kevin (8/5): - Le personnel est vraiment au petit soin et les chambres sont vraiment très modernes et agréable. Le seul petit bémol c'est l'insonorisation, il n'y en a pas mais l'hôtel fournis des bouchons d'oreilles si vous n'en avez pas.

Nicole (10/5): - The hotel is lovely. But the surrounding area and the rest of the building is dirty and feels unsafe due to the men milling about and smoking at all hours. The area is filthy. But that's Cairo, so what can you do-it's not the hotel's fault. The hotel is top notch, and anywhere else would be 5-star.
Roman (8/5): Good hotel in optimal central Cairo position - Very friendly staff. They did help us with all the questions and issues. Very friendly with kids. It is in a good position to access old museum and close to the main road so it is very easy to grab a taxi to visit other city attractions. Place can be quite noisy till late night, as you are close to the main road and drivers use to honk a lot. Room came with complimentary ear plugs though.

The tours and guides were fantastic. PS. Book your tours through the hotel, seamless process with lunch and transportation included plus its PRIVATE (only you and your party). No complaints, 10/10

L'avantage d'être à West Bank c'est le calme, l'inconvénient c'est le manque de mobilité à pied, on est loin de tout. Et quand vous faites oes trajets à pied, vous êtes sollicité toutes les 30 secondes pour un taxi.

Jakub (4/5): - We have stayed for few days during our Egypt trip. The hotel is some old deleric building. The room was ok just very noisy from the street on the other side of the building. Hotel is providing ear plugs. In the bathroom was such a bad smell that was coming from the pipes or air vent.

Notre chambre donnait sur l avenue principale, c était bruyant mais avec des boules quies mis gracieusement a disposition par l hôtel et 20 kilomètres de marche en 1 journée, nous dormons très bien. Si nous devions revenir, c est avec grand plaisir.

Que renovasen estos mejoraría mucho la experiencia en el hotel. Las habitaciones dan a una calle ruidosa pero tienen el detalle de dar tapones para los oídos. El desayuno lo podrían mejorar.

YEAN YEAN (10/5): - I was confused when the Uber driver dropped us off at the address. The building looks run down with old fashioned elevator. We didn't know how to get it to work. Thank God, someone came to the building and used it. I thought we have to climb up 5 floors. But, once we got to the hotel, everything was great. I talked to the staff. They said this hotel is about 3 months old and they will be improving the lobby of the building, adding signs soon

They apologies but at 4 am was a nightmare to fond a room somewhere else. We want a full refund. Hopefully we were get it. The clerk said Expedia never forward our messages to them, and they to blame. Waiting for Expedia apologies and refund.

Our room had a great view of the Nile, Cairo tower and couple hotels in the back ground with a wide view of the city.
