zustände, fehlende Privatsphäre und ein Sicherheitsproblem durch das nicht abschließbare Zimmer. Für mich war die Unterkunft untragbar und ich empfehle sie keinesfalls weiter. Sollte der Gastgeber einzelne Punkte bestreiten, kann Booking.com die Situation auf Grundlage der vorhandenen Dokumentation leicht nachvollziehen.

• Thao-Vy (3/5): Nicht zu empfehlen! - - Es handelt sich um eine Privatunterkunft in einer Wohnung und man teilt sich diese mit dem Besitzer! Man bekommt das Schlafzimmer, im Nebenzimmer hält sich der Besitzer auf. Das Bad wird mit dem Besitzer geteilt. Ich konnte mein Schlafzimmer nicht abschließen, es war kein Schlüssel vorhanden. Als Alleinreisende (weiblich) waren das keine akzeptablen Umstände.
