• Ivan (1/5): - Absolutely nothing worst experience ever by far Everything was horrible, location, host property, access, Broken closet doors, they never clean the property not even when we were all gone, clogged bathrooms that smelled like sewer all day long, not kid friendly whatsoever!, doesn’t even have an are to rest kitchen in the middle of the stairs extremely dangerous for kids, no tvs no clean towels, horrible area to come in and out absolutely caos! It has no air conditioning when the description says it has! The host does have a loud tv downstairs that always stayed on! I don’t know how we were able to stay there for a whole week it was one of the worst experiences ever

• Arturo (5/5): Casa muy bonita, muy mal mantenida - Es una casa tipo colonial muy bonita, espaciosa, con arte y artesanía en su decoración, es zona muy tranquila, cerca de supermercado y restaurantes. No está en el centro de Coyoacán, pero muy cerca. Casa fresca y cómoda. El personal trató de ser amable, pero no muy eficiente Es una casa que requiere mucho limpieza y mantenimiento. Tiene muebles de madera empotrados, pero con espacios debajo o atrás de ellos inaccesibles a la limpieza donde se acumula polvo o bichos!! Había grietas en las orillas de las ventanas o en las paredes. Entonces había hormigas que pasaban por las mesas de cama. Había cucarachas en la cocina y escorpiónes. Con niños no muy agradable. La ropa de cama, por lo menos de la recámara principal estaban sucias de pequeñas bolitas negras de pelusa. Las fundas de las almohadas, bonitas pero rasposas. Afortunadamente nos las cambiaron. La cocina improvisada abajo la escalera, incómoda, fue difícil lavar los trastes. La instalación eléctrica de la cocina improvisada. Usando la estufa eléctrica y la cafetera/microondas, se botaba el multicontacto, escondido detrás de los enceres. Por cortes de electricidad, la cafetera falló se derramó el café, con granos de cafe por toda la mesa y el piso. Tuvimos que limpiar nosotros, aunque lo reportamos, no vino nadie. Después, llevaron cafetera y multicontacto, pero ya decidimos desayunar fuera. No salia agua caliente de los baños de las habitaciones de pisos superiores. El patio lleno de material, palos. Estaban haciendo albañilería y fue difícil descansar por las mañanas debido a los martillazos. Quizás lo más grave, fue que el día 2, al regreso de una excursión, sudorosos, nos encontramos que no había agua en la casa. Hubo reacción, pero se veía que el personal no tenía ni idea del problema. Los excusados sucios, sin posibilidad de ducharse/lavarse. Arreglaron el problema hasta las 2 a.m. mas el tiempo de llenado del tinaco. Nos quejamos, pero no hubo ninguna compensación, nos remitieron a booking... Muy molesto.
• Roy (10/5): Host was lovely. House has a nice garden and indoor space. Grocery, tacos, laundry all walkable. - Liked how pleasant the house was and how helpful the host was. It also felt very safe. We didn't like picking up water. We'd recommend using a water delivery service.

• Nancy (9/5): Superb - Lovely house with very friendly host. The house is a bit remote but we were able to take Uber’s everywhere. There are many stores and restaurants within a 1/2 mile walk.
• Ricardo (3/5): Poor - The location in Coyoacan is magnificent, you can walk to the square in 20 minutes, a very safe area As constructive criticism: the bathrooms must be improved, updated, cleanliness, hygiene. we had to clean them, to be able to use them. All the clothes used in the house, towels, bedding and others are as if they use the ones they throw away or that they no longer want to occupy and not adequate clothing, in good condition for their business. Image, hygiene and cleanliness are important because that is YOUR PERSONAL BRAND.
